What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator - which has good search functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not finding enough contacts with guaranteed email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the ICP contacts at our prospective clients, fast. Easier to scope out a business
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it! Low cost, simple use.

What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ makes it so easy for me to transfer my leads/contacts from LinkedIn to Salesforce. I am also able to verify these contacts and do multiples at a time which saves me so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to LeadIQ. Sometimes it just takes a moment to load and refresh but everything works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to reach out to my prospects more quickly and efficiently. It saves me so much time and with it being verified I am not sending emails to invalid domains.

What do you like best about the product?
The way LeadIQ integrates with all of our CRMs makes it very easy to use and helps our SDRs to avoid almost all possible mistakes. It helps us keep a real-time overview over our pool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The E-Mail adresses generated by LeadIQ are mainly best-guessed and the comminuty aspect og it leads to a high number of incorrect information in the system so that we would need an extra validation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ makes it very easy to source Leads and add them to our different CRMs. It helps us speed up the prospecting by sourcing and adding possible prospects in one go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you double-check the data it is gathering, and everything will be fine

What do you like best about the product?
With LeadIQ, I love how simple it is to use with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I also love the integration with SFDC. I manage SDRs and this is key for me to leverage for their workflows
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes LeadIQ will not have the correct contact information available, which can be hard for SDRs to overcome. More mobile numbers available would be nice!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless flow of leads sourced for my SDR team. We rely heavily on leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find new qualified accounts/contacts. LeadIQ makes this simple and easy to implement

The platform is very easy to use and syncs over contacts instantly into Salesforce.

Sometimes the data is incorrect or missing on contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to capture multiple leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and place them in a cadence/sequence saves me a lot of time. I also like having the ability to request more information on the lead and make suggested changes to the information that is provided
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have found to not like about LeadIQ is, that some of the leads will not populate with any information, but you have to use a credit to uncover the non-existent information. So your credit is being used but you get no information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is assisting me with locating lead information on individuals so that I am able to contact them and discover if they are a valid SQL. The benefits are that I have saved a ton of time by adding leads in groups per cadence/sequence instead of one by one.

What do you like best about the product?
The side bar feature is a great way to quickly get my information squared away.

The lack of ability to get mobile numbers.

Getting contact info is more convenient and makes my prospecting process much faster.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. Great integration with SFDC, easy to manage teams/users, a very cost-effective solution

KPIs, dashboards and insights are lacking.

Great Program - Few Minor Errors

What do you like best about the product?
When it works, it works great! I use it to create CSVs and it collects relevant information. While sometimes there's errors with the emails, often times it'll be easy to figure out the correct email formats by seeing the "verified" contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't perfect when connected with Salesforce, missing some lead uploads when being used. Sometimes it has glitches where it won't load with a new LinkedIn page and you have to continuously refresh it, however customer support is very responsive and helpful. UPDATE: integration is continuously improving!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm in business development, so I use it to collect and qualify contacts. Very convenient for efficient prospecting, clean CSVs, fairly strong at guessing emails that it can't find.
