Helps in getting correct contact deatils
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me get right contact details be it email or phone so I can reach out to potential prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of credits for a guest user can be increased.

Getting contact details which are otherwise unavailable.
LeadIQ Helps Streamline The Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see multiple ways to connect with desired prospects. This helps with the multi-touch sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform with source previous roles. However, the ability to edit the url allows for the system to do it's thing with it's best recommendation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the best contacts and importing them into our CRM to start the outreach process. This is the tedious, time consuming process that is helpful to the sales team around the country.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use as a browser extension and I can quickly find contact information for the people I really want to get in touch with.

Sometimes the contact information LeadIQ finds may be the correct name, but a different person, or a relative of the contact you wish to call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact info is crucial for connecting with prospects in a sales role, and LeadIQ helps me do that.

Sometimes, the data doesn't transfer correctly due to missing key information, so I have to enter it manually and resend it for transfer to SFDC again

Lead IQ is a great software I use on the daily, and even refer them over to my clients.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me do my job! I dont think I would be anywhere without this tool pulling in contact info for me while im prospecting, or even just reconnecting with current clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am unable to sync the leads back to HubSpot and I am not sure why that is, but it isnt very frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me do my job by getting contact info if its not already in my HubSpot
Easy to use, convenient however lacks the phone number accuracy at times!

it is easThe tool is incredibly user-friendly, thanks to its Chrome extension and pop-out window that make it easy to find contact information from LinkedIn and sync it directly into HubSpot. The email quality is decent, and the phone number data is improving, with the premium search being a valuable addition. I also appreciate the 'Scribe' feature. While AI-generated emails still need refinement before being sent out, they do offer useful ideas and a starting point. Additionally, their support team addressed a bug I reported just a week ago with impressive speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, phone is the only channel that’s really effective for me, so I’m looking for higher quality and more extensive phone data. LeadIQ is decent, but it’s not ideal for my audience in L&D/HR. I understand that obtaining this data within the EU is quite challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact details of the prospects; overall happy with LeadIQ except on rare occasions where the phone number accuracy is not that great

One downside of LeadIQ is that the data accuracy can sometimes be inconsistent, leading to occasional outdated or incorrect contact information. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams, and there may be occasional glitches with the browser extension that require refreshing.

LeadIQ solves the problem of time-consuming manual data entry by automating the capture of accurate contact information from LinkedIn profiles. This benefits me by speeding up the prospecting process, ensuring I have up-to-date leads, and allowing me to focus more on engaging with prospects rather than gathering data.

The easy and simple user interface, with it being off to the side.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes doesn't connect to my Salesforce account and i need to restart the extension.
