Better than ZoomInfo - still could have some tweaks

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to capture data and the integration into SFDC. LeadIQ is more reliable in terms of contact info than ZoomInfo as well
What do you dislike about the product?
Main issue I have is with the lists - since you can capture leads and it gets saved into My Leads, you should be able to move contacts from My Leads into an appropriate list tag. You cant currently and so I must capture every individual lead again with the aligned tag which can take a while

Finding correct contact info for contacts

What do you like best about the product?
I use LeadIQ daily. It was easy to integrate with our other platforms. It is so helpful to pull contact information straight from LinkedIn Sales Nav & to be able to enroll those contacts directly into a cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any prospecting tool, an email or phone number is not always available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is shortening the time it takes me to prospect and enroll contacts into a cadence.

What do you like best about the product?
It was pretty fast to export prospects and smooth to get into outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It had limited credits and counted towards your cap even if they didn't have a phone number. So many credits were exhausted quickly even if I didn't get any information.

Most of the phone number data was inaccurate and it showed many issues for people in a calling environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem they solved was personalization. Their personalization for prospects helped me get out unique emails faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Contact details across all regions including mobile phone number and a great integration with salesloft. I cannot imagine working without LeadIQ.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes provide wrong numbers => waste of time and money for us. But no database is perfect.

What do you like best about the product?
Leadiq has the best feature to open/unlock emails if they are not able to unlock them they set the reminder as soon a the email if available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to double check the data because some industries are irrelevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to reach targets and get as many leads and emails as possible to do a marketing campaign.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is very helpful for sequencing prospects and getting them into our CRM. I like that it integrates with Salesforce and Outreach and makes it easy to ensure that activity is being tracked. Setting it up was also pretty easy and it is something that we use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data itself is not always great. The emails addresses and phone numbers are often incorrect and editing them is not always easy to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps us to find contact information for prospects, and enables us to more easily upload prospect lists to our CRM. It benefits us by enabling us to get in touch with prospects and book meetings with them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty fast and easy to use vs other providers. Way more logical
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a bit clunky when transitioning screens and some atypical problems with accuracy but nothing crazy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surfacing contacts fast from LinkedIn into my CRM withouth too much delay

What do you like best about the product?
The best things about LeadIQ is the ability to find contact details like emails and mobile phones for prospects - Additionally, the ability to capture the data and import it directly into a SalesLoft cadence. The Account manager was very knowledgeable and setting up the service was really simple and easy. It has become a tool we use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides -

The Company finder tool needs work

Sometimes it doesn't pick up the main contact number for a business, even though it's very obvious on the website

No native integration with Zoho CRM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing mobile numbers makes it easier to reach prospects, meaning more conversations, more meetings booked and more sales made - additionally, the timesaving aspect of the lead capture is massively beneficial
