It's okay but there are better tools out there
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very easy user interface. Easy workflows

The data is not very accurate. It doesn't pull good emails or direct lines

We are using it to find new prospects

What do you like best about the product?
One of the great things about it is how it automatically responds as you cruise through LinkedIn. It brings up whoever you are looking at in the main screen, and when you have a list pulled up, it has the same list next to you. It provides a few bits of information on each person, and you use credits to get more specific information (cell phones, addresses, etc...)
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I've had is that there are times when the numbers are incorrect. I appreciate that this is going to happen with any service, but it's frustrating when you are paying for it. But they do provide a place to report bad numbers, you just hope other people are tagging bad numbers as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize it to source additional contact information for our sales process. I was unfamiliar with it prior to this job, but it's been a true asset. There are so many ways to find more information out there, so keeping this as a backup tool, or just another way to get the work done is the way to go!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great piece of software, and a powerful tool to have at the ready. But don't count on it being 100% correct all the time. These things are driven by responsible users, and the product gets better by users giving them feedback. So be patient, and take it for what it's worth.

The tool is very easy to use but does not always pull the best emails or phone numbers

I think the lack of reliable data has been disappointing

We are using leadIQ to find emails and numbers for prospects

I like the automation of LeadIQ. I can easily have an access to all the contacts.

Sometimes bad connection between SalesForce and LeadIQ. and sometimes leadiq does not update leads

Faster lead capturing, automation.

It will save your time!
Very accurate algorithm, but too expensive

LeadIQ's algorithm are very accurate (and reliable) in finding contact data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. Too high, when considering the wide range of available alternatives

Finding contact data of decisions makers (prospects) reliably

It's a fine tool. But do not rely on it to be your only tool to generate contact data
Great tool for accurate email addresses.
What do you like best about the product?
9/10 I get accurate emails addresses and I can vote down an address that bounces so other users don't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The quality of phone numbers could be better. Most of the time the numbers I get are for direct company lines and hardly ever the cell numbers of prospects I'm trying to contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing accurate prospecting information and having it seamlessly integrate with Salesforce. Once I capture a lead, it's automatically created in Salesforce and I don't have to worry about it again.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just remember to make new campaigns if you're prospecting for a specific event so that your list stays clean.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a long time user of ZoomInfo. The verified contacts in LeadIQ save so much time not reaching out to outdated prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chrome extension does not pull from Salesforce or SalesLoft, so you need to click into a company website or SalesNav profile for the contact or company to be pulled
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outdated contacts, vacated roles, redundant outreach
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is about 20% the annual cost of ZoomInfo AND provides more outreach efficiency. It was a no-brainer for us

It is easy to use and easy for prospecting.

Data is not always correct. More phone numbers would be better.

Enriching data for leads.
Still a lot of faults but heading in the right direction
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull contacts from sales nav and put them right into a salesloft cadence without having to manually enter them into salesforce and then salesloft has helped streamline my prospecting efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cell phone numbers are a big hit or miss. A high percentage have been inaccurate in my experience. An update I'd like to see in the platform is the ability to mass-export contacts from custom lead lists in sales nav.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining prospecting and having a more efficient way of importing leads into cadences.

It's a decent tool overall.

Easy to capture lead info individually or in groups from LinkedIn
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't update existing contacts that are already in HubSpot CRM with new data (i.e. phone numbers)

Reducing admin and sales time gathering contact information.
