Making interdepartment communication easier
What do you like best about the product?
It makes communication with different departments in the company much easier and quicker
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is not always and takes a few hours to respond to your request or enquiry
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of interdepartmental communication and makes it easier and cheaper to communicate with different departs and suppliers which helps to improve business efficiency

Sharing Is extremely easy via Rocket chat
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to implement, and it provides multiple chat channel's supports which can be used for small group of team or even for a large number of group members, user can easily share information using rocket chat , we are able to share information between groups or team. It can be used frequently multiple times a day for communication or sharing information between teams, its easy to integrate with any application, easily usable with clean user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot attached documents to rocket chat, sometimes chat servers gets crashing which casue outage which cause no access of chat channels to user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large number of team and its headache to share informations in real time to team, so rocket chat is one solution we get which hepls us and provide us solution, by using rocket chat we can now easily share information such as messages, instructions, guidance to the teams or sharing the images with instructions in nore details instantly and team can communicate and easily perform tasks.

Best chatting module.
What do you like best about the product?
This is an chatting module which is configured on any application by which user can have a chat and communicate without seeing each other. Not only chatting but rocket chat also has the feature to pass photos and videos just like any chatting applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes much time to load. In an application, if we tap on chat, its takes much time in loading. Sometimes due to loading, chat is not opened and error out. Maybe this is due to low network. This need to be improved. At least chat should be opened in low network and not error out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As earlier mentioned, rocket chat should be working in low network. Currently if a users internet is slow then he / she might be unable to use rocket chat in an application.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a wonderful customer service tool, with a broad context of service forms through text or voice, even video. Very good service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to have known before, I believe that the advertisements about the tool could be more present.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the issue of managing services is the best part with the integration of various channels. I can now handle multiple layers, with different channels, in both internal and external services, all very well managed.
The best app for use tô omnichannel
What do you like best about the product?
Rocketchat is simply incredible, in addition to being an omnichannel, it becomes a great orchestrator of information and facilities, the possibility of modifying it by creating and using apps is absurdly incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is bad, but The documentation Its not perfect

solves the customer service need for the agent to enter a bot conversation seamlessly
Good and Bad of RocketChat
What do you like best about the product?
There are a couple of things that I liked about rocket chat while we were using it: the security, the fact that you can limit the features each user can access due to the flexibility of the software. I like the sounds options and the layout of the screen (I only use the web version) I liked the capability to connect to salesforce and include articles. I used it every day to communicate with my team. The It department mentioned it was easy for them to implement Rocket Chat with Okta (internal software) and SalesForce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt that the emoji option was too rudimentary. I didn't like the fact that a new thread (someone responding to your message) would show in a new side window rather than on the same mesage screen (this is a personal like, I'm sure some people like that option)

The main problem rocket chat help solving was productivity and communication issues we where having.
Before rocket chat we used Teams, but a lot of the new hires and frontline employess would spend a lot of time talking and messaging each other. With Rocket Chat limiting the features each user could access, they would only have access to specific chats, this improved the conversations, the interactions and team morale overall.
Also, management had the opportunity to address issues and offer better more direct instructions porpously targeted to specific audiences (group chats).

Comprehensive Review of RocketChat: A Versatile Team Communication Platform
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the convenience and ease of using Rocket.Chat in daily life, without difficulty or server instability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I use Rocket.Chat on my phone, it has some issues loading conversations or displaying the response box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of speaking with someone from another department has made communication in our company easier and more practical.
So far I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with RocketChat, as a IT intern.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use definitely, it is very seamless and easy to message the rest of the people in my organization, kinda like a better version of WhatsApp but from a business standpoint, one of the stronger points is also how easy it is to implement, with usages like Docker for deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the only downsides I have with RocketChat is how sometimes I feel kinda "thrown out in the open" with the features, for a less experienced user of technology it might be hard to grasp some of them, and the UI could do with a more intuitive and streamlined design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RocketChat centralizes the communication that most of the time may be lost through other mediums, and gives us a easier time communicating with the rest of the crew in our space without having to resort to external means like maybe a WhatsApp or Microsoft Team, another key feature that RocketChat provides is the security, since we mostly work on classified projects, having the freedom of being able to speak without that confidential information getting out.
