Solid platform - could always be some improvements

What do you like best about the product?
It is fairly intuitive to use and the data is typically pretty accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there more phone numbers available and the chrome extension was more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expediting the process and time it takes to upload contacts and prospects into both Salesforce and Outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
It has best integration with Outreach and Salesforce and you can choose all the data you want to upload before it's uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have the paid version, unfortunately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to create new accounts in Salesforce from Sales Nav easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The quick collection of leads in Navigator that can be organized with all the information including emails and phone numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the leads don't have a phone number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps me colect leads from Navigator and fill in the details about the lead including emails and phone numbers. This is a huge time saver and works well.

What do you like best about the product?
What I Like Best:
The Chrome plugin is the highlight, providing a hassle-free way to add leads to my list, and the unlimited email credits are a boon for extensive prospecting efforts.

Upsides:

Automation of contact information capture
Great integration with CRM systems like Salesforce
Unlimited email credits
Confidence ratings for email validity

Review Considerations:

Ease of Use: Very user-friendly, especially with the Chrome extension.
Customer Support: Not used
Frequency of Use: Ideal for daily use in active lead generation.
Number of Features: Adequate for its purpose, though not the most dynamic.
Ease of Integration: HubSpot seems to work
What do you dislike about the product?
What I Dislike:
The limitations on mobile number access can be a hurdle, and the occasional inaccuracies in email data can disrupt workflows.

Downsides:

Dashboard UI needs improvement
Data quality can be hit or miss
Inaccuracies in email addresses for common names
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ solves the problem of manual lead data entry through his Hubspot intergration - ideal for every Sales Person

Great tool with some caviats

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it integrates with the CRM and autimatically pulls phone numbers from all over.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the contact exists in SF already, or the system can't find adequate email/phone it refuses to export the contact.

Also the leadiQ pop out will sometimes not load and put a stop on my prospecting. Also the window will open on my main monitor even if I have Linkedin open on my secodnary monitor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is finding numbers for my prospects. It is exporting my contacts to salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
that it pulled the contacts from LinkedIn and I'm familiar with it
What do you dislike about the product?
Using the filters from LinkedIn to narrow down searches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THey currently are not solving any issues. We had to go with a different vendor.

Great integration tool for outreach

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ very seamlessly pulls in all sequences you might want to use to easily organize your prospects into the proper outreach techniques. Makes capturing leads fast and organized. I use LeadIQ everyday of my job and its integral for quick prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ disconnects itself from time to time or can lag to load sales nav pages but this is usually easily fixed. Customer support is always accessible to address this if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without LeadIQ, sequencing prospects would take so much longer. With LeadIQ my propsects are quickly sequenced into proper outreach forms.

I like how its easy to move around and navigate as well as goes right out into sequences.

Sometimes it freezes up or does not immediately send prospects to messaging.

I love that I have the desired information right at my finger tips, and aving the ability to connect to Outreach is so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incorrect contact information comes with the territory.

With the implementation of AI Writing, it has cut down the necessary research I have to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that when I'm planning to reach out to someone using LeadIQ I can automatically sequence them them with the Outreach intergration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues in the past where the intergration with Linkedin sales nav wasn't working and I had to reach out to support directly to get the issue solved.
