Daily user - can't do my job without LeadIQ
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LeadIQ is its integrations into my CRMs. After an initial short mapping process, each prospect I upload using LeadIQ's Chrome extension is automatically saved in both Outreach & SFDC. This saves me lots of time not doing everything twice.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I HAVE to answer this, I'd say that having too many LinkedIn/Sales Nav tabs open seems to slow LeadIQ down a little. Not necessarily LeadIQ's fault; that's my prospecting style & I roll with it.
If I've got a handful of Sales Nav tabs open, on occasion, LeadIQ will struggle to present me with the details of the particular prospect I want to upload. I can correct this by simply having fewer Sales Nav tabs open.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before LeadIQ, our team uploaded long lists of prospecs using Outreach's CSV method. This was time-consuming & our prospects were plagued with info errors. Using LeadIQ, our custom fields only reflect what we've typed explicitly into each.
The Chrome extension helps me save time by not toggling back/forth between tabs. The copy/paste feature works across every platform I use it on (even Windows platforms that sometimes put up a fight with other products).
The Scribe tool is incredible. Having the option of AI-generated emails saves me hours a week; the Scribe feature generates well-written custom emails based on selected information in about 5 seconds, something that would take me 3-5 minutes per email to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to add people and links with many different other softwares (outreach, salesforce, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
For other places in the workd, such as mexico, it's very hard for leadiq to find a phone number, I believe this could be improved

It's giving me several emails and phone numbers I need, making my time get used for other more important things
Scribe Functionality is the best Outbound Tool on the Market
What do you like best about the product?
The one click capturing for Outreach and SF. I also love the Scribe AI tool, have not seen another AI tool that personalizes at this scale. Awesome stuff! Also the dashboard with the world map, industry, and persona title reporting is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an intel tool to connect with our website so I could click and reach out to them automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting lead information and importing that info into SF and Outreach in one step. After that it helps me stand out from other cold emails with the AI tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to consolidate leads and flow them over to platforms like LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
Education/support re: platform is not as robust or available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me gather valuable insights on personnel within target accounts; and leveraging integrations to feed this input into actionable items (i.e. LinkedIn flowing to LeadIQ to Salesforce; Outreach thereafter to prospect)
Great tool to use to build your CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to connect the information we get on Linkedin with that of someone's CRM. It's a very easy tool to use and recommend and I love that it's so easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't think I could say there is a least useful feature. Everything was easy to use and set up and I have already recommended it to a friend. Maybe if there was some AI tool that could find contacts?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For clients that I'm already working with I can jump on LinkedIn and improve my Lead information so I can more accurately work with them and communicate with them.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and integrate with outreach, salesforce and all our tools. Another thing is easy to change the email if necessary and integrate with Linkedin Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes in brazil, it is hard to find some of the e-mails, but when I find, I can change them for other people and me. Another thing hard to find is the cell phone, so we only get a few of those

It is easy to find e-mails of some companies, and we can import a lot of prospect just with a click, A good part is that it can integrate with a lot of other CRMS
Best Prospecting Tool Out There
What do you like best about the product?
Lightning-fast prospecting assistance. Much faster to digest if it's a good lead vs. ZoomInfo and the UI is great. Literally one click and I can get the right prospects with all their relevant info loaded into SFDC and SL cadences. Absolutely love this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a lead doesn't fit all data requirements, or there is confusion over the related account record, it can be difficult to overcome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me tons of time vs. even using Cmnd + J and Scratchpad. Incredible time and tedium saver. Also, they pull information from sources not readily available to me, so if I can't find a piece of contact info on my own, LeadIQ seems to have improved the comprehsiveness and intel sources, and I almost never use other intel tools anymore.

Easy to use platform, easy to navigate, easy campaign creation

Sometimes the capturing can be a little bugged and may not always sync with CRM, however this usually resolves itself

Don't believe I'd be able to do my job without LeadIQ - it enriches the data when I am finding new contacts via LinkedIn and is super handy. Great innovation recently

Wish that the phone numbers were a bit more accurate

It's helping to get me in touch quicker with buyers than I would by just guessing emails/having to manually find them
Makes sequencing / updating easier
What do you like best about the product?
You can sequence directly from LinkedIn and update data in Salesforce in one motion which allows for cleaner data and streamline the process to reaching out to someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead IQ is difficult to troubleshoot when there are issues. When you are sequencing a lot of people, it is hard to understand where the errors are occurring and how to remedy them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is allowing to gain prospect information with a certain degree of confidence and neatly sequence and store their data. It interacts well with the other tools in the stack.
