Great tool, easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
Makes prospecting super easy and super seamless to integrate into my outbound workflow. As an AE I was able to set this up self-serve and it's a game changer
What do you dislike about the product?
Hit or miss sometimes with data quality but have found it to be better than other comparable tools, I'm sure this will improve over time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scraping leads from LinkedIn is the number one pain point. I scorched the market for a tool that could integrate with my SalesNav workflow and this was by the far the easiest

How quick it is to use, makes prospecting easy.

The quality of numbers in EU could be better, but it still does a good job.

Manually adding prospects into CRM, it's now very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has helped us enrich our data and find outreach details for a number of new leads and contacts for Salesforce. It works with Sales Navigator to help us pull lists of ideal prospects so we can begin to build outreach plans to key accounts.

Particularly helpful has been the round up email of anyone who has opted out so we know to remove them from our database.

It is also very useful to get the small overview before you enrich a lead or contact to understand if they are already being worked by someone in our CRM. This has cut down on the amount of duplicates dramatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some improvements on the dynamic resizing of the windows. On a mac these can be a bit fussy and not allow you to get a clean overview of all information relating to a lead/contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to find a way to get more phone numbers and business emails for our prospects. LeadIQ does just that in a simple and easy to use UI. The majority of the details have been correct which is exactly what we were after.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to quickly add leads into my prospect list.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, you have to manually input the corporate website to a lead to 'add' them to your list. May just be a fluke that happens from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to quickly prospect.

Fills the gaps where Zoominfo misses the mark.

Great integration with SFDC and Outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save time, updating sales leads and/or adding new prospects to our systems in one click from LinkedIn. The Outreach integration will enroll a prospect into a sequence and everything works in a couple of seconds/clicks. Lead IQ is a huge time saves.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is numbers and emails are often scraped from inaccurate sources which makes this data sometimes unreliable. Otherwise, the Chrome extension is a great tool to add to your prospecting workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capturing and integrations with Salesforce and Outreach. Contacts can be automatically enrolled in outreach sequences. Its saves time in my prospecting workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Their deep integration with Outreach allows us to find the data we need and action it immediately. LeadIQ understands we don't want to live in LeadIQ, we just want to get the data and use it as quickly as possible and their workflows allow us to do that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about LeadIQ. They package together with Gong and it makes it super affordable for what we need. I wish their UI was a little bit cleaner for list building in LeadIQ specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to find cell phone numbers, emails and titles of the people we are reaching out to. We use LinkedIn and the LeadIQ extension to do just that. It's intuitive and fast.

Does not load very well at all. Requires closing, reopening, and refreshing constantly

What do you like best about the product?
This is a great resource if the contact information you have is out of date, or if you sent an email and it bounced. You can use Lead IQ to confirm the information to make sure you make a successful connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that if the information on the profile was incomplete that you could still import the contact name and company info to the CRM to help save time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes the contact information we have is out of date, or if I made an error in recording contact information I can confirm the information through leadIQ
