Works.. most of the time
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it easy to sync contacts from Sales Nav over to Gong. It also finds phone numbers and emails for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone numbers are frequently incorrect. I'm sure that can't be helped, but it's consistent.
It also frequently freezes, and I have to refresh it which refreshes every Sales Nav tab I have open. It's a bit obnoxious how often it freezes.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to capture leads to Gong Engage, and help me gather phone numbers.
LeadIQ has been the best source for quality & efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I have been in SAAS sales for 4-5 years now and used most of the LeadIQ competitors out there and so far I still consider it to be the best for quality and efficency. The fact that I can instantly sequence them while prospecting in Sales Nav is a major game changer plus the amount of bounces is way lower than other tools I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Main dislike I have is the inability to mass pull prospects in the way that ZoomInfo can. Also I dislike that you have to pay for premium credits to receive their phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ solves pretty much all of the issues that the features offer from: Quality leads, prospecting effiency and AI support with writing detailed messaging.
Easy and simple lead tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit slow in capturing and uploading data to Salesforce and Outreach.

LeadIQ helps me in capturing leads from Linkedin Sales Navigator directly to Salesforce or Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the tool integrates with Sales Navigator and it makes it easy to pull new leads into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to log into LeadIQ every time is a bit annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows me to pull emails and numbers right from sales nav so i can do some heavy prospecting.

What do you like best about the product?
My favourite part of Lead IQ is the automated email templates based on Linkedin profiles. This really aids my outreach sequences as they look more tailored, leading to better results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the templates can look computerised, but with a bit of tinkering, this is easily solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of having lots of unpersonalised emails. Personalising an email usually takes a long time, but not anymroe with the Scribe feature.

Making it easy to import contacts to multiple places at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not always accurate and makes it hard to get in touch with contacts when that happens.

Data enriching and bulk list generation is a little bit slower compared to a product like Zoominfo.

Finding contact information for prospects and quickly performing personalized communication to them
Quick add in to cadence
What do you like best about the product?
It's convenient to add very targeted leads into a cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seeing a larger window when selecting which cadence to add to. Phone numbers tend to be innaccurate and provides with 4 different mobiles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bypasses the step of going to salesforce to find the lead and then add into a cadence which save me lots of time.
Good tool for getting information
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is good for getting contact info. They sometimes have wrong emails or phone numbers but that's to be expected. Overall it's decent.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have as many mobile phone numbers and I would like.

I use LeadIQ to get emails and phone numbers of prospects I would like to call into and add them to my sequence.
Easy workflow for lead capture in key tools.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simple workflow to capture lead data across key systems for prospecting and outreach purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited functionality and the UI could be improved, especially for instances where a lead isn't able to be captured without some manual effort - it's not always clear what you are supposed to do in order to update the contact record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ makes it incredibly easy to get contacts into Salesloft candences w/o any extra steps or processes. The time savings are huge, and almost makes it too easy to add leads that I often add too many. It's also been incredibly helpful to update records in salesforce, and create lists for strategic initiatives.
