What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Salesloft and Salesforce saves a lot of time

Data quality is iffy, most emails bounce, a lot of unavailable phone numbers

Data especially for direct/mobile numbers sometimes wrong and connects to other people

What do you like best about the product?
I love how LeadIQ has the ability to automate processes instead of manually typing in contact info, I use it everyday
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are incorrect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automatically populates the contact name, job title, and contact info into our internal contact management system so I don't have to do it myself saving a ton of time

Contact data is reliable despite me targeting SMB's in Nordic market
Better data for European market than other competitors I have used in the past (e.g. ZoomInfo)

UX/UI could be improved but that is not particularly important - the tool still works fine

Quickly and easily adding accurate contact data to CRM & Sales enablement tools

What do you like best about the product?
Not much so far i've sent an email to Customer Service in regards to my concerns and haven't heard anything back.
What do you dislike about the product?
One out of every 50 emails sent might work doesn't matter if the email comes up green on the profile. It still bounces back money wasted.

Has not benefited me 90% of emails have bounced back. Person not even at the company when I call

Easiness in setup and use, Integrations into Salesforce and Outreach

Sometimes when there is a field error it just says error but not where to fix it

It works seamlessly when using Sales Navigator and when activated pushed to Salesforce and Outreach to do the sequencing
Really good product. Saves a lot of time which was spent manually enriching the CRM

How easy it is to use. Links well with the CRM and data is very accurate. Very easy to implement + integrate

Very little I disliked. On occasions the contacts wouldn't add to system so that was the only issue

Solving wasted time adding contacts to database. Also makes enrichment so much easier and allows me to scale my outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful parts of LeadIQ are the integrations - namely Salesforce and outreach. work really well, especially love how I can immediately add a lead into an outreach sequence with the same click that I capture their info. I use leadIQ pretty consistently each day and it definitely makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is mediocre in comparison to Zoominfo or Apollo, although I wouldn't say its bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead IQ is helping my prospecting workflow, and finding prospect contact info.

It integrates seamlessly with popular CRM systems and other sales tools, streamlining workflows and ensuring that data is easily accessible and usable.Also, the platform is user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for sales professionals to find and manage leads without a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional gaps or outdated information, which can impact the effectiveness of their outreach efforts. There can still be a learning curve for new users, especially those unfamiliar with sales prospecting tools.

Manually searching for and gathering contact information is time-consuming and inefficient. LeadIQ automates the process of finding and capturing contact details, significantly reducing the time spent on prospecting. This allows sales teams to focus more on selling and less on administrative tasks, increasing overall productivity.
