Increased Efficiency with LeadIQ
What do you like best about the product?
We love how simple and easy it is to prospect using LeadIQ. Our SDRs have been able to double activity output with the Chrome extension functionality & integrations between Salesforce and Outreach. We've loved the added features like Track and Scribe. Being within LeadIQ everyday, it's been so nice to now easily see personnel changes within our target accounts, find new prospects and craft fantastic messaging in a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time we haven't had anything with LeadIQ that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data quality and overall team efficiency. Previous tools provided contact data with high bounce rates and low connect rates. With LeadIQ, we've seen bounce rates drastically decrease (3%+) and overall connect rates increas.e
Very good as a first time data finding software user
What do you like best about the product?
Very good extension for finding leads with LinkedIn, love the feature of entering the custom emails that I found in different places, super easy to flick between cadences that I want to capture leads into.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I didn't use any other software I don't have a comparison point and as far as I'm concerned haven't found anything I don't like

Finding emails and phone numbers fast, saving time.
Quality Contacts
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ provides quality contacts to ensure I'm reaching the right person. There is little doubt that I will be lead in the wrong direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a LeadIQ thing, but running out of credits can get frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps build out accurate contacts for my personas in my account lists. This makes me job tremendously easier.

It pulls good numbers and generates a complete list of contacts. Also syncs with apps.

Sometimes syncing with apps can be challenging and a lack of contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
Accurate contact data. Easy to import contacts to Salesforce and Salesloft which saves time. Ability to track job changes and promotions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have the ability to add contacts to a Salesforce campaign while importing. Other than that, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me a lot of time capturing leads which allows me to focus more on engaging prospects.

Being able to pull leads directly through linkedin

It is really hard to find phone numbers and 15% of the time the emails will be invalid

It helps me pull leads with ease i can have a linkedin list pulled up and immediatly have the contact info at my fingertips

What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to quickly capture and enrich lead data has streamlined my workflow, allowing me to focus more on meaningful engagement. The seamless integration with HubSpot ensures accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM, while its user-friendly interface makes it easy to use from day one. Overall, LeadIQ has significantly boosted my productivity and efficiency in lead generation.

occasional discrepancies in data accuracy can arise, which means some manual verification might still be necessary

solves the problems of inefficient lead capture and data management by automating and enriching lead information, which boosts my productivity and ensures more targeted and effective outreach.

Things I don't like that much:
- Limited Customization Options
- Considering the pricing; Certain advanced features might be more expensive based on the plan chosen which could be a factor to think about for teams or individual users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ tackles the issue of lead sourcing by automating the process of finding and enriching contact information. This not saves sales representatives an amount of time but also boosts data accuracy by offering verified and current contact details thereby minimizing errors and wasted efforts. The platform simplifies the outreach procedure enabling automated follow ups and monitoring to increase efficiency. Through integration, with existing tools and calendars LeadIQ ensures management of leads and appointments allowing sales teams to concentrate more on engaging with clients rather than dealing with administrative tasks. Overall it helps my job easier.

Numbers and emails could be better, sometimes I need to find better emails

Sometimes need to exit out of the extnetion and open to backwhen it runs into syncing issues
