    Information Technology and Services

Unprofessional

  • February 12, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient tool that is pulled up while browsing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Used credits to find numbers/emails werent there. I tried calling numbers from leadiq and they were non-working/wrong person. I also want to note the unprofessionalism of your organization's worker we had. Kyle was sharing his screen and Jonathan slacked him with inappropriate comments concerning my coworker using vulgar language. This notification popped up on his screen, open for everyone to see.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Really didnt solve many problems with it.

LeadIQ is a must-have for an efficient outbound sales motion

  • January 28, 2021
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and reliability. LeadIQ does exactly what we need... we're a fast growing startup doing a ton of outbound prospecting. LeadIQ keeps us nimble and ensures that we're getting the right lead information back into our CRM quickly. We love it. Their team is great to work with, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if it was slightly easier to know when a lead has already been captured. Sometimes I miss it and probably hit the capture button 2-3x for the same person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Gathering leads for our outbound sales motion, quickly.
- Ensuring we're adding quality data to the CRM.
- We're able to move faster and book more meetings : )

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding prospects contact information and social media to import into Outreach

LeadIQ Review

  • December 03, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a huge time saver for me. The ability to capture a profile, or a group of profiles from LinkedIn and Sync the data into both our CRM and Emailing tool is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be more accurate with the email format for certain companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making some of the more tedious aspects of prospecting smarter. Saving a lot of time and making our activity a lot more traceable and easier to report on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it

    Telecommunications

Our SDR team loves it!

  • October 28, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ was very easy to test, install in Salesforce, and get up and running for the team. LeadIQ walked the entire team through how to use it and continue to provide strong support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more enrichment options for existing lead records like some of the competition does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to prospect directly in Salesforce has been great for us as it has eliminated the need to run duplicate checks and manage imports from other systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a simple prospecting tool to build lists from, and you value strong support, onboarding, and ease of use, this is a great choice.

Saves massive amounts of time and is easy to use

  • October 20, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy. Just click a button and capture the lead, then another click to send it to your CRM.
being able to create multiple lead lists in LeadIQ, and capture to those accordingly.
That you can capture data from a lead search list in Sales Navigator, not just from the person's profile page.
This can increase your prospecting speed massively.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have the ability to capture accounts.
A database with domains and accounts would be great. We run a 3d tool specifically for this.
AI functionality could be improved. IE a better way to figure our email format based on previous inputs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a very manual way of lead prospecting. The speed I can prospect at with LeadIQ is 3x faster than before.
The whole team has saved massive amounts of time, giving us more time speaking and connecting to prospects.

Good tool to add to LinkedIn Sales Nav for US mobile numbers

  • September 11, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lead IQ is great for getting mobile numbers for most of the US companies and some of the EU companies that I have been prospecting. Originally we bought it as I was finding people on LinkedIn, creating a contact in Salesforce, manually populating the data in Salesforce and then importing into Salesloft. By using the LeadIQ extension I can build a list of leads in LinkedIn and automatically push all of these leads into both Salesforce and Salesloft and straight into a cadence which has saved me hours of work per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data in LeadIQ isn't great. I have had situation where I have called a mobile number and have been connected to a prospects parent, wife or children and this hasn't always gone down well. I have heard of colleagues experiencing this as well and often the mobile numbers are people's personal phone numbers and this results in the awkward conversations of 'where did you get my number?'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LeadIQ has reduced a large amount of manual process that I was experiencing when trying to move leads from LinkedIn to Salesforce and Salesloft. I also spend barely any time on hold anymore as I don't really call company lines and have to deal with gatekeepers as I mainly call work phones or mobile numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are going to use LeadIQ then you need to be prepared to accept that for using a product of this nature that is low effort to implement and is easy to use then you are going to have to be prepared to accept that sometimes the data won't be spot on and you will have a handful of awkward conversations!

Good tool, but poor phone data

  • August 31, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the tool is really good. It's easy to use, intuitive and their chrome extension is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their data is not great. Emails are hit or miss, with lots of catch-alls and few verified. Phone numbers are rarely ok, particularly mobile numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phone numbers are not great. It's been useful for list building.

Pretty smooth UX, time-saving features

  • July 09, 2020
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the campaign feature, where you can bucket specific leads for a campaign and import to Salesforce, Hubspot, or Salesloft. The side window that pops up makes quick browsing and prospecting much easier than toggling between tabs. They know which tasks are the most time-consuming during prospecting, and made the most necessary bridges available to save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails and phone numbers aren't always accurate, but I like the community option where users can report and update contact info. I ended up calling someone's mother on a number provided for my prospect. Close, but not quite. Makes for a funny story though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's definitely a better platform both in terms of UX and the contact info provided than some of its competitors, so I like LeadIQ because I'm 85% confident I'll gather the correct contact info in the least amount of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Contact info accuracy is about 80-85%, and it's much easier going down a list of folks on LinkedIn and simply checking the ones you want to capture as opposed to typing in a company name or first + last name and finding nothing.
