Truly one of a kind, way better then Zoom info

What do you like best about the product?
How accurate the data is, how easy it works with Sales Navigator, then outreach to sequence, so that you can pump out high-quality outbound in very little time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's slow to start, and this can be a bit frustrating when you're feeling behind on KPI's but it's really not a major issue, sometimes you can get a bug that gets LIQ stuck on a page, but that's rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's hard to find quality leads, emails on Zoom Info are always fake, or old, people not at the company anymore, LeadIQ has taken all that pain away from me and my team.

Making Sequencing Easy

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about LeadIQ is that its very user-friendly, it takes only minutes to feel fully comfortable. Sequencing has never been so easy as its now just a click of a button. The staff is very responsive when experiencing issues!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no major issues with LeadIQ. A downside is that the notification button becomes a pain and the error codes it gives are coded which makes it harder to decipher whats actually going wrong
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is saving me copious amounts of time as I can mass sequence contacts very simply. This allows me to spend more time on other aspects of my role, rather than spending long periods of time sequencing.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ helps the Marketing & Sales team to find Leads while working on websites, LinkedIn & other platforms. It helps us to find the title, Region, and company size of the prospect. Dashboard gives complete analytics like, credits used, Credits left, quality of credit and many more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish I could get prospect details from CrunchBase & some other platforms. In uploads, it would be better if they allow us to upload .xls files. It would be best if it notify me of regular follow-ups of prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to get the best prospect leads with all the details, and it helped me to Identify, Filter and Automate the mailing campaign for the hot leads of my company.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ allows for insight and efficiency in prospecting.

LeadIQ could improve on the connectivity throughout the platform and team sharing information.

Solving the issues that can arise when there are inconsistencies in contact data and the time it can take away from messaging and productivity

What do you like best about the product?
Fusing leads into Salesforce, creating my own pipeline, nurturing new prospects

sometimes it synchronises to old company names not the actual

CRM integration, mobile numbers are good, but maybe too pushy, but a correct reception number would be of even more use maybe

Not using it to the fullest

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can import prospects from Sales Nav into both Salesforce and Salesloft at the same time
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like it when I can't figure out why it's not importing people and the notification button isn't helping. Sometimes it's buggy and doesn't work at all. Accurate phone numbers and emails aren't the best. More Salesloft university feel. In addition to the videos and more verbiage or a transcript. Most of the time I'm multitasking and need to read vs watching a video and can go to what I need quicker reading. Also as a coach, I can better drop emails or slacks around "how to" or suggestions to others through verbiage or a transcript, not videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing leads into both Salesforce and Salesloft at the same time. Love that I can put on a cadence upon import. We are not using it to the fullest and haven't had the chance to met with a CSM since I've been here (2 years)

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has mobile numbers because mobile numbers make it easier to reach someone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the edit to continue function. Not sure how adding a web address that is readily available serves anyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is an asset when it comes to prospecting for sales people like myself.

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of sequencing people directly without having to go to Outreach and sequencing and the simplicity of finding numbers
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the numbers are inaccurate ie same name/relative but not the person we are looking for. This has been improving over time but still happens on occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easiness to sync with CRM and to find phone numbers

It does well for capturing leads with minor glitches here and there, but the support is really top notch. totally recommend

not much to complain about. Where issues exist, support will hear you out and work toward a fix

The possibility of getting contact information for the key leads you want to reach

Many times the email information is not correct so it is a waisting time when you write to the contacts you want to talk to. So finally you end up writing a message using Sales Navigator.
