What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to export contacts directly into Outreach sequences from Lead IQ without having any manual actions to perform in salesforce. I also like how Lead IQ verifies email addresses and phone numbers to show that they are accurate. I have found that when people are newer to their job roles, Lead IQ is more likely to have their contact information whereas other tools like ZoomInfo may not have this information for a few months if someone is new to their role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of Lead IQ's contact information is accurate and a lot of times, I have run into situations where I have gotten the wrong phone number from Lead IQ and it is someone that may have the same name but not the same person as the the prospect I was trying to reach. In some awkward instances, these phone numbers have sometime been routed to a family member of that person too. Overall, I have been satisifed with Lead IQ when it comes to sourcing contact information for prospects when tools such as ZoomInfo may not have been able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead IQ solves the problem of finding contact information for prospects where Zoominfo was unable to do so. Oftentimes, prospects may be opted out of ZoomInfo where you are unable to get their contact information at all, but Lead IQ has always been successful in getting this information. I have booked multiple meetings where the prospect was opted out of ZoomInfo but I got in contact with them through Lead IQ contact information.

Sometimes the data is not 100% correct when importing

Capturing the leads with speed, it benefits me in a way that I can work swiftly and drive pipeline growth as quick as possible

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use functionality that is user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
The data isn't the most accurate and sometimes makes it difficult to find good prospects
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scribe function is easy to use and provides decent messages
Very convenient on a daily basis, lack accuracy in MENA,APAC
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's super easy to add contacts to SalesForce without any manual work and it syncs with LinkedIn in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not provide very accurate data outside of America, Europe and gives wrong emails in the Middle East, Africa and APAC Regions. It also has issues with letters like ü,ö,ş,ç which are common laters in Turkish names. For example if someones name is Özge and email adress is actually ozge@company.com, LeadIQ provides is as oezge@company.com, which causes deliverability issues and requires manual connection. As someone prospects a lot in the region, this can be frusturating.

Solves the issue of adding leads to Salesforce manually and saves me a lot of time.

Everything i love the insights, visibility, ability to filter by title.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of about LeadIQ is the ROI and the cost to return ratio, its easy to use interface combined with robust features is something that I lied, hav been using this platform for a year now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The starightforward set of features might be a bit old school with new platforms coming in with AI tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The bulk lead prospecting and the requiremnt of leads this has become our Go-to platform

Nothing comes to mind, simple UI and does what it says on the tin.

It's very easy to pull up contacts verified emails/cell numbers from LinkedIn and the pop up Chrome Extension is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not very much to say about disliking LeadIQ. The value is getting verified emails/cell numbers and being able to push them SFDC or Outreach, which is great.

Untrustworthy Phone Numbers
What do you like best about the product?
I like how this syncs so seamlessly from my Sales Nav to Outreach to SF.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of bad phone numbers or a long list of phone numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me easily move leads I fund on Sales Nav into a sequence in outreach.
