What do you dislike about the product?
Low data coverage in the UK, so data capture is low
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better contact compared to 0 lead gen data sources

What do you like best about the product?
The emails produced usually were the correct ones and rarely bounced.
What do you dislike about the product?
No numbers, and this is the main thing I am looking for when prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beneifts are finding emails to start engagement, however I am usually having to go to Lusha or Cognism for numbers.

Seamless capturing

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can view and capture multiple leads from one view without needing to right click> open a new tab> and view individual tabs in order to load each lead. Capturing prospects from LinkedIn post reactions is handy for some of my teammates and I am sure I will use it very soon,
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit buggy, the very thing I like (multiple leads in one view to capture) can encounter delays or not load at all? Is this a setting that I can adjust? I would also suggest improving the mobile preview and email preview function as they are too small and prone to clicks that take me out from the overview of leads and into their individual profile. That happens a bit too often that I think it can use some improvement in UI/UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The speed of use, prospecting becomes easy and fast, especially with the seamless integration with outreach for sure!

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ can help me to find prospects' info, and add them to my Outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can't add prospects because Lead IQ doesn't have their phone numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Automatically adding prospects to Outreach
- Chrome extension which I can find prospects' info from LinkedIn
- Fast and affordable

What do you like best about the product?
I like that out of the tools I am using, LeadIQ has the strongest database for emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since our CRM is customized (Hubspot) we are not able have a perfect integration when transferring leads from Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find emails and phone numbers of prospects I am reaching out to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lead IQ is a great sales prospecting that is essential in finding accurate contact information

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty intutive UI, no need for complicated plug-ins, integration with LinkedIn is super useful, and SFDC as well. I use it a lot to build pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Keeps logging me out not sure if it is an issue on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly getting some initial information about prospects. Benefit is time and productivity to build my account profiles to reach buyers.

Connects great with LinkedIn and Hubspot and has accurate phone numbers and emails!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to load new contacts.

Finding more prospects' contact information faster. I like how easy it transfers the information to Hubspot.

The efficiency when prospecting from LinkedIn SalesNavigator - the amount of time saved has drastically improved my workflow.

The amount of mobile and office numbers are often a challenge
