Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
It has been very useful when searching for a lead's contact information. The integration from LinkedIn and to Outreach works really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to capture the leads twice to get them all. And not all the leads are always exported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of searching for contact info and building lead list to lace into a sequence.
Looking for leads in Latin America.
What do you like best about the product?
The connectivity with Salesforce and Outreach, all the apps I most use to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Information regarding leads from Latin America.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Import leads directly to a sequence on Outreach or to SalesForce, findind contacts (emails and phone numbers)
LeadIQ for the win.
What do you like best about the product?
The SalesNav integration and how I can quickly add contacts into SFDC and SalesLoft.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe some data being old but that's any company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time spent finding new contacts and the finding a working email or phone number.
Great Tool for SDR prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The cell phone numbers are accurate on this app as well as private emails. I do love the function of mass exporting into outreach as well as updating salesforce. Honestly, this tool is one of the best ones we used so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing. If you get the enterprise versionn which gives you unlimted exporting then it is really expensive to give licenses to all your SDRs. It actually comes out to as much as saelsforce licneses but its worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking up cell phone and personal emails. Although its not a great way to outbound to cell phones and private numbers, this is helpful to get ths information and be smart about reaching out with a short valueable message.
Has helped me reach out to (some) prospects/customers
What do you like best about the product?
While hit or miss, there have definitely been times where LeadIQ has helped me make contact with a prospect/customer when I didn't have all of their information in LinkedIn Navigator, our Salesforce data center, and couldn't find their details on their website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone numbers and emails can sometimes be inaccurate and/or outdated. Seems that emails are sometimes just a guess (noticed that don't follow the structure of other associates at the same organization). Sometimes the individual is still associated with a previous role and LeadIQ doesn't have the correct domain associated with their email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps you find new ways of reaching out to profiles on LinkedIn when you have incomplete data in your contacts and/or CRM. Though not 100% accurate, it has definitely helped me connect with people that I've wanted to reach out to.
as natural as a rolodex
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about LeadIQ is the fact that it is absolutely integrated with the rest of the tech stack of the company, Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be due to the region I focus my activity in, but unfortunatelly it rarely has been able to help me with phone numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create lists of leads simultaneously, correct any inconsistencies manually, and synchronize with the rest of my tech stack in minutes. This process saves the endless hours of prospecting manually on the web
Conceptually great but plagued by bugginess
What do you like best about the product?
I like the plugin and the ability to curate lead lists in the tool. On top of that the data seems to be relatively clean and consistant. For our teams, it is configurable and easy to set up where leads sync to
What do you dislike about the product?
The system constantly crashes, it slows down our entire team's computers. On top of that, there are constant sign-outs, slowness within the tool itself and inconsistent lead capture. The ability to update with proper emails and push that data to the CRM doesn't exist when that is a crucial feature
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with the retrieval of lead info on Linkedin Sales Nav and allows those leads to be captured in SFDC.
Good overall
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth integration with linked in and Sa
What do you dislike about the product?
Wasting credits when looking for unavailable emails and more often phone numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick connecting

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Awesome tool for capturing prospects email id and phone numbers
What do you like best about the product?
1) The speed of capturing the prospect info is pretty good.
2) One thing I like about LeadIQ is that email-id is never left blank. It always provides using some of its algorithms in the form of Unverified, Not Verified or Best Guess and in the end sometimes it works.
3) From the last 2-3 months, I see there is an increase in phone numbers of prospects which is a good thing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gets stuck with one profile of LinkedIn, when I open the LeadIQ extension for another profile, it shows the previous one even after reloading the link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When using multiple tools at the same time, there are chances that emails are not available of target leads but this problem is countered by LeadIQ in a good way. It always comes up with an automatic email with good accuracy
