Great integrations, middling data
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful parts of LeadIQ are the integrations - namely Salesforce and outreach. work really well, especially love how I can immediately add a lead into an outreach sequence with the same click that I capture their info. I use leadIQ pretty consistently each day and it definitely makes my life easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is mediocre in comparison to Zoominfo or Apollo, although I wouldn't say its bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead IQ is helping my prospecting workflow, and finding prospect contact info.

It integrates seamlessly with popular CRM systems and other sales tools, streamlining workflows and ensuring that data is easily accessible and usable.Also, the platform is user-friendly, with an intuitive interface that makes it easy for sales professionals to find and manage leads without a steep learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional gaps or outdated information, which can impact the effectiveness of their outreach efforts. There can still be a learning curve for new users, especially those unfamiliar with sales prospecting tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manually searching for and gathering contact information is time-consuming and inefficient. LeadIQ automates the process of finding and capturing contact details, significantly reducing the time spent on prospecting. This allows sales teams to focus more on selling and less on administrative tasks, increasing overall productivity.

Capture, Capture All, and the fact that you can sequence in Outreach and update SFDC recordds

Sometimes hard to find on the side but I've figured out how to find it when the plug in is hiding

Utilizing LeadIQ has been crucial for outbound prospecting in my role
What do you like best about the product?
I love how LeadIQ makes it easy to import contacts into their respective account - in addition to providing verifications on accurate emails and phone numbers. I have yet to use this specific capability yet, but have heard that you have the ability to import contacts directly into a Groove Flow from LeadIQ which will be extremely helpful with streamlining my outbound sales process. It was very easy to implement and integrate into my process and included resources at my firm. I use LeadIQ daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't very many things I dislike regarding LeadIQ, the only thing I haven't liked is sometimes verified contact details happen to be incorrect (only happens 1/100 times or so). If there was a way to integrate with outlook to detect bounced emails and unverify contact information that would be helpful for myself and other users if they try to pull the same contact from LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ eliminates a ton of research time and guess work on contact information when reaching out to new prospects. This has benefitted me a TON because if I didn't have LeadIQ I would likely have to spend multiple days researching instead of finishing my necessary research within a couple hours.
Easy to manages lead prospecting tool
What do you like best about the product?
It captures the data of entire lead list available on Linkedin Sales Navigator. It provides the revelent information such as mobile and email for my propecting process. They provide customer as well. User friendly software.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ doesn't allow to delete the information once it has been updated only the manager can do that. Difficult to manage that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ provides me the accurate data of prospects whatever I am looking for. IT helps me get in touch with the prospects easily it reduce my work efforts. Also I can capture all the data and create multiple lead list from linkedin it helps me to sort the data.

What do you like best about the product?
Good tools to uncover email addresses and phone numbers for prospecting. Works well with LinkedIn and Outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times there are sync issues with Outreach and it takes some admin time to troubleshoot.

Understanding prospect email addresses and how best to contact them

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is we create our own multiple lead list, easy to track by tags, it provide accurate mobile number and email address of prospects. User friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not give option to delete information once updated. The admin has a acess to do this. I did not like even if the numbers are incorrect it still does not refund the credit.

I create a lead list on Linkedin Sales Navigator, leadIQ can easily capture the leads and it provides the direct contact number along with email address. it helps for accurate prospecting and saving my time.

pulling the details into salesforce and outreach directly, the ease to see the contacts in one place, support is nice.

the process is hectix, the numbers are not right sometimes, the account tagging is incorrect.

finding the leads at one place and capturing them, it makes it easy to capture and the process is quite efficent.
