Easy and quick to deploy email security solution
What do you like best about the product?
It is effortless to deploy email security using Perception Point. I don't miss important emails and I don't get any phishing emails or malware via email. I get screenshots for the mails that look suspicious or has malware instead of the malicious email.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little complex to login and unblock important / wrongly blocked email (which is very rare by the way).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protection from:

2. Emails from cyber criminals such as phishing, etc.

A must-have for any company that need to take action against threats like phishing and malware!
What do you like best about the product?
I like Perception Point because they are always on the lookout for any malicious content. I love that it is easy to use and support is always available to my team. I also love that I can see and monitor all of the malicious content that is being sent across all of our channels so I can take the necessary steps to mitigate any threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at the moment. I'm satisfied with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would never have been able to stop the phishing emails that our employees were receiving if it weren't for the actions of Perception Point. My company was receiving malicious emails with malicious attachments. I was so grateful that we were able to stop those emails before they reached our end-users. I feel like the services provided by this company are important because they make sure that we are protected from any potential security threats.
Best email/collaboration security solution
What do you like best about the product?
Before Perception Point, our Outlook365 emails were getting a lot of spam and phishing emails. After implementing Perception Point, this went to practically zero. Perception Point has a dedicated incident response team, which we can tap into in case of issues.
We are thinking of implementing Perception Point also to our collaboration tools (Dropbox, Slack, etc).

I can't think of anything right now, the service does what it promises.

We use Perception Point for email security at the moment.
