Efficient, time saving, room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency syncing LISN contacts into CRM

Data is sometimes flawed, especially with regards to numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ almost every day. Also since my organisation uses Outreach for prospecting automation, and LeadIQ is highly compatible and easy-to-use and implement. It's so handy when it comes to its integration with LinkedIn Sales Nav The best part of LeadIQ is the tags that we can add while creating leadlist. Their Customer support is also great, we've have a dedication customer success team to cater to any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it takes a while to update the contact information of the leads who have recently changed their job or their respective organisation has chnaged their domaind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With outbound prospecting, there are two very imp factors to make it successful - correct contact information and alignment of leads based on the nature of outreach (ex- cold email, events etc) - LeadIQ makes its all a cakewalk

Email database is very strong with great syncing with salesloft and hupspot.

Phone data is limited at times but I understand it can be a diffuclt process to find and aqquire these numbers

Simplying lead gen and allowing for greater efficency when implnting leads into outbound systems
Very Helpful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its very user friendly with its integration to Sales Navigator. It decreases the time spent sourcing new leads. The ability to quickly select a seqeunce to add users in a click or 2 allows me to focus time on other tasks. I can easily start targeting new people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Chrome extension oftens stops working and I have to restart to get it back functional. Sometims I find the data is inaccurate or missing for a prospect. This can waste time and decrease my productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find contact information of target users that I cant find anywhere else. I can target new people more quickly.
User friendly and great data!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use , quality of the data and is very well integrated to Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it goes down, and I can't use the tool, but I have had maybe two such incidents in nine months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is solving the problem I had in the past with other prospecting tools, more in particular when it comes to the quality of the emails, my bounce rate improved and lead conversion too.
Cost-effective, easy to use but doesn't always have the data needed.
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use, the chrome extension and pop out window make it super simple to find contact data from LinkedIn and sync straight into Hubspot. Their email quality is reasonably good and phone number data is getting better (the premium search is a nice addition). I also like the 'Scribe' feature. Personally, AI-generated emails still aren't good enough to send, but they can at least give some ideas or a base to work from. Their support team fixed a bug pretty quickly too when I raised one a week or so ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone is the only channel that is really working for me at the moment, and would therefore like better quality and more phone data. LeadIQ is okay, but for my audience (L&D/HR), it's not brilliant. I appreciate within the EU though it is very hard to obtain this data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find contact details of prospects - as mentioned, the data quality is reasonable but some gaps.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesforce and Salesloft simultaneously. When I capture a lead from LinkedIn, they are automatically added to LeadIQ list, Salesforce and SalesLoft in 1 click.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the pop-up extension. I would prefer the sidebar extension. The pop-up makes it harder for me to navigate to the lead and sometimes it distorts my Chrome window too.

Helpful in lead generation for outbound activities.
Comprehensive, Data Enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
Really good tool & it has become part of my day to day workflow. Has saved me significant time on a daily basis removing the copy & paste efforts into my CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes data accuracy isn't on point & has some limited data on contacts (mobiles)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me get prospects & the relevant insights about them into my CRM to increase the velocity of outreach!

LinkedIn integration is helpful and it provides accurate customer information most of the time.

Exporting to Salesloft clumsy sometimes and it's hard to find phone numbers sometimes.
