Effortless CRM Integration with Accurate Data
What do you like best about the product?
I find LeadIQ's emails to be very accurate, and the phone numbers are pretty good too, though sometimes they're a bit off. I like that LeadIQ is probably the best tool for taking a bunch of contacts and putting them into the CRM effortlessly. I appreciate that it allows me to mass import into HubSpot. Additionally, the initial setup of LeadIQ was very easy, with a quick and simple installation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just making sure the phone numbers are as accurate as possible. Really the only thing that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ provides accurate emails and pretty good phone numbers, simplifying contact import into HubSpot CRM effortlessly. It's great for mass importing contacts, enhancing productivity and integration efficiency with other tools like ZoomInfo.
Effortless Contact Enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ makes contact data enrichment effortless. With just a couple of clicks, it automatically populates high-quality data directly into our CRM. It’s a massive timesaver that has made our sales process much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that, at times, it automatically enriches the wrong company record by attaching a contact to it and then redirects that contact to the wrong account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps eliminate the manual work of adding contacts to my CRM. It speeds up my sales process and supports better pipeline management overall.
Reliable LinkedIn Prospecting with Smooth HubSpot Sync
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has been a reliable part of my prospecting workflow, particularly for capturing contact data directly from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator without breaking my rhythm. The Chrome extension works well and syncs cleanly into HubSpot, which saves a lot of manual data entry time.
Email accuracy is generally good, though like any tool in this space there are occasional bounces. The ability to capture and enrich contacts in real time while browsing Sales Navigator is where it genuinely earns its place in the stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see improvement on mobile numbers and European contact data specifically, as coverage there is thinner compared to US-based contacts. Overall it's a solid tool for SDRs working high-volume outbound and it integrates well into an existing sales tech stack.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like LeadIQ's user interface and workflows because they seem more streamlined than any other tool I've worked with. This makes it feel more intuitive, and allows me to move faster. LeadIQ does a really good job of letting me work fast during the prospecting motion and efficiently add prospects to sequences, saving me from having to do it one by one. The workflow that LeadIQ has created for sequencing an account is really impressive and lets me add different personas easily with the extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have tons of feedback for LeadIQ other than potentially making the overall enrichment process easier. Sometimes, the refreshing aspect can be difficult, and there can be a lag. The LeadIQ extension isn't always talking to the sales map, causing it to lag and sometimes requiring a refresh or a restart to get back on track. It can be a bit buggy in terms of functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ allows me to work fast in prospecting, efficiently adding prospects to sequences in bulk. The workflow it creates for sequencing accounts is intuitive, saving time and making my process more streamlined.
Efficient Lead Prospecting with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I find LeadIQ pretty lightweight and easy to use. I can quickly open it up, grab someone's details, and sync directly to my CRM without having to leave my browser window, which saves me time from manually inputting contact information. The ease of uploading .csv files to get details at scale while prospecting on LinkedIn is valuable, and the initial setup of LeadIQ was very easy. This has been my most positive experience with a lead scraper.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information is wrong, and I feel that I have to log in to it a lot which can be quite tedious mid-flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps me find contact information quickly on LinkedIn and easily upload details at scale. It's lightweight, saves time by syncing directly to CRM, and I don't have to leave my browser, which is handy.
Efficient for Contacts, Needs Data Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ to get emails and import contacts into Salesforce. It's a time saver! I find it easy to use and it does a decent job finding emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit janky. The data is not always accurate, sometimes pulling an old email from a prior company even when LinkedIn clearly shows the person is at a new company.

Effortless Lead Management with Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I find LeadIQ easy to use, which really simplifies the processes I manage. I like everything about it, from its setup to the way it functions in daily tasks.

Better email enrichment based off company format emails.

I use LeadIQ for enrichment and exporting to SFDC and Outreach sequences, solving manual exporting and enrichment problems.
Seamless Integration, needs Better AI
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of using the LeadIQ Chrome extension. It works really well for us to add prospects to cadences and provides full visibility into what is in Sales Navigator, automatically reflected in the extension. It's really easy to navigate and add prospects to the correct cadence. Since migrating to LeadIQ, we've noticed better quality in the phone numbers and emails we fetch. These improvements make it super easy to capture the right contacts and add them seamlessly to the right cadences. Basically, the ease of use with LeadIQ is a major plus for us, which even brought us back from using ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think their new AI capability called Lando is working super well. I kind of wish they had something better for us to capture information from the contact using AI and upload this information inside SalesLoft.

I use LeadIQ to find good contacts and seamlessly add them to cadences in SalesLoft.

I like that LeadIQ easily integrates with SalesNav and that it's easy to build lists within the platform. The fact that the LeadIQ extension automatically mirrors a SalesNav landing page saves a lot of time.

Sometimes the contact info/emails are not always accurate, or there isn't any contact information available.
