Very good. It makes prospecting and my job in sales a lot easier!
What do you like best about the product?
The time it saves me enriching contacts and finding contact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are a few bugs, but nothing major and expected with a relatively new tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time, efficiency, proving me with the correct information
Not great for what it was sold to us for, but has some uses if you squint.

You can sometimes add new people you find directly to your CRM. Depends on if it's working or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not complete or accurate a fair amount of the time. Do not rely on this to identify customers of a certain platform/software.

Not helping us solve problems. Thought it would.

Seems to have a better number list than the competition, simple interface and easy to use.

Kind of wish I didn't have to open the extension in a seperate window.

Great tool to capture leads fast and efficient

I like the ease of use of the add-on and the great overview over my different lead-lists.

It had some buggs in the past, where lead pages were not updated while using the add-on. But this issue was fixed long time ago.

It is helping me to find email-adressed fast and without further web research.

What I liked the most is how LeadIQ combines accurate customer data with seamless integration into Salesforce. It simplifies the workflow, especially with its AI-powered email generation, which makes crafting personalized and professional messages so much easier. It's a great balance of functionality and efficiency!

What I dislike about LeadIQ is that the interface isn’t very user-friendly. Navigating through the tool can feel a bit clunky at times.

LeadIQ solves the problem of efficiently finding accurate prospect information and seamlessly linking it with my CRM. This helps me save a lot of time by eliminating manual data entry and ensures that I have the right details at hand. It also streamlines the outreach process, allowing me to start connecting with potential clients quickly and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I find LeadIQ is most helpful for finding phone numbers for potential customers that I want to reach out to. I use it weekly in order to create lists of prospects that I can call, and I find the phone numbers that it provides are mostly accurate, even if there are several that are incorrect sometimes.
LeadIQ integrates well with Salesloft well, making it easy to transfer contacts in LeadIQ over. I haven't encountered any issues with customer support, although I haven't really ever needed to leverage its support capabilities. I like the Chrome extension because it makes it easy to implement into my everyday workflows if I need to check a prospect's contact info here and there.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would say one of the main downsides of LeadIQ that I have encountered is that it often encounters some issues integrating with Salesforce, so sometimes when I have a LinkedIn list of contacts I can't import them directly to Salesforce because LeadIQ/Salesforce may have an issue determining what account the person is aligned to.

It is helping me find contact information, mainly phone numbers, which helps me get in touch with potential prospects.

I think LeadIQ has the most reliable emails and an easy process to move leads into salesloft.

- phone numbers are not always the best
- If a contact is already in salesloft it will not add a lead to my cadence

For my purpose I use LeadIQ to find and confirm emails - a lot of the times I will have an email bounce then check leadIQ and they have a different number that will go through.

LeadIQ can help and verify the right emails, mobile numbers, and even supply multiple options if the first one isnt right.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow to export into SalesLoft when exporting in masses

LeadIQ helps me find accurate emails and direct phone lines ultimately getting me more connections with prospects and leads. It also helps to find last names when they are not provided on LinkedIn Sales Nav or ZoomInfo.

LeadIQ is quick and easiest to use with the extension tool paired with LinkedIn Navigator. From there - you're clicks away from uploading contacts into your CRM and preferred cadances. The only reason, its not a 10 because emails are not always accurate (but which contact database is?) but can easily edit them to match with other contacts emails.

Not all emails are accurate. But allowed to edit them to match the contact's employees.
