Easy to use and accurate
What do you like best about the product?
- The ability to unlock mobile numbers that seem to evade other data providers
- Ease of use, implementation, and integration

What do you dislike about the product?
- Not much to dislike about LeadIQ, it costs more than other data providers. However, it is worth the spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of our biggest problems is finding accurate data. Lead IQ has benefited us by getting us the contact information neccesary to get in touch with the right people.
LeadIQ has been a great supplement source for mobile numbers only.
What do you like best about the product?
They tend to have mobile numbers that other compeitotrs in the market dont have which is a huge benefit to the SDR role

They dont tend to have accurate info beyond mobile numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use them as a supplement to zoominfo and they have numbers that arent captured in zoominfo. Thats almost strictly what i use it for in my role
Gets the job done!
What do you like best about the product?
The Scribe AI feature. This helped me create emails using parameters my team put in and would hepl me with getitng the creative juices flowing.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part it works but the data for phone numbers is off about 1/3 of the time. When I am uplaoding a handful of emails and get so many bounces it is frustrating. Like many other products like this out there the data is not as good as it used to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps me get the data on prospects I need but a 1/3 of the time the emails and phone numbers are not correct. More can be done in this area.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly and accuratley add propsects to cadences with fast and up to date info.

Phone number availibility is great but would love to see more

Why do I have to log in every day and have multiple windows that pop up to log back in? Super annoying

Amazing UI, Data not so much.......
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use the chrome extension and put prospects into cadences while exploring LinkedIn. Also love the script tool to develop customized messaging for prospecting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is pretty lack luster. Lots of bounced emails and contacts with no direct dial or an incorrect direct dial. Also we were told we would get intent data as it was suppposed to be added by Q2 of 2023, well it never got added.

Lead IQ makes it easy to add information into salesforce and salesloft cadences for prospecting
I love leveraging lead IQ for a seamless and easy export process from sales nav to outreach.

How easy it is to export prospects to outreach which seamless salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scribe is not always accurate and the mesasges they create can be a little too salesy and robotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead IQ is by far the best tool when it comes to exporting prospects to outreach while ensuring tracking in salesforce. It solves the problem of having to do this manually with CSV files.
The time back you always wanted but didn't know was possible
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily figure out if I'm contacting the best prospect's and what their best contact information is, it saves me so much time not calling people that will never answer or that has the wrong information, saves me hours every single week
What do you dislike about the product?
That I'm limited on how many numbers I can search, not an issue with the product at all hahahah I just need to buy a full account
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is showing me what the best contact information is and the best personalized messaging for prospect's. I email hundreds of people every week and LeadIQ allows me to send personalized emails and I'm getting more engagement on my emails than I ever have, It takes so much time to personalize an email and the fact that LeadIQ does it in seconds is a game changer in my workflow.
