Good tool to use when prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly a manual request for a number comes back. I like that there are multiple phone numbers associated with a prospect and that you are able to edit the email address to capture contact. Easy to use as well, use it almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the past few weeks, the LeadIQ extension has not been connecting to Sales Navigator or LinkedIn and needs constant reboot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping gather contact information for leads that come into the system, making it easier to get in contact with prospects.
Evaluated multiple tools, LeadIQ was our top choice
What do you like best about the product?
We evaluated multiple tools to find a solid prospecting tool, and LeadIQ was our top choice. Their sales team was a joy to work with - they were so attentive to our needs, helped manage a proof of concept to prove out the value, helping us derisk the tool, and our implementation and CSM team (Tris) have also been wonderful, helpful, and responsive.
Our sales team works primarily in Sales Nav, so having a strong extension and visibility into Salesforce records was HUGE. The extension works great, is not buggy at all, and streamlines our reps workfow. The integration with Salesforce and Outreach is reliable - which is not something we found with other tools. Our team has started using Scribe as well, their AI email writing tool, which has been a positive experience. Their Track tool to monitor job changes is awesome as well.
I really like the direction LeadIQ is headed!

What do you dislike about the product?
We've found that sometimes mobile numbers can be hit or miss, but overall, the data quality is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is helping us identify contacts in our ICP and easily reach out to them.
Qualified service that is afordable for small teams. Info for prospects can sometimes be really bad.

The integrations. Very easy to use as a prospecting tool. Can search for any contact you are looking for and instantly get results.

The information can be poor at some times. Most of the time LeadIQ gives it's best accuracy in terms of emails, phone numbers, titles, etc.

The problem LeadIQ solves is getting contact information for me so I can perform outreach.
Most efficient tool for paired with sales nav
What do you like best about the product?
Easily capturing data in sfdc and outreach with the appropriate sequence

Data quality is lower for companies < 50 employees but that's probably the same for all data providers

Capturing contact data and tracking job changes
LeadIQ makes prospecting smooth like butter
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to love about LeadIQ. It fits right into my existing workflows and the integration with Salesforce CRM makes it easy to create lists for targeted campains. We also use Groove, so the Salesforce native integrations makes it simple to get my contacts uploaded into flows in a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's been a few times where LeadIQ was down, but nothing the lasted too long. It's expected with software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using LeadIQ to bring lead/contacts into CRM and Groove for outbound prospecting. In the past, I had to do this manual and it took up a bunch of time. The Salesforce CRM integration makes it easy to organize campaigns and prioritize with my flows in Groove.
Fast way to get great prospecting data
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like most about LeadIQ is how easy it is to source prospect and lead information from LInkedin. I can create lists based on a variety of criteria, such as job title, company size, industry, and location. I can also import lists from other sources, such as LinkedIn. Once I have my accounts in mind, I can easily toggle what information I need for prospecting LinkedIn. For example, I can show or hide contact information, company email, or just collect company phone or private cell phones (extra cost).
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it is really dependent on the quality of the prospects and overall linkedin information/integration.
I know it has other powerful features but I usually focus on using it for LinkedIn Prospecting.

Fast lead capture from LInkedin and ability to integrate into sales automation tools like salesloft and outreach.
Helpful tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ gives me quality and accurate contact information for my leads. I'm able to better get in contact and generate more business for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact info isn't accurate or it gives me a mobile number that's actually the person's home phone. But it's usually pretty accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily grab contact information for leads and can import that information into my crm with one click
LeadIQ is solid
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about LeadIq is hands down, how easy it is to sequence people into Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone data isn't great. (Mobile phone numbers)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIq is helping us with Lead generations. With LeadIq we can easily bring in new contacts.
Easy to find contact information
What do you like best about the product?
Helps to find very accurate emails and cell phone numbers for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't actually help you find contacts, you need to find the contacts on your own first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us improve our data and get accurate contact information for prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I believe that is above the competition is the chrome extension with Sales Navigator and how easy it is to create an account and plug it in to your CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest letgo so far is the data qualiitiy. Most of the time when I want to retrieve a an email address it always says "email unavailable" but then I have to use another platform to get verified email address and show to LeadIQ to actually confirm that the email is now available. This has made my life a living nightmare for data quality. I am also not the biggest fan of the credit usage either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most part I would say retrieiving information when someone has changed jobs whether the cell phone number is accurate or not. I'm not sure that I would use it in the near future if I had the option to pick sales tool.
