Limited sources and destinations on both ETL and reverse ETL.

Excellent product, minimal downtime, great support
What do you like best about the product?
Cost and stability. We dont find any issue so far using it for almost 3 years. Its very reliable and hardly had any issue
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is not 24 hours so sometimes its not easy during working PST hours. But they are improving and adding new support in progress

We use Hevo for our ELT from many business application including mysql and mongodb to Snowflake
good system that allows for us to automate our pipelines

changing data in excel reflects in snowflake correctly

Simple cost effective tool for ELT
What do you like best about the product?
We chose hevo for its ability to read primary keys from flat files and merge them into a table. This is a feature other tools did not have. The tool is also much cheap compared to competitors. Support is quick to reply and mostly easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some challenges with jobs timing out on large files and had to get support involved. Pipelines dont automatically scale but once we had help from hevo all was working smoothly. If the tool had a proprietary db replication feature similar to fivetran sync I would move all jobs over to hevo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hevo helps us cost efftively move millions of records a day from various vendors/softwares into our central data warehouse snowflake.

Not so helpful if we want to delete some data

It is used to replace the Talend Open studio ETL tool which have many downsides

A thoughtful experience
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Hevo has been surprising in several aspects. In addition to being a great tool, they have a team completely focused on problem solving, available when the customer has something to solve and which helps in dealing with problems even before we identify them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UI details that can be improved, such as searching and viewing the pipe state by schema when there are multiple schemas in the same pipeline.

Hevo is used to allow us to extract data from our multiple data instances, each of which can contain up to thousands of different schemas in a simple and effective way.

If you know what you are doing Hevo imght be the way to go, but watch out for the price
What do you like best about the product?
Hevo provides lots of functionalities and customizations. The ability to apply custom python scripts to data before the data even gets into your database is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's complex, if there's an issue with your data (e.g. Some rows coming in are formatted differently for some reasons) this really breaks everything up and it's complex to solve. Pricing as well, since it's per row, makes it really hard to be predictable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to centralized all of our Clients data in one place and provide them with insights they wouldn't be able to find out otherwise

Customer Suppor team - very quick to get the issue resolved

Number of connectors available - many more could be added which I am sure will be done
