Good - small improvements needed
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to pull straight from LinkedIn; features make contact pulls easy to sort and make outreach easy to initiate
What do you dislike about the product?
information accuracy - a lot of times the emails are wrong (they follow a similar template when leadiq makes guesses; causes a lot of bounces)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making list building and contacts alot more efficient; has made custom outreach alot easier

The plug-in is powerful and accurate. It conneects directly to linkedin and makes an SDR's life better.

The list building feature on the website.

Prospecting lists that arent accurate.

Seems like there is a lot of errors that constantly happen when syncing to salesforce.

Putting new leads in salesforce. Helped me get emails for new leads.

What do you like best about the product?
love how fast and easy it is to find contact information. The ability to add people to a campaign right from the LeadIQ UI is outstanding. Fast easy connection with Salesforce is a huge plus as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the person does not get added to the right campaign but this is rare. Support is sometimes an issue but once they get in contact with you they find a solution fast
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
wrong numbers, mainly family members. Emails can be sometimes missed. Company phone numbers are usually persons old organization. Frustrating when you get a number to a family member because it usually angers the prospect when they find out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LeadIQ is a great tool to quickly add a prospect to a campaign and find their contact information in one simple click. Beware of family member numbers but that is the only flaw in my eyes.
Awesome Tool, customer service iffy at first but improved greatly over time.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool makes prospecting a breeze and the information is correct a 1/3rd of the time. Not half bad when dialing in the market our team works in. Beat out Seamless.ai in terms of lead information and prospecting and lead enrichment is made easier than ever before. I cannot believe how easy this has made our lives after six months. I highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support was initially slow to react and took over 24 hours to get in front on an AE, but now things are a lot quicker and smoother, definitely a sign of a maturing company. I do bemoan the loss of intercom for support but each company makes their own decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can prospect quickly but with the credit system being as it is, it could be slowly as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure not to use too many premium credits, or use them sparingly.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is one of the more accurate solutions out there. They have a great system that can provide you with both work and personal contact information for your target contacts. A perk or us is that it is integrated with SFDC so we can update contact information from LeadIQ and it will update in SFDC if you choose to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
They recently updated their UI and in my opinion it is much less user friendly. I prefer Zoominfo's interface because it is actually an iframe inside of our CRM vs LeadIQ you have to leave the environment (CRM) that you are working it. It is a pop out window which is OK but slows you down just a little. It also can be slow in getting the information and checking if the information is accurate - but it does check an provide you with a color (green, yellow red) estimate on if the suggested contact information is correct or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a small Sales organization, we are able to gain insights into contact information that would otherwise be a guess. Instead of spending time guessing someone's email address or phone number, LeadIQ has been pretty good about gathering this information for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider using this product in conjunction with another product like Zoominfo. LeadIQ information is fairly accurate but can be very off as well. It helps to be able to check with another solution to see if what they are recommending is accurate.

success rate of the emails needs to improve. The database just has too many wrong emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Right from the chrome plug in i can create contacts in salesForce without manually enter in all the info. Literally the easiest tool to train SDR's on. Also love that it gives you an heads up if you're creating a duplocate contact
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes i have to click add contact a few times but still wai easier than manual entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving spedd to lead entry for SDR team and minimizing duplicate creation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
even if the email is showing up incorecrt adding the contact via LeadIQ and correcting the email later is still faster
Simple and easy-to-use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is for me to import contact information directly from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. With a few simple clicks, a contact is created in our CRM complete with relevant information (email, phone number, etc)-- perfect for those that produce large volumes of outbound engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead IQ does not always have the specific contact information that I need- because of this, my team leverages several contact sourcing tools. Though, I figure this is the case with most of these tools...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In sales, I need accurate phone numbers and emails to engage prospects. LeadIQ makes this easy for me.
Great tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is great in how it connects with Salesforce and Sales Navigator for prospecting purposes. It is EXTREMELY easy to upload leads in bulk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Work emails were rarely correct and the functionality to let the user know if they were verified or not was lacking. Improving the work email accuracy should be top prio.
