A not so promising promise

What do you like best about the product?
I found it helpful in quickly obtaining email addresses for business contacts, pursuing sales leads, and building my pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
while trying to obtain email addresses for business contacts, pursuing sales leads, and building my pipeline, I would often be denied access for "rules" and be prompted to open a paid account to pass this paywall and get access to the contact info, however, after obtaining the paid account, these paywalls were removed and the same contacts previously "protected" came up as empty or wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has helped our business increased data quality thanks to AI verification. It ensures contact numbers and emails are accurate and up to date.
With LeadIQ, we've realized faster prospecting. It comes with a browser extension that ensures fast and one click capturing of prospects from both CRMs and LinkedIn.
Ideal customer targeting. With LeadIQ, we can effortlessly identity and prioritize the right prospects that matches our specific target profile.
I like the smart contact tracking. LeadIQ notifies our team when prospects change job for purposes of re-targeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
With LeadIQ, everthing has worked perfectly. No single issue to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use LeadIQ for lead intelligence and it makes it easy to capture leads. In addition, LeadIQ is great for lead mining and we have also used it for sales intelligence.

Efficient Prospecting with LeadIQ

What do you like best about the product?
I like that LeadIQ is fairly easy to use, especially with the Chrome extension. I also love the instant enrich feature that works with Salesforce. It automatically populates a bunch of information in about five seconds whenever a new lead or contact is added. This feature is huge for us because it speeds up our ability to have that information in the system quickly, without needing to manually find it. The information is fairly reliable, which helps a great deal since we can rely on it most of the time. It's also valuable because the team can keep their workflow all in one place without jumping between systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say for me, the one aspect that is maybe lacking compared to some of the other tools is the UI in the actual browser of LeadIQ. So if you're actually on the LeadIQ platform and looking for information, sometimes it's a little harder to find and maybe a little harder to capture as well. Tools like ZoomInfo and Lucia allow you to push that information to Salesforce a little bit easier. I'd say LeadIQ does a lot better job in one-on-one research prospecting, whereas some of the other tools might be a little bit better around bulk adding that information to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadIQ to ensure reliable data in our CRM and streamline the sales workflow. The Chrome extension helps capture information easily from LinkedIn Sales Navigator without switching systems.

Unique Phone Number Coverage You Can’t Find Elsewhere

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of phone numbers available that aren't available on other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult to troubleshoot at times as an end user with some of the error messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a BDR and it makes it seamless to pull in leads from sales navigator. Critical for getting tasks done efficiently.

Accurate and Easy to Use, but HubSpot Integration Security Issues Hurt

What do you like best about the product?
I like the accuracy of information. Its easy to use. Customer support is quick but I do not require it often. Credit model works well here but may not be as convenient if I didn't use it in tandem with other enrichment tools. I reconcile information from Leadiq with our other enrichment sources every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I could use leadiq without using it in tandem with other enrichment tools. Does not integrate with our hubspot because of security issues, which is a big problem for us which is why we have to use other enrichment tools on top of it. The reason we use it is because Cognism is not always as accurate in the US as it is for our EMEA team, so we need to verify across multiple sources. This is time consuming, especially because we cannot integrate with our CRM so we cannot directly export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reconciling information for enrichment across various data sources. Helpful, but does not solve for everything we need so we cannot depend on it solely.

Top-Notch LATAM Enrichment—Great Overall

What do you like best about the product?
We've found that, at least in LATIN America, the region I outbound to, LeadIQ is by far the best enrichment tool, with the most up to date information. This is definitely very valuable. I also appreciate how easy it is to export accounts to different applications we use, and create CSVs easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chrome extension fails critically very often, forcing us to reset Google Chrome completely, close everything, and sometimes even have to reset the whole PC. Quite frustrating, specially when speed matters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps us find and enrich contacts, find correct phone numbers, and email addresses. The benefit is clear, without data there is no sales motion, no sales motion means no revenue.

Essential Tool for E-commerce Contact Retrieval

What do you like best about the product?
I like that LeadIQ has an extension that's easy to use in Salesforce and can pull contact information while in LinkedIn. I am almost always able to find a mobile number, which is the best way I've found to reach out and get a hold of people on the phone. Setup was instantaneous and very easy to use; all we had to do was download the LeadIQ extension and connect it with our email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes for smaller brands, there doesn't seem to be much contact data, especially when doing it directly from the Salesforce page. So if there's a way to enrich that data and access more contacts, that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadIQ to find contact data that are hard to find through standard tools. It helps me locate work emails and mobile numbers of prospects in e-commerce, setting meetings for viable leads directly from phone calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ to generate leads for my sales pipeline and outreach sequencing, and I find it very easy to use. It integrates perfectly into my tech stack, especially with Outreach and Salesforce, which makes for a really smooth operation of finding leads. The integrations also help me save time in my prospecting efforts and provide quality information. Setting it up initially was very easy, and it makes my workflow much better. I also appreciate that it offers verified emails that reduce the bouncing of email communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could easily override the 'this email isn't verified' function.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how simple LeadIQ is to use, and the fact that it can be a Chrome extension is a big plus for me. I find it great when I’m going through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, as it allows me to capture all my leads directly into my CRM without having to do it manually. It makes the process of unlocking email and phone numbers really easy and awesome. It's also pretty straightforward to set up, just by downloading the extension and having it pop up on my side.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just think with the certain symbols like the yellow or red or green, they could make it more descriptive. Maybe add some words behind that so you can understand what that is without having to go to a different site and do this and that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use LeadIQ to verify phone numbers in my CRM, especially when ZoomInfo isn't accurate. It unlocks emails and phone numbers efficiently, and updates based on titles, making capturing leads from LinkedIn into my CRM seamless and manual-free.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Lead IQ is how seamlessly it integrates while respecting the employees. It makes capturing leads from LinkedIn effortless and saves a significant amount of manual work. I'm pleased that it synchronizes easily with the CRM we use, helping us keep everything organized without any additional effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I find less appealing about LeadIQ is its pricing, which seems a bit high, especially for individual users or smaller teams. Given that the data accuracy isn't always perfect, I often find myself needing to double-check the information. Additionally, the platform feels somewhat limited if you're seeking deeper insights beyond just basic perspectives and contact capturing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue that Lead IQ addresses is the slow, manual, and disconnected process of managing prospects, where you would otherwise have to switch between LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and various CRMs. With Lead IQ, you can capture and enrich leads in just a few clicks, which saves me a significant amount of time and effort. This tool makes the process much more efficient and cost-effective, as it organizes data in a better way, automatically synchronizes everything, and reduces the chance of errors. Additionally, it helps keep the sales pipeline moving by providing real-time data updates.
