The way AI emails keep coming up with jibberish or the email wont load

I find the speed of data scraping with LeadIQ to be disappointing. It takes longer than expected to gather the necessary prospect information, which can be frustrating when working under time constraints.

I use LeadIQ to obtain missing prospect information like phone numbers, emails, and current company details, benefiting from the quality, accuracy, and ease of use.

I find the lack of AI-driven tools in LeadIQ frustrating. Having AI agents to assist with enriching data or drafting related searches could significantly enhance my productivity. This absence makes me consider looking into other tools that offer these capabilities.

I use LeadIQ for sourcing and enriching contacts, identifying the best buyers not found on other platforms, and ensuring real, accurate, and updated information with seamless integration with tools like HubSpot CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
I like LeadIQ's easy browser integration, which significantly enhances my efficiency and makes my experience with the product enjoyable. It is relatively fast, which adds to the overall smooth functionality, allowing for a more productive workflow. Additionally, I find the initial setup process to be super easy and intuitive, making it better suited to my needs compared to Cognism. Using LeadIQ is very intuitive, which makes it preferable for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Google Sheets did not work for me. I also find that having access to more phone numbers would be great.

What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome extension is very helpful. Its one-touch capture feature for Outreach, along with the ability to copy any email or phone number, really saves time when completing manual tasks. I also appreciate how the extension can load details like email and phone number from a person's LinkedIn profile simply by opening their LinkedIn page.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, when a contact is not in an active role, LeadIQ can feel quite cumbersome. It often fails to provide even catch-all email addresses or make reasonable guesses. Additionally, the accuracy of the phone numbers is not very reliable. The platform also does not offer built-in outreach sequencing or dialing features, so you have to depend on third-party integrations for those functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main advantage for me is the ability to fetch email addresses and phone numbers, which is extremely useful. Additionally, the integration with Outreach helps minimize the need for manual Excel imports and exports. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to capture and copy email addresses, phone numbers, Title and Linkedin profile and with just one click.

I love how easy it interacts with linkedin, salesloft, etc... which makes my day to day tasks much more fluid.

I often run out of credits that is my least favorite part of the platform

There are some gaps in the data provided by LeadIQ. It takes time to gather all the information, and some of the data, like those for certain decision-makers (DMs), is often incomplete or incorrect. This discrepancy can be attributed to reliance on data from social media platforms, which may not always be up-to-date. While I'm not entirely disappointed, there is room for improvement in ensuring the data is accurate and consistently updated.
