What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is very intuitive and is able to dynamically update my data across Salesforce and Outreach, saving me time, and enriching both databases for organized data. Being able to outreach directly from the account enriching stage streamlines my efforts and helps to make me more productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, LeadIQ will pull historical data and will not populate the correct business for the prospect I am gathering information for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining my prospecting of new accounts from LinkedIn Sales Navigator through to Salesforce and Outreach makes me more productive and efficient.

LeadIQ is an amazing Lead Gen tool with a lot of powerful features

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to find contact information for new leads. I use LinkedIn & other search methods to find the correct people. Combingin LeadIQ's sidebar + LinkedIn makes it fast and easy to capture emails, phone numbers, and other pertinent information. The integrations with Outreach make speed up my ability to prospect and place leads into the correct sequences.

I use LeadIQ daily and it has saved me hours per week in my process. When I have any issues with the technology, LeadIQ team is fast to respond and facilitiate issues (ie credits, connectivity, etc) but that is rare that I even have an issue.

The most recent 'Scribe' feature to auto-populate emails is very powerful. I find that it saves me a lot of time because it follows a simliar process in how I research leads & contacts. I would like to see more features added to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any dislikes about LeadIQ. IT is easy to use and has no major flaws or glaring issues. It does what it sets out to do and then some. The new functions/features that the LeadIQ team pushes periodically ensure that there is always long-term future value as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is saving me a LOT of time. For most of my process it involves finding contact info (email/phone #), inputting lead info into Salesforce CRM, adding the Lead to a cadence in Outreach, and then creating a message to send them that is personalized. LeadIQ helps me do all of these things and saves me many hours per week.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ shines as a beacon of usability in a sea of complex sales tools. Its interface integrates seamlessly into my daily routine, striking that perfect balance between functionality and simplicity. It doesn't just occupy space within my workflow—it enhances it. One feature that stands out is the Scribe tool, which has revolutionized the way I conduct prospect research. What used to be a time-consuming task now feels like a breeze, with the ability to gather insights at a speed that's tenfold faster than before. LeadIQ has undoubtedly become an indispensable ally in my sales arsenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
While LeadIQ generally hits the mark, it does have its quirks (as you'll find every sales tool does). Occasionally, I encounter a hiccup where it won’t load on the first try, or it might tease me with a few extra login prompts before I can dive in. And every now and then, the extension requires a quick refresh installation to get back on track. These are minor speed bumps that momentarily slow down the efficiency express, but they're quick fixes and don't detract from the overall value LeadIQ brings to my daily routine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is the Swiss Army knife in my prospecting toolkit, tackling multiple challenges with finesse. It's not just about capturing essential contact data; it delves deeper, streamlining my prospect research and providing insights into the roles and responsibilities within their companies. The AI writing assistant, albeit occasionally quirky with its suggestions, is a time-saver, speeding up my outreach preparation. This comprehensive package equips me with the knowledge and resources needed to write effectively to prospects, often turning cold outreach into warm conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
How easily it fits into / integrates with my prospecting workflow! Also how they're constantly rolling out new features (job changes, help me personalize my emails, etc). It's one of the few tools that I use every single day!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! Keep innovating and keep adding more contact data, the more the better in my opinion!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me capture prospects' information, automatically add them to my CRM, and automatically add them to my sequencing tool or into a sequence for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ability to bring multiple prospects together from LinkedIn into Outreach as part of a sequence/tag with one click, and how you can modify phone numbers and emails on the go. Saves a lot of time instead of opening multiple tabs for each contact

The phone numbers are not as accurate for my ICP, but I use other data sources for that.

What do you like best about the product?
Most people would probably agree whether you're sitting down to write an email or a college essay, the hardest part is where to start.

In a busy work day when you have dozens (if not more) of emails to power through it can be daunting and you can burn out quick. LeadIQ gives you that initial jumping off point to stay sharp all day and get more volume out while keeping a high quality level.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I've had is phone number accuracy. It's a double edged sword to where it can sometimes find a number another tool wouldn't which is great. But semi-regularly they're completely wrong and you end up calling a random personal cell number.

Sometimes accuracy can be an issue but generally small quick fixes. Error codes and the tool being down are probably the biggest headache, but when it's up and running it's solid.

Quick access to prospect info and assistance in messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the accuracy of the phone numbers I get. I've been booking way more meetings! On top of that Scribe is also amazing and helps me write very personalized emails. It's super easy to use! I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet - the only thing I would say is that there's always room for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using leadIQ to help me write emails as well as helping me to find contact information for leads that I get.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Leadiq as our main prospecting tool. The Chrome extension is easy to use and the learning curve is easy. The emails for the most part are good as well as phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile Numbers sometimes can be off and or nonexistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ solves our prospecting initiatives and is easy to capture the info and send it over to Salesloft and Salesforce.
