What do you like best about the product?
Makes my job of finding a number or an email for an individual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not always get you the right info so I like to cross verify the info now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me maintain my flow while I prospect and avoid any kind of distraction eventually leading to a productive day.

Quick and reliable contact information

What do you like best about the product?
The software provides access to a great number of emails and phone numbers, with a very fulfilling green checkmark for verified information. Even when it's not verified, the best guesses that are provided give helpful formats for testing possible solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally for the emails to be verified there needs to be a slight adjustment in the domain. However, once it's shifted then they usually come up as verified for many of the contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this software, I've been able to get a conversation started within companies that wouldn't have been possible. With contact information for even the more fringy prospects, I've been able to make my way to the right contact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The extension makes it very easy to pull contacts from Sales Nav while having visibility on the profiles on the webpage. Can't imagine doing it any other way.

What do you like best about the product?
- Integration with Outreach is great.
- Making lists and auto-updates with phone numbers direct to CRM
- Quite often you'll find Business Phones numbers if there isn't a direct number.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Comparatively, less direct phone numbers to other such tools.
- Email address(es) often incorrect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Love using LeadiQ for my Outreach sequences.
- Some quality data to prospect the right people.
- Productivity could be better.

I'd recommend it however do some research

Good tool for seamless capturing

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and I really like the Chrome extension. The interface is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow and I have to click the capture button over and over again before it does what it's meant to do. It is great for capturing contacts' information but not as much to create lists of contacts in bulk using the LeadIQ Upload Feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing contacts' information.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and ease of capturing emails, especially in Sales Navigator
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of the email addresses often isn't good. There can be a high bounce rate compared to other databases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My problem is the occasional glitches where it won't load. Also the quality of the email addresses. The benefits are the fast workflow and integration with outreach

What do you like best about the product?
I think LeadIQ is a great sales enablement tool that has a lot of data that similar tools may not have. They're also constantly innovating with new features to make sellers more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data on LeadIQ isn't always the most accurate. For example, I may be looking for a Bob Smith at XYZ company. But when I call the numbers associated with Bob at XYZ company, it takes to a completely different Bob Smith.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data accuracy can be an issue at times, but I will say they always have more data on prospects than other enablement tools. I think LeadIQ works best when paired with other enablement tools.
