Useful but laggy
What do you like best about the product?
It helps to capture a lot of useful information about prospects and does make life easier when it syncs up properly with other systems such as SalesNav and SalesLoft. It's easy to use and contains a lot of useful information such as work emails and phone numbers (though these aren't always available).
What do you dislike about the product?
We find that roughly 2x a month or more LeadIQ doesn't correlate with our systems or update when we go onto new pages, the information isn't always accurate due to GDPR or access rights (we get incorrect emails that bounce, invalid numbers), and sometimes it crashes for hours at a time. Also, sometimes it makes us import contacts one by one instead of being able to do multiple at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does work better than other prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo for EMEA contacts, and respects GDPR in a way that others don't. Whilst this can be confusing or frustrating at times it's better to be safe than sorry.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient because the end results are worth it for prospecting EMEA contacts. It is easy to use but works best with completely compatible software.

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic and simple. Everything you need in an easy-to-understand pop-out window. Our team saves massive amounts of time in our search for leads thanks to LeadiQ. HIGHLY RECOMEND.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Grateful for the tool, and the Hubspot integration has come in clutch as well. With continued updates, I'm sure this tool will just keep getting better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find potential podcast guests and target accounts for our show using LeadiQ, gathering those emails and putting it into HubSpot makes my job real simple. Our sales team is using this every week as well.

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is very helpful when looking for leads within a company that interests you. It should be known that it is quite difficult to get a hold of contact details of a specific person that would be most helpful when you're trying to reach out to a company, and LeadIQ pretty much solves that problem for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to dislike about LeadIQ. The most would probably be the amount of credits you get per month, but it goes to show that the amount given is workable, though more would always be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leaf generationa nd lead qualifying would probably be both of the problems LeadIQ helped solve. Then there's also the convenience of looking for leads in a specific company you're interested in.

What do you like best about the product?
Super fast and makes it easy to get prospects into sequences. the interoperability with outreach is great and it works well for enriching emails/phone numbers when zoominfo can't do the job
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information isnt super accurate but it is what it is. i wish it didnt take up as much screen space so that i can have leadiq, outreach, and my chrome open at the same time. Just minor UI changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ helps my organization of SDRs prospect faster. It also helps the AE team acclerate prospecting. My productivity has increase significantly and I can average reaching out to ~50 prospects in one day easily.
Great tool, could be faster
What do you like best about the product?
I love that LeadIQ shows validated email addresses and phone numbers when available. Really expedites the prospecting process when you don't have to re validate information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes quite a while to load or does not refresh to show the current prospects on the LinkedIn page. A minor flaw in the grand scheme of things but it can get frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am faster at lead generation and therefore have a bigger pipeline. Prospecting used to be a tedious task but now it is quick and painless, takes about 20 mins a day as opposed to 2 hours
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth it, cant wait to get it integrated with Salesforce.

That I can connect it with my Salesloft account and it automatically saves the contacts there with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are a lot of bounce emails and sometimes I need to check other platforms

Getting emails and numbers from my prospects. That I save time.

Make sure you connect it with other platform like salesforce, salesloft etc

I like that you can upload people from the chrome extension
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the data is probably similar to ZI, but out of sales nav it is easier to add people with seamless

Getting correct data for emails and phones
Fast and easy - as it should be!

It's really easy to use, and it just works. Not having to think about all the steps really saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags, there have been a couple of days where it is unusable for 2 to 3 hours..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just needed a tool to capture contacts, and easily add them to cadences. LeadIQ allows to do that and edit on the fly.
Great Prospecting Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The integration between Sales Navigator and Outreach is best in class. It eliminates the need to constantly cycle between UIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone numbers and email addresses are *generally* pretty accurate but there's room for improvement here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team was inefficient without something to bridge the gap between our prospecting tools. The outreach integration that LeadIQ offers has resulted in massive improvements in productivity.
Wish it worked better!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with my tech stack and how I can easily add people to my sales cadence. We use salesloft, salesforce, and google with this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
LeadIQ has a lot of bug issues and often will not let me sign in or sync leads into my cadence. The information will be "weak" but will be the correct email, but since it is weak it will not pull to my cadence.
