Works as Advertised
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to push all lead through to Outreach from Sales Nav is a great feature helps with workflow efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing is the data quality (phone numbers) is sometimes off or nonexistent.

Getting phone number and email

What do you like best about the product?
Their abilities into Salesloft are great. I can pull leads and have them go directly into cadence so that's really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
They claimed that they have the best info and best cell phone numbers but I don't think that's true. I constantly was getting more bounce back emails than average. Our rep would show us how to change our settings for only verified emails but it still didn't help. If I go and look and someone it'll show a mobile number but once I hit unlock to use a credit nothing shows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling leads. you gotta have either them or Zoom Info or another competitor. LeadIQ does work the best with LinkedIn and Sales Nav. I feel like they are on the right track just some of their data is lacking. Their AI for writing emails isn't as developed as other software I've used.

easy way to capture data from linked in and creating short and crips template within minutes, saves so much of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Scribe tool doesnt capture the most current employment details of the prospects and i have to recreate messages again to get the desired message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its saving so much of my time and helping me craft beautiful messages short and sweet that used to take me hours before.
Convenient tool for contact info + great webinar content
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's directly tied to LinkedIn so that I can easily grab contact info and upload contacts to our CRM with the syncing we have set up. It is usually accurate with emails, and does have at least one phone # for many contacts. I also like the weekly reports they send to show new leads and job changes at target companies and they have been putting on some GREAT webinars with helpful open dialogue with tips, tricks and results within the sales world for tactics and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been quite a few technical glitches overtime in relation to using the plug-in to gather and upload/sync the data. I was able to work through or resolve most of them and currently it's running smoothly overall.
Only other thing I wish could be improved is the mobile # availablity for contacts. I would estimate maybe 50-75% have one, and accuracy on these is at least 50% when available. However, closer to 80-90% for availblity and accuracy would be more ideal.

Easy ways to gather and upload contact and relate contact info. Keeping us abreast of changes and new leads. General sales intelligence with wonderful webinars monthly.
Lead IQ is a sales rep's dream!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly lead IQ is and how seamlessly it works with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information from lead iq is inaccurate - but rare!

Finding the right leads and building out my book of business!

LeadIQ is a great tool for Sales prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ integrates easily w/ prospecting workflow and makes it super simple to get contacts into SFDC when doing outreach. Implementation is very simple and you can leverage it as much or as little as needed very quickly with the Chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ has a lot of features that don't seem entirely necessary. The integration with SFDC is the most valuable feature and the only that I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removes the need to manually create contacts and drastically simplifies lead list creation.
Great Contact Data Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Amazingly easy to use and set up, and the new Scribe Anywhere feature is truly game changer for our reps that live in SalesNav

Tool frequently hits errors for users related to duplicates in SalesForce

Finding up to date contact info and writing cold emails is simplified by LeadIQ
Good for bulk contact collection from Linkedin to sales tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can add a contact or a bulk import of contacts directly to a Salesloft cadence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The window bar disappears sometimes. Also you cannot uncheck the contacts you are exporting from LinkedIn you have to manually do it on the LeadIQ side for exporting.

LeadIQ helps me gather contacts from my various accounts and move them efficiently to SalesLoft or Salesforce

Sometimes its difficult to pull that lead into Outreach/SFDC, not as user friendly
