Easy to use when it isn't buggy

What do you like best about the product?
The abilty to easily scrape prospect information off LinkedIn. Over 50% accuracy for personal phone numbers, which is better than most data tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly crashes and slows down computer. Also when synched to SFDC, it chews up our API limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to access personal numbers of prospects. Even if it's inaccurate, the value from the right numbers there make it a valuable tool - especially for international leads. There's not a more accurate tool for international accounts than LeadIQ to my knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend! It crashes about once a week but it's still well worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, use and great results getting very clear and easy to use lead lists!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, easy to set up, the interface is very user friendly and very few leads I cannot find info for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating more streamlined prospect lists.

Easy to use while prospecting through other sites

Data information seemed lacking in some areas. Most phone numbers were prospects cell phone numbers

Finding prospects and contact information.

Very easy plug in to use - made prospecting through one screen extremely simple!

Solid product - great experience with their sales team

What do you like best about the product?
Minimizes the guessing game for the email war. As a full cycle sales rep, your ability to prospect efficiently is what builds your pipeline. We were playing a guessing game before on email format and relying on in person networking. I am a social seller, so this has helped me quite a bit. . LeadIQ helps with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hit rate could be better. The "one-trick pony" aspect of the product is there, but for the cost (not bad at all) it works the way it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails are gathered quickly and in mass. As a startup, it helps us build our CRM and allows us to grow our reach in terms of who we contact and why.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has been extremely helpful for helping my sales team find the contact info for decision-making executives

It is tough to get the correct info sometimes if the organization has recently changed their website

What do you like best about the product?
I like that when I am unable to find information with any other software LeadiQ is a nice fallback. I am able to organize campaigns the best on LeadiQ and I like the Chrome plug-in, and how it works really well with LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of contact information in comparison to other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing campaigns surrounding events and conferences, and finding unverified but likely emails.

Data is not always great, email address are not always correct, I would say its almost a 50% fit. This causes us to use other tools to gather contact data for

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ makes it simple to simultaneously import the person you've found directly into Salesforce and your SalesLoft cadence
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy could be improve (true of any data tool). Ability to sync to team cadences would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team needed a solution to quickly find prospects and add them to a cadence. LeadIQ speeds up our reps prospecting tremendously.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Lead IQ is that it provides a ton of information that you can't find anywhere else.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the massive amounts of data they provide, a lot of it is incorrect. That is a definite downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest benefits are being able to reach prospects that are otherwise untouchable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A must-have for all sales professionals, but beware of incorrect info.
