SDR Teams shouldn’t live without LeadiQ + all its features
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly, and automatically not only create brand new contacts into your CRM, but also launch them into a sequence or cadence, and couple that with being able to have an AI assist in creating content for personalized and precise messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but more so a suggestion… For Scribe, the ability to identify additional ICP is connected to the one your creating content for, and have those contacts and content auto generated as well so you can have a garage angles to attack accounts with would be really helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A massive time, saving for prospectors and sellers
LeadIQ is the best way to ingest prospects into my CRM for customer outreach.
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is the main tool that I use to ingest prospects into our CRM. I use LeadIQ daily as part of my prospecting and outreach strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the emails and phone numbers are not accurate and I am not able to get contact information for every prospect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding contact information for a large amount of contacts.

It is a pretty seamless process to get propsects into my outreach and I have found that there are a lot of numbers that arent in something like ZoomInfo
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some issues around errors when trying to put someone into SFDC/outreach when there is a duplicate and updating those contacts & leads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it much easier to put people into sequence when doing account research. I really like Scribe and LeadIQ reports every week as well for past customers
Convenient tool for sales reps
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and ability to synchonize with Salesforce, Linkedin, and Linkedin Sales Navigator makes it convenient to use no matter which platform I am currently utilizing. The side pop out makes it easily assessible and it simplies the process of adding new contacts into my CRM to just 1-2 clicks. This saves a lot of time, especially considering the fact I am using it frequently throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the syncing may not be the best, forcing me to switch tabs or refresh my page to get it correct. Sometimes the email format is off and it takes a few clicks to change it. No hude dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps me saving time during the manual process of prospecting. Saving a few second when pulling in each contacts really adds up throughout the day.

-The data is not 100% accurate. I feel like the data is better in Zoominfo for email and phone numbers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I would go on LinkedIn and use the Zoominfo integration to capture contact info and create a new contact in Salesforce (1 at a time). From Salesforce I would use the Outreach integration to add the contact to an Outreach sequence. The LeadIQ integration allows me to import multiple contacts at the same time in both Salesforce and a specific Outreach sequence. This saves me a ton of time.

I like that LeadIQ has a simple and easy to use UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that LeadIQ often has "verified" contact data that is in fact incorrect.

LeadIQ gives me the data nevessary to complete tasks and excel as a SDR.

I like the lists and that mobile phone numbers can be automatically captured. best workflow of getting leads info into outreach that i've tried.

Dont like the seperate window pop up. rather extensions.

LeadIQ scribe functionality (AI writing assistant) does not always produce the best content.

Problems being solved: Gathering of prospect contact information as well as contact verifiation, manually tracking and entering information into various 3rd party tooling, and content creation: LinkedIn messaging, Email creation (via AI assistant)

Searching for leads easily, pulling into CRm, being able to do this in bulk

Buggy, needs to be refreshed frequently to pull cadences from SalesLoft

Building pipeline and closing deals by identifying qualified leads

What do you like best about the product?
The lead ata is solid, and the chrome extension works the majority of the time with Salesloft, allowing seamless data capturing and cadence capabilities.

Mobile data is few and far between, but if there is a number it is typically accurate
