Very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has helped me find contact information I can't find in other databases. It's simple to use and only takes a second to extract the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always sync properly to my CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in sales and do cold outreach. It has been a very useful tool to get to the decision maker of the company I am prospecting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Extremely useful and contact information is accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
Meeting people and placing people. As a recruiter our jobs are very difficult - LeadIQ makes our job better - connecting with people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some challenges with customers job requirement (unrealistic demands) . .

Getting candidates information, networking and sharing searches I am working on.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ often provides Accurate and reliable data; It allows me to contact my prospects quickly and directly, often cutting out the middle and making me more effective and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ often provides inaccurate and unreliable data; the data quality is low, meaning i can't get the right contact information. Which means I'm calling and wasting my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me spend more time selling, cuts out a lot of inactive selling time.

when it works it's great. when it doesn't, it's a frustrating experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I love LeadIQ- it has been a fantastic tool to use in my recruiting efforts while trying to obtain contact information. I've used other tools but none are as easy and simple as LeadIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
he only thing I would change is its abilities to work with other Platforms, which I'm sure will come one day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to obtain contact information for clients and candidates in my recruiting efforts.
Good, Can Be Great
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can capture leads and create a CSV file. I bulk upload into our tools and this tool is perfect for this. I love the mobile phone access. This helps quite a bit when other tools are giving us just desk phones or nothing at all to call in to. Also great email verification. Especially now with the Verified Likely lead status. It has allowed our bounced rating to decrease in our tool which allows us to send out more emails daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it seems that credits aren't allocated to each member of our team. I also do get a lot of bad mobile numbers. I feel that I used my credit and didn't get the value back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Generation and the organization of generating leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LeadIQ is great if you are only getting desk phone numbers. Mobile numbers lead to pickups which leads to generation.
Easy to use when it isn't buggy
What do you like best about the product?
The abilty to easily scrape prospect information off LinkedIn. Over 50% accuracy for personal phone numbers, which is better than most data tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Constantly crashes and slows down computer. Also when synched to SFDC, it chews up our API limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to access personal numbers of prospects. Even if it's inaccurate, the value from the right numbers there make it a valuable tool - especially for international leads. There's not a more accurate tool for international accounts than LeadIQ to my knowledge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Recommend! It crashes about once a week but it's still well worth it.

Easy to set up, use and great results getting very clear and easy to use lead lists!

Nothing to dislike, easy to set up, the interface is very user friendly and very few leads I cannot find info for.

Data information seemed lacking in some areas. Most phone numbers were prospects cell phone numbers

Very easy plug in to use - made prospecting through one screen extremely simple!
Solid product - great experience with their sales team
What do you like best about the product?
Minimizes the guessing game for the email war. As a full cycle sales rep, your ability to prospect efficiently is what builds your pipeline. We were playing a guessing game before on email format and relying on in person networking. I am a social seller, so this has helped me quite a bit. . LeadIQ helps with that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hit rate could be better. The "one-trick pony" aspect of the product is there, but for the cost (not bad at all) it works the way it should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Emails are gathered quickly and in mass. As a startup, it helps us build our CRM and allows us to grow our reach in terms of who we contact and why.

LeadIQ has been extremely helpful for helping my sales team find the contact info for decision-making executives

It is tough to get the correct info sometimes if the organization has recently changed their website
