Great User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easability of leadiq and how it integrates easily with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with salesforce doesn't work great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is pulling leads from linkedin directly avoiding tedious tasks.

Seamless intergration to work alongisde Sales Nav for simple sourcing of leads that export automatically into outreach tool

Sometimes data is inaccurate (this is a problem with all data providers)

We use it to find data for new leads to prospect
Overall, I am a fan of LeadIQ for prospecting and collecting contact info for leads.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to upload leads 25 at a time to a specific campaign.
I also like that it gauges the verification of emails as verified, best guess, etc.
It is very easy to use and the features can be self taught very quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
When a user doesn't have their full last name listed on their LinkedIn profile, LeadIQ automatically generates the email address using only the last initial. This results in multiple incorrect email addresses. I wish that it would just omit these from the list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have only run into one minor problem with LeadIQ when the software was down, but the support team reached out to me very quickly and resolved the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration between LeadIQ and Salesloft is super smooth - easy to export a high volume of leads. The emails provided are very accurate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers for cold calling can be inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead IQ is the link between Salesloft and Sales Nav for us and helps spread brand awareness, learn more about our prospects and book meetings. This helps us find companies that are in the market for our software.

What do you like best about the product?
I've enjoyed the ease of use of the tool, including the easy integration with Gong Engage and the ability to add contacts directly to a flow with the click of a button. I also appreciate that they gave us a free trial as part of the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost limitations with unlocking Mobile Phone numbers.

LeadIQ helps us with gathering leads with the click of a button and putting them into campaign flows. It is benefitting us by saving time.
The best tool to grab prospects contact info and integrates with many CRM tooling
What do you like best about the product?
I have used it daily for 3+ years now. It's easy to use, grabs a ton of info and can be customized to upload specific attritubes to your CRM. The userability of changing emails and it updating other proapects emails to the approriate format is great. Implemntation is pretty easy as well as integrating it with other tools like Outreach and SFDC.
Customer support has also been promt on resolving issues but haven't had to contact them much (which is good).

Sometimes can be a little buggy and take a second to load but honestly it's not too big an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the easist tool to upload prospect contact info into your CRMs and removes all manual process of doing so.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has a really good integration with outrach and I find it much easier to import leads using LeadIQ than Zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact lookup is quite poor. I often find myself calling peoples spouses, parents, wrong numbers, etc

What do you like best about the product?
The LeadIQ plugin for Chrome brings together SFDC, Gong, and LinkIn sales navigator and allows them to work as one seamless experience. LeadIQ reads the onscreen contacts in Sales Navigator and with a single click you can capture the Lead into SFDC and put them into a Gong Flow. IT was really easy to set up - just a simple plugin on chrome and then signing in to Gong on the tool. I use it multiple times a day in prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't imagine LeadIQ being better at capturing contacts and bringing the tech stack together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of moving leads from Sales Nav into SFDC and Gong is very manual. LeadIQ automates it and enables you to capture massive amounts of leads quickly. The problem of casting a wide nide to prospect and raise awareness efficiently is solved by LeadIQ

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is my favorite tool to bridge connecting leads from salesnavigator to salesloft & our crm. It's quick, efficient, and gives me the relevant information I need to succeed.

at times leads aren't created in salesforce which can be frustrating.
