Lead IQ is a great software I use on the daily, and even refer them over to my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me do my job! I dont think I would be anywhere without this tool pulling in contact info for me while im prospecting, or even just reconnecting with current clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am unable to sync the leads back to HubSpot and I am not sure why that is, but it isnt very frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me do my job by getting contact info if its not already in my HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
it is easThe tool is incredibly user-friendly, thanks to its Chrome extension and pop-out window that make it easy to find contact information from LinkedIn and sync it directly into HubSpot. The email quality is decent, and the phone number data is improving, with the premium search being a valuable addition. I also appreciate the 'Scribe' feature. While AI-generated emails still need refinement before being sent out, they do offer useful ideas and a starting point. Additionally, their support team addressed a bug I reported just a week ago with impressive speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, phone is the only channel that’s really effective for me, so I’m looking for higher quality and more extensive phone data. LeadIQ is decent, but it’s not ideal for my audience in L&D/HR. I understand that obtaining this data within the EU is quite challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact details of the prospects; overall happy with LeadIQ except on rare occasions where the phone number accuracy is not that great

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LeadIQ is its ability to streamline prospecting by quickly capturing accurate contact details directly from LinkedIn. The seamless CRM integration and intuitive interface make it easy to organize and act on leads, saving time and enhancing productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of LeadIQ is that the data accuracy can sometimes be inconsistent, leading to occasional outdated or incorrect contact information. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit high for smaller teams, and there may be occasional glitches with the browser extension that require refreshing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ solves the problem of time-consuming manual data entry by automating the capture of accurate contact information from LinkedIn profiles. This benefits me by speeding up the prospecting process, ensuring I have up-to-date leads, and allowing me to focus more on engaging with prospects rather than gathering data.

The easy and simple user interface, with it being off to the side.

What do you like best about the product?
Using lead iq helps me transfer my propsects into my crm, saving me a ton of time in my propsecting efforts. I'm able to reach more prospects, create more opportunities and therefore close more deals!
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely Nothing! This product is pretty much exactly what I need and I wouldnt change a thing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before lead iq it was a very tedious task to find prospects contact information. With lead iq, I'm able to capture contact info in a single click and have it flow right into my crm. It's a HUGE time saver

Not full integrated with platforms that I use most, or partial integration with other as LinkedIn, where I even have to work for you, indicating the domains for some contacts....when I´m expecting that LeadIQ give me that

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that I was able to one click add prospects into my workflow as I was working through my prospecting flow daily. It made things very smooth and easy. Implementation/integration was a breeze and if there was any sort of question the support team would always be there for help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that LeadIQ seems to be more of a LinkedIn plugin. Comapred to other prosecting methods, I felt as if I was solely stuck to prospects that were on linkedin. I also feel as if the data could be better. Some, not all, numbers would be dead, a spouse, or a wrong number. It is the most important aspect for me as I am call heavy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving a lead capture issue for me. We would previously add contact info into a spreadsheet and have to upload that into HubSpot. This made that process take 50% less time.

What do you like best about the product?
We use LeadIQ for prospecting. The data is accurate and is a key part of our outbound strategy. Unlike many other competitors, the monthly subscription is well priced making LeadIQ an ideal solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occassionally it takes a while to load new contacts and information. This is not a major issue however
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to LeadIQ, any prospecting we did relied on manually trying to find contact information. This was time consuming and ineffective to scale our team. With LeadIQ, we now are able to capture names, numbers and email addresses for our ICPs. This has led directly to more meetings booked and sales converted.

What do you like best about the product?
Obtaining email and contact information is incredibly straightforward, and it's equally effortless to generate a new lead in the CRM or incorporate them into an outreach cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the contact and email details are often inaccurate, there are limited opportunities to request updates. There is an option to request updates manually. This can be done by reaching out to the LeadIQ team to obtain the correct details, but it's important to note that such requests can only be made a limited number of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using LeadIQ, you can easily acquire prospect contact details, create new leads in your CRM, and directly add them to sales cadences.
