It's fine
What do you like best about the product?
I like when it works and I am able to access all the necessary information I need about a propsect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I numbers are inaccurate and the information doesn't align properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps my team capture information regarding leads so we can propsect properly and outreach regarding our tech platform,
Functional platform which does what I need it to do
What do you like best about the product?
The chrome extension and ease of use with that. navigating through LinkedIn with the extension is a big help instead of switching tabs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a limited use case for LeadiQ and quite some funtionalities are not used and therefore my investment doesnt feel optimized because of the pricing model
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting prospect data (primarily email).
Lead IQ for Data Enrichment
What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ is very helpful for SMB or Mid Market prospecting broadly. You simple just create lead list in Nav and then use the import tool through chrome and have your sequence ready, boom you can hit a ton of contacts. Another thing I liked was technology used, I would use that in tandem with a couple other tools to see if they had a competing software, it's been pretty accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes if they didn't know the syntax they would ask you for your response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing contacts from Nav to Outreach and enriching data. Without it, you are guessing emails/phone numbers. Lead IQ solves that for you in a very efficient manner.
Lead IQ is the best software to use with any CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendliness and the speed at which it captures data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes not all the prospects' contact details are available - but no software is perfect so it's completely understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find prospects' contact details when they are not available on any other platform.
Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; everything is self-explanatory;
What do you dislike about the product?
When a person has two or more active jobs, there is an option to choose what job details I'd like to know. When choosing one, there is a chance it might switch to another unexpectedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing leads from Sales Navigator searches and structuring them into the lists.
Pretty Great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it typically has more contact information that ZoomInfo. Very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page doesn't refresh with Linkedin - has an easy button to refresh on your own. Should indicate if numbers aren't verified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do 100% outbound prospecting. It's super helpful in getting contact information.
A must have tool for every sales rep!
What do you like best about the product?
Originally, I was using LeadIQ to help grab contact info from my prospects and push it into Outreach, however recently, I recently starting using their "Track" tool to see people who recently joined/were promoted! This has helped me target new decision-makers and expand my touch on target accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
No big pain points. Sometimes the email will be wrong, but that rarely happens and the tool tells you as your capturing the lead so it doesn't come as a surprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping streamline the process of capturing contact information with leads and passing it into our connected systems (Outreach, Salesforce, etc.). Helping identify new prospects joining top accounts / being promoted so I can use that information to personalize my outreach!
Excellent product offering featuring socially-sourced data from fellow industry colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
The availability of mobile phone numbers was superior to ZoomInfo, and as we know, cold calls are where we see the highest conversion rates. I also appreciated that I could directly add contacts to Outreach sequences whilst tagging them, while also updating our instance of Salesforce Contacts simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't name many things that I didn't like but the UI/UX was a bit sparse. Felt like the ramp to value realization was a bit longer than it needed to be, but I also didn't attend initial trainings on the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is solving the fact that Sales Development folks have mutliple source data systems that need updating constantly and simultaneously. The fact that LeadIQ integrates within multiple SaaS environments when capturing Leads saves a ton of time when prospecting, allowing SDRs to focus on the dollar creating acitivities, like making phone calls.
Great tool for out reaching
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with my company's CRM, the ability to create lists of my campaigns, and basically the ability to get the business emails and phone numbers for the purpose of outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the emails are incorrect, I prefer no emails instead of wrong ones, it wastes my time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
find business emails and phone numbers, networking before going to events, it's good to know these inforamtion
Fast Paced Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
In the BDR realm, we are constantly challenged to find new prospects to reach out to. I have always liked the UI of LeadIQ and how easy it was to import contacts to our CRM. On top of that, the data quality for emails helped my monthly bounce rate compared to when I was only using Zoominfo. When taking into account the price of LeadIQ to a tool like Zoominfo, a team can expect to pay less for LeadIQ while still holding a bulk of the functionality.
One piece of functionality that wasn't included in other prospecting tools is LeadIQ's Scribe tool. I was able to test this out for my team as an AI writing tool and really liked it. They were able to include a learning-based AI that would start to generate emails in your language the more often you used it. This was still in Beta at the time of use, but it helped me shift gears to shorter, more personalized emails.

What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that I liked LeadIQ more than Zoominfo, but that still came with a few drawbacks. I noticed the phone number quality was not as solid as I would have hoped. LeadIQ has quite a few direct/mobile lines listed, but that doesn't always equate to those being correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helped my team solve a few problems. They were 1.) How to prospect more efficiently? 2.) How to balance personalization with time management?
The ease of use of LeadIQ for lead capture speaks for itself. The same ease of use translates into their Scribe platform for AI email generation. After using ChatGPT for a while, I noticed that Scribe was better all around because of the option to add value prompts for the AI to base its emails.
