What do you like best about the product?
I highly recommend working the Search Unify and Grazitti team. They are exceptional partners who consistently go above and beyond to innovate and create solutions within Salesforce for our team. Their forward-thinking approach and ability to leverage Salesforce’s features have greatly streamlined our processes and boosted our productivity. Their dedication to staying updated on the latest Salesforce developments ensures we always have the most efficient tools at our disposal. Their contributions have been invaluable.

Enhanced customer support with SearchUnify

What do you like best about the product?
We have expanded SearchUnify Cognitive Search to a different products, and new data sources have been added as well, which continue to help the support agents and customers on different areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
We will be exploring the AI bots in the short term, which we are excited about, but right now I don't have additional feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick access to knowledge articles without having to leave the portal and without additional manual steps.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Community Leader, I’ve seen many search solutions come and go, but nothing has impacted our user experience like SearchUnify. This powerful tool has revolutionized our community’s search functionality and fundamentally enhanced our self-service offerings.

What stands out the most about SearchUnify is its ability to improve the self-service experience by intelligently suggesting similar questions. This feature is brilliant, harnessing the power of AI to direct users to relevant content even when their search terms may not match exactly. The result? Our community members are getting the answers they need faster and more efficiently.

Interestingly, ever since we implemented SearchUnify, our search volume has increased. This could be a testament to the ease and efficiency of the tool, encouraging more users to utilize our self-service channels. The search solution is so intuitive that it brings our users back repeatedly, maximizing their utilization and satisfaction.

SearchUnify's versatility is another significant advantage. We're using it for our community and across multiple platforms - our documentation portal, YouTube, support portal, and even our learning platform. There is not much to dislike. There is a lot for us to do to make this tool better, no doubt about it. I am looking forward to utilizing the tool to its full capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of features and has been very easy to use. The team at search unify is one of the best to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant think of anything other than there is too much for me to do. Its giving me more work to do since they have so many things we can do to improve our search with their software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting customers to answers faster and getting them to the correct resource easily. This has been very helpful towards our goals.

The SearchUnify team! Search Unify has been an integral partner in the development of Vlocity Success Community over the years. The Grazitti Search Unify solution has deflected thousands of customer support cases to allow our partners and customers to quickly locate the content they need.

What do you like best about the product?
Breaking this down per priority:
- Search Unify Team - from the PM (Deepika) to the Dev team (Sahil/Parveen) to Leadership and Sales (Guarav and Brian) to Mohit as our Account Manager- they are all highly responsive and helping in getting work down at our pace.
- Search Tool - packed with features with upgrades rolling out extending the platform. It's refreshing to see a SaaS company moving fast into AI/ML
- Support Community for Tickets - works well and tickets are prioritized
- We expand through acquisition so we are constantly growing - SU has kept up with our growth with constant infrastructure planning. kudos

A great search tool for resource discovery

What do you like best about the product?
The SearchUnify teams are extremely helpful, from implementation on to support. Our Customer Success Managers, in particular, have been an invaluable resource and connection.

I appreciate the enhanced discovery it provides for our Appinium resources in our learning portal. We've seen an increase in usage that we can directly attribute to the search functionality.

I also appreciate the level of detail provided in the analytics session tracking details. That has enabled us to take a deeper dive into user behavior and searches by exporting it to Tableau and connecting it to our Salesforce data.

We have also recently conducted accessibility audits on our platforms and services. The SearchUnify team was incredibly quick and responsive in helping us resolve accessibility issues found in the SearchUnify components.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Dislike" is the wrong word here, I think. SearchUnify generates a lot of data and that can make it a struggle sometimes to turn that data into action. I would like to see more enhancements in the analytics region of the admin dashboard, specifically around admins being able to customize what is displayed on their dashboards and exclude data sets from analysis, when applicable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Salesforce platform with a third-party app for our learning content. We could not expose that learning content to the user community because the native search couldn't honor the sharing rules. Our learning content was, therefore, not discoverable in our user community. Implementing the search tool from SearchUnify allowed us to expose this content in the search and it can now be discovered organically and highlighted in case deflection components.

The team that supports you to get the most out of the tools is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much manual tuning is required. These days I expect more A.I. from this kind of product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are mainly trying to solve case deflection and relevancy. Surfacing a variety of content for consumption.

What do you like best about the product?
SearchUnify has an excellent support team that is responsive and helpful whenever we have had issues. I like that the admin panel for managing our product is easy to use. A lot of customization can be done if needed to meet specific use cases, but a lot of the out-of-the-box functionality is great on its own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up of SearchUnify can take quite some time but makes sense considering all the data that needs to be indexed and linked correctly. You'll need an admin that can dedicate the time to perform search tuning and analyze the data. It's not something you can just set and forget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping our customers find what they need faster without clicking through the entire site. This is beneficial for us because it is helping us improve relevancy in our success center.

What do you like best about the product?
SearchUnify as a tool is comprehensive and easy to use, particularly with the advice and guidance I have gotten from Lynette.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me has been my past experience did not lead me directly to this role so I have had a lot to learn.

SearchUnify is helping to drive down our self help rate for our customers.
