What do you like best about the product?
Really good at linking to linkedin and finding prospects.

Speed of intergrating prospects to hubspot

Finding lead emails & phone numbers, which make my role as SDR simpler.
Overall a great prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is very easy to use (its Chrome extension is a great and useful feature), the database is of good quality, and it's easy to create contact lists and move contacts between systems. Overall, I (as well as my team) are happy with the tool and its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting contacts' phone numbers is a bit of a pain: We get roughly 10-15% of phone numbers only. Also, it's not possible to get tokens reimbursed once they are used, even when the phone number isn't in the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is our primary prospecting tool used by SDRs and marketing.

Integrations are awesome, and ease of use and easy to implement. They do have a great customer support team.

there are some limitations but overall its solid

The HubSpot integration is killer. Saves a TON of time when trying to import contacts from LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone numbers are BAD. Frequently call prospect's spouses, siblings, parents, etc.

Helping push contact information into HubSpot. Saves me a ton of time.
Best tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The feature to scrap data and get information on your finger tips. The feature to save lists and view it back through dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limit on mobile number access. There cab be unlimited access if you have enterprise account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in getting data from LinkedIn. Getting network and real time information. It helps in doing new outreach and account reachouts.
Easy to use application for sourcing current contact details for prospects.

Integration with SalesForce and LinkedIn. Easy to get up and running. Prompt service from the technical support team.

Company detail is limite and could be improved.

Ability to cost effecitvely source relevant contacts with ease. I like the real time integration with LinkedIn.
Huge time saver when finding new prospects
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of time saved by automatically creating contacts in HubSpot vs me having to make the contact manually each time is substantial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I frequently find inaccurate emails and phone numbers, often dialing a prospects wife, father, sister, or the a different person with the same name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ makes it extremely fast to find prospects on SalesNav and automatically capture and create that contact into my HubSpot CRM, vs me doing it manually.
Simple and Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ gives me the most accurate results for prospects in accounts that actually exist, unlike others I have used in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that stands out to me that I don't like about this platform other than the emails don't automatically fix themselves when there is a common signature email address.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find people who actually work at the accounts I hunt into, and it is simple and quick to download data directly to my Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lead IQ every day. I'm able to import contacts from LISN easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very quick at importing contacts - slowest part of my sourcing/prospecting process
