What do you like best about the product?
How seamlessly LeadIQ connects to LinkedIn & Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional wrong emails can be frusturating but majority are accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new leads, contact information and getting to decision makers quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a team doing heavy outbound prospecting, this is a great tool! Used it as an SDR in a prevois role and now using it as an AE and both have been really beneficial to have access to this tool..

Impeccable service in every aspect

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ solved our problem in lead generation automation. Searching all over possible solutions we came to the understanding that the way LeadIQ works is the most effective one: it does not sit on LI API, so no danger for the personal LI account to be blocked, it really saves time in searching for the contacts and i can work in LI, while simultaneously collecting necessary information. Another absolutely great asset is people, I have to admit the service is the best I've ever experienced, starting from sales department and continue with customer excellence dep.
What do you dislike about the product?
You may say that sometimes emails are not valid, but, common, let's be honest, 10% bounced rate for the emailing campaign - it's really good result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation automation. LeadIQ saves a lot of time to actually communicate with the client and not search the way how to get to him/her.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the import and side panel view from LeadIQ, along with the integrations to Chome and SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data is not up to date. I think lead IQ should focus on implementing the growth strategy/model of DiscoveryOrg and employee people who constantly update records and proactively make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've streamlined our business development processes by deploying LeadIQ - one some of our processes, what would've taken 15-20 mins, now takes us 2mins.

What do you like best about the product?
You can really target your list building efforts with LeadIQ - instead of simply pulling dozens of contacts at once you can easily hand pick the right contact at the companies you're looking to prospect into. The Salesforce integration works well, and does a good job at preventing duplicate records and understanding whether you're lead or account based.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found LeadIQ's premium credits to be pretty expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outbound prospecting requires good email and telephone number data. LeadIQ was able to streamline our process and improve our targeting of the right prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing about LeadIQ team is that they are there for you 24/7 and go over the extra mile to assist to any issues that may arise on their tools (extension etc) also a crucial thing is how much they progressed and made our life easier with the extra options for prospecting .
What do you dislike about the product?
everytime LinkedIn decides to upgrade anything they tend to make things harder for LeadIQ extension to work properly

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, Clear, Nice color, responsive IT team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page is not loading, I have to reload, the green icon that indicate that the contact is already capture could be more effective, like show us where this contact is already capture
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great benefit. allow me to capture a big amount of contact and them campaign to them about our products.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience factor. To be able to grab a contact from LinkedIn and add them straight to my SalesLoft cadence and as a result into SFDC is amazingly convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing right now. It’s awesome and satisfies what I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting new leads identified through LinkedIn into my sales process in 2 clicks is awesome.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ allows reps to build prospect lists while in Linkedin. When I was a DR this helped me better understand who I was reaching out to. I thought this was the best way to build prospect lists over using a database or blasting contacts that already exist in a CRM. With Lead IQ our team can build targeted campaign lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact lists don't automatically sync to CRM. You need to go into the web app - just an extra step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Updating contact information
-Uploading new contacts to CRM
-Building target lists for events or specific campaign outreach

Fast and efficient prospect building

What do you like best about the product?
It enables me too quickly and efficiently build up prospect lists to upload to Salesforce, and the data is normally fairly accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can take a long time to generate the information which is can be annoying when building lists fast. Sometimes it gives different email formats for one company and you end up having to test a few. A built in email tester would be amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding email addresses that I haven’t been able to source myself from research
