Not Quite Sold On It Yet
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to convert contacts from LinkedIn Sales Nav to the LeadIQ DB and to set up a "Campaign" but not much more to it than that. Interface is pretty straight-forward and easy, and you get real-time confirmation when you have successfully converted/loaded contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much it does for me in terms of making my life easier. If there is something I am missing, then I chalk it up to a poor onboarding and training experience. I can't run campaigns off the tool...it is more of a pass-through, and if I am already using an Outreach or Showpad (that has all my outreach sequencing stored and set up) and loading content from Highspot (for collateral to attach/include) then I don't see the purpose of LeadIQ. It only aggregates my LinkedIn contacts, so I can't really do anything with it concerning other leads, contacts and sources that would be helpful for prospecting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing really, whether it's problem-solving or realizing benefits. Granted, we may have missed on training or missed the value proposition but right now it just adds an additional layer of complexity to a process where it's important to remove as many layers as possible.
Great go-to-market tool
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ has made it easier to prospect and target organizations at scale. The integration between LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Salesloft makes it easy to save lead information into our CRM, and generally, I've found it better suited for SMB & mid-market organizations than other similar tools are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data inaccuracy. While LeadIQ has allowed me to have a greater number of conversations with cold prospects, alongside the good conversation have come awkward calls to prospect's family members, people with the same name as the prospect, or just wrong numbers entirely. At this point, it feels par for the course but it isn't something I've experienced with similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the total amount of time it takes to prospect, finding accurate prospect information, and easily uploading contact information into CRM and sales cadencing tools. I save an incredible amount of time prospecting by having a tool like LeadIQ.
Great tool but packages are not ideal for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
Tool and contacts are good and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing model is not ideal for small teams and to get key features you must have 7 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new contacts but cannot update existing contacts in SFDC without an upgraded package

Only call them if you have a lot of users, not ideal for a handful of users.
A low-cost alternative to ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
It is inexpensive and easy to get up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
The accuracy of emails coming from Europe seems to be lower than those in the US, due to GDPR reasons likely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our small sales team needs email addresses for target business accounts, and this LinkedIn plug-in is a quick and easy solution for them to find these contact details. We don't use it for phone numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you just need email addresses for US based companies, and are not looking to spend as much as a ZoomInfo costs, then LeadIQ is a good option.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use. user-friendly and best tool if you are doing prospecting and having new contacts for your pipeline. As an MRA, this is a tool that made my work reached and quality because it is very easy and quick to find reliable and verified email addresses and phone numbers for your ICP. It saves a lot of time and makes sure that you reach your prospects and don't waste time guessing the email address. I have been using LeadIQ for months now and it is amazing, my work is so much easier now because I have a reliable tool at my hands. It brought meetings too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it tends to block me, closing the app not sure why. It could be a little faster when switching from prospect profiles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now, I am sure that I have all the right contacts information for my prospects. LeadIQ offers you valid email addresses and phone numbers and easy integration of data with your CRM - you can add your leads and their info directly from LeadIQ to SFDC which is very easy and time-saving if you are doing prospecting the whole day. Overall, it is a very reliable and beneficial tool for everyone in sales and wants to get in touch with potential customers and users of their product.

For everyone who wants to create a sales pipeline with verified contact info, LeadIQ is the right and most reliable tool!
Excellent tool for sales lead aggregation & qualification
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the simplicity of the integration features and how well the Chrome extension works when scrubbing SalesNav, as well as the ability the user has to parse out specific campaign and drop leads into the appropriate ones. Very easy to use and straight forward. Best part about LeadIQ is the support. As a new user, I was connected with a live Zoom chat with one of their product experts. I really appreciated that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a new user (1-2 weeks using the platform) and I haven't really found anything substantial to complain about. I believe a cool feature would be, when selecting which campaigns to assign our LeadIQ leads, if the user could open the campaign messaging to confirm it's being sent to the appropriate queue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ is saving me considerable time in chasing down additional contact info for leads. It also is greatly reducing the time I have to take in guessing a number of lead contacts that don't have published (or restricted) contact info. Putting it simply, LeadIQ is saving me time and providing me with more accurate data than I would normally find on my own efforts.
LeadIQ has given me the ability to grab more prospects/customers.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and saves me so much time. The ability to grab phone numbers and emails in seconds is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate how LeadIQ sometimes doesn't grab every prospect. What I mean by this is that there are some prospects that the email comes up but not the phone number.
Also, sometimes the email doesn't match the LinkedProfile email.

The problems I am solving is it being a massive time saver and getting phone numbers as quick as possible to make cold calls.
I use this on a daily basis to enrich accounts, check for accurate data, help with my workflow!

The ease of use, data accuracy, and ability to personalize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, there will be an incorrect number, but other than that, the info is mostly spot-on.

sometimes entering domains for whole companies can get clunky

What do you like best about the product?
The data accuracy is really strong as well as the ease of use. Used in conjunction with Sales Navigator, outbound sales activities become more efficient and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
We always want access to quality data, so there is still some improvement to be made, but compared to other solutions, the ease of use and quality of data is very high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The occasional incorrect phone number or email, but the benefits far outweigh any negatives. I have been able to find accurate information quickly and create many new opportunities through using LeadIQ.
