Insight into content gaps. Analytics show what users are searching for but not finding, guiding better content creation.

Transformative Unified Search with Seamless Implementation and a True Partner Team

What do you like best about the product?
SearchUnify Cognitive Search delivers a true unified search experience across all of our knowledge, documentation, and training systems. In an environment where content lives across multiple platforms, SearchUnify removes the burden from users of needing to know where information resides. They simply search and get the right answers.

All results are presented on a single, commingled page regardless of the source, eliminating silos and dramatically improving content discoverability. This has been transformative for both our customers and internal teams, ensuring knowledge is accessible at the moment it’s needed.

Equally important, the SearchUnify team has been an exceptional partner. The implementation was seamless, and their team handled the integration and onboarding with precision and professionalism. They are proactive, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. It truly feels like a partnership, not a vendor relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. SearchUnify continues to actively evolve the platform and is highly receptive to feedback. While there are always opportunities to further enhance analytics depth and visualization, their team has been extremely collaborative and responsive in addressing requests and improving the product. Their commitment to continuous improvement has been a major strength.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SearchUnify eliminated content silos by providing a single, unified access point to knowledge, documentation, and training across multiple platforms. This allows users to focus on solving their problem instead of figuring out where information lives.

One of the most impactful capabilities has been embedding SearchUnify directly into our case submission workflow. By surfacing relevant knowledge, documentation, and training at the moment users are describing their issue, we have significantly improved self-service success and increased case deflection. Users are able to resolve questions independently, reducing support volume while improving the overall user experience.

It has fundamentally transformed how our customers, partners, and employees access knowledge, making information easier to find, faster to consume, and more actionable.

What do you like best about the product?
Search relevancy, filtering, and advanced search options.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if this app included image recognition and voice search. I’d also like to see alternative options or suggestions when a search doesn’t return any results, so I’m not left at a dead end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously siloed content databases are now unified under a single search. I can track search sessions and content usage, and measure deflection as well.

Federated Search and GPT Answers Make Queries Effortless

What do you like best about the product?
Federated search, data connectors out of the box and GPT like answering mechanism to direct resolution to queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really dislike anything as an end user. But I have to train and familiarize with the new UX and features which come out with the half-yearly product release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support agents waste time hopping between tabs and manually searching multiple systems to find solutions for customer issues. We expect from Searchunify to find them the right case-resolving information and customer history

Search capabilities, ease of operation, minimal maintenance required, and very responsive customer support,

Results of certain types of searches were less accurate than previous tool we were using and seems to require quite a while of manual configuration by support to achieve desired results.
