Simple & efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, simple and easy to use

sometimes there are no mobile phone numbers

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the prospecting easier with their easy to use lead caputing and syncing with the CRM. In addtion to providing verified contact details, saving lots of time in manually feeding the inputs.

Glitchy on occassion, can take a long time to load up which slows me down

Streamlining prospecting, makes it much faster for me to get in contact with the roght people
LeadIQ will get the job done
What do you like best about the product?
The pice of LeadIQ I like the most is the ease of use. The extension allows you to easily capture leads right from SalesNavigator, without having to open a full tab. I also like that you can hone in on lists in the full LeadIQ site. I have used LeadIQ at two comapnies now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love the fact that when a company has a predominant email format, LeadIQ does not seem to recognize it. When I hit "use email format for all prospects", it still does not seem to follow the email format manually inputted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is solving the problem of contact data for my prospects. This is an essential function, as if you don't have contact info, you can't make sales. Without LeadIQ we would have to resort to solely LinkedIn outreach.

amazing tool for Sales people
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very user-friendly tool for beginners, easily integrating with any CRM or outreach tool. It offers many features, such as finding phone numbers or email addresses and composing emails using Scribe. As an SDR, I use this tool almost every day in my work. Their customer support team is very responsive and helpful.

Sometimes I feel it’s not up-to-date because the prospect contact details are inaccurate or the numbers are invalid.

It assists in obtaining persona details for outreach, and AI writing assistance aids in composing emails.

Takes the drudgery out of prospecting - the extension is amazing.

Like any contact data providers sometimes their mobile numbers or emails are inaccurate.

It helps me go from prospect identification to getting those same prospects into an actual flow/sequence/cadence as quickly as possible, with the right contact info.

It makes it easy to sync contacts from Sales Nav over to Gong. It also finds phone numbers and emails for me.

The phone numbers are frequently incorrect. I'm sure that can't be helped, but it's consistent.
It also frequently freezes, and I have to refresh it which refreshes every Sales Nav tab I have open. It's a bit obnoxious how often it freezes.

Helping me to capture leads to Gong Engage, and help me gather phone numbers.
LeadIQ has been the best source for quality & efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I have been in SAAS sales for 4-5 years now and used most of the LeadIQ competitors out there and so far I still consider it to be the best for quality and efficency. The fact that I can instantly sequence them while prospecting in Sales Nav is a major game changer plus the amount of bounces is way lower than other tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main dislike I have is the inability to mass pull prospects in the way that ZoomInfo can. Also I dislike that you have to pay for premium credits to receive their phone numbers.

LeadIQ solves pretty much all of the issues that the features offer from: Quality leads, prospecting effiency and AI support with writing detailed messaging.
