What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and most accurate data. When needing to do high volume, LeadIQ's workflow makes it easiest to fill the pipe the quickest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it captures info for family members of prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The inability to get accurate data into companies that do not make their contact info public. Eliminates so much time you may have to spend researching to find their contact info.

What do you like best about the product?
How I'm able to do a lot of work for SF within the leadIQ tool and how customisable campaigns can be, especially when working on conferences
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow at times. Can do with a more UI friendly experience

Saved a lot of manual work along with collect some up to date contact information

What do you like best about the product?
The Sync to Linked_in works great- no more tedious data entry!
What do you dislike about the product?
My company rolled out this product, but I didn't receive any training. Without a proper overview, it was tough to get started and is not totally intuitive. Once I was shown what to do I found it a bit easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've gotten a lot of time back spent prospecting.

The only way I know of to mass expert leads from Sales Navigator

What do you like best about the product?
This is the only tool that allows me to mass export leads from Sales Navigator. This alone is the best part of the tool. The other parts of the tool I do not use as much, but it works well as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any major concerns with the tool. I do find that other tools get SLIGHTLY better contact data, but this is neglibible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When manually researching contacts in LI, and having a way to export these in an automated fashion is a huge efficiency gain for us.

Great for personal phone numbers

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about LeadIQ is the accuracy it provides when it comes to attaining personal phone numbers of possible leads and / or contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to always get personal phone numbers, or even to get the correct email. It sometimes makes me have to dig deeper and spend a-lot of time just for one specific contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I achieve a great pipeline by using LeadIQ. Also, the fact that there is an integration between many CRMs, makes life easier and saves us all a-lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of importing contacts into SFDC and that you can 'capture' a whole page of Linkedin prospects with one easy click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the data is incorrect or incomplete.

Great for phone numbers!

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is the easiest way to get prospects into Salesforce and SalesLoft cadences. This has been one of the better lead gen tools I have used. The phone numbers are great and always the right person with direct dials. Most of the other lead gen tools I have used before only give you company lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ sometimes will populate the wrong email addresses and wrong companies based on the Inc or spelling of a company name. Also, whoever owns the phone line will have the possibility of being the wrong number such as a spouse.

Prospect faster

What do you like best about the product?
LinkedIn integration is awesome. Other prospecting platforms directly interfere with the LinkedIn UI which can slow LinkedIn down. By acting as a sidebar, I can get direct phone #s and emails while browsing without interfering with how I consume content on the platform.

Getting cells #s is good, but it can be a double-edged sword. Unlimited emails is a HUGE plus. The last thing I want to do is have to pay for multiple emails from an account when they all have the same format. Integration with Salesloft + Outreach + Salesforce (being able to drop people directly into sequences) is a big time-saver as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for direct office lines (not cell #s), there's likely better providers out there. UI of the platform itself is a bit clunky (particularly the admin settings), but gets the job done (+ they're building out a new one right now that looks a lot prettier. More technographic data would be great, but they've improved dramatically on this front since I started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the centerpiece of all prospecting is good data. You can be fabulous on the phone or at writing emails, but if you don't have the write contact information its pointless. LeadIQ streamlines the entire process of getting this data + integrates with all the platforms a tech-savy BDR would be using, making getting up and running seamless.

Good Resource but half the emails bounce

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and helps me develop sales leads. It cuts the time in half and you can export list instead of entering it manually. It is useful at guessing emails but I wish it was more accurate. LeadIQ works really well with Sales Navigator on Linked in. The most useful feature LeadIQ has got is undoubtedly it's Chrome plug-in. It is just one tap add to your list and very easy to customize the data as well. I have used DiscoverOrg's plugin as well and I'm afraid even they don't match up to the ease of adding leads when compared to LeadIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
Half the emails bounce even if it says it works. I have to go in an edit the majority of the emails which is very time consuming. It doesn't work with LinkedIn premium so you have to use it on Sales Navigator which is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find the names of sales leads on sales navigator. You can export the leads into an excel file and you can even export to sales force strait from the website. It is easy to use which is useful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would look at the needs and capacity of your staff and see if your employees have enough time to fix the emails for the leads.
