What do you like best about the product?
I love building lists in LeadIQ and importing to our outreach tool! So fast! I have reached out to our CSM before in need of additional credits and always had a great experience and help I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of LeadIQ are that the data isn't always reliable - but every now and then you get a nice spouse willing to help you out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me reach out to the right people so that I can book revenue generating meetings for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is awesome, they always check in to make sure I am okay and enjoying LeadIQ. Not to mention, the tool is great and it pulls accurate phone numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, but to be fair I only use the chrome extension that syncs to Outreach and SF
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me pull cell phone numbers of prospects and email addresses I need for my outreach in my sales role as an AE.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has very accirate data when it comes to phone numbers and work emails. They also make getting your leads into your CRM and outreach tool incredibly easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes names are ported over incorrectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ gets prospects out of Sales Nav and into both Outreach and Salesforce. It also provides us with emails and phone numbers to contact these prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
I think lead IQ is a really good tool. it helped with importing people to a cadence. it easy to visualize, great support if needed. I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes all the leads don't import and the scibe feature is not working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing people to cadence, writing emails more efficiently. just makes my day a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Navigating through LeadIQ has been notably seamless and indeed, a valuable asset for our sales development team. The 'Scribe' feature is particularly stellar, autonomously managing data and aligning it within our CRM, which allows our SDRs to shift their full attention towards engaging leads and cementing deals. The customer service experience has been nothing short of excellent - with their 24/7 support on Slack, inquiries and challenges are swiftly addressed. A nod of appreciation to Tris, our Customer Success Manager, who has been instrumental in ensuring our onboarding and continuous use of the platform remains smooth and beneficial. In essence, LeadIQ has provided a dependable, effective, and user-friendly avenue for managing and optimizing our lead management processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using LeadIQ has mostly been a smooth ride, with a setup that was surprisingly straightforward and easy. Yep, we've had a few "ah-ha" moments while exploring some of the deeper functionalities and advanced features. And while 'Scribe' has been a standout feature, automating our data processes like a dream, there were a couple of instances where it needed a tiny bit of manual oversight to nail the accuracy. But, every small challenge turned into a learning chance, helping us get the hang of the platform even more and dig into its robust capabilities. The continuous enhancements and refinements LeadIQ introduces have been a nice touch, showing they’re all in on making the user experience top-notch. So, it’s a solid thumbs up from our team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ has really stepped up our game by solving some key issues our sales team was bumping into. Take the 'Scribe' feature, for example. It’s been like having our own personal email writer, crafting messages that sound like they’re coming straight from a human - think ChatGPT vibes but for our email outreach. It’s saved us from the headache of trying to draft the perfect note every time.

Plus, LeadIQ gives us a bunch of solid, up-to-date lead data, which means less time digging for info and more time actually talking to potential clients. This has helped make our whole lead finding and managing process much smoother, letting us put more focus where it really counts - building those relationships and landing deals. Seeing our workflow and team vibe get a boost has been great.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, breadth of emails, integration with Email/lead gen applications.

I would say the only negative can some times be the lack of correct phone numbers.

LeadIQ solves the problem of identifying new contacts in an org and capturing their information/helping easily outbound to the prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
They make it very easy to drop prospects into sequence, from linkedin salesnavigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how often I have to input emails manually. It can be time consuming.
