LeadIQ
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use the extension. Download it from the chrome store and start going. The export feature is not bad either.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not powerful enough to scrape accurate phone numbers and emails. The tool needs to be more accurate on emails for SMBs and startups. If discoverorg owns the enterprise space, then leadIQ should be good at finding one-offs from unique small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool solves the ABM and strategic outreach process. If there is a key player or a unique account you are going after, LeadIQ can help you get the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrates seamlessly with sales navigator, web app is really easy to use. It's more basic than other database tools, but I actually prefer the simplicity and find the UI superior to other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! It does exactly what I need it to do.

Finding emails and direct phone numbers for propsects.

Does what its supposed to, increases efficiency massively, easy to use, pop-up comes up easily. Furthermore, the various elements that Lead IQ can pull in from their linkedin profiles is impressive. It helps to streamline and standardize the lead generation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times, individuals find it odd to be contacted from the info found on LeadIQ and find it creepy.

What do you like best about the product?
I've set quite a few meetings over the course of two months due to the "mobile numbers" feature which lets you get cell phone numbers for prospects I otherwise would be unable to get in touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very expensive for the quality of data. It's very often there either isn't a mobile number for your prospect, or there will be 4 different direct lines listed, all of which being incorrect. Sometime it will give you a family member or spouses number instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problem: It's getting harder for sales reps to get in direct contact with prospects over the traditional methods of outreach.
Benefits: Calling mobile numbers gives you direct access to the prospect in a way that many other sales reps are unable to do.

It's a good tool for use at a small scale because of the cost - paying month to month seems to be the way to go until they figure out how to scrub their contact information db of bad numbers, which there are a lot of.

It does not always work. Sometimes it gives me phone numbers to peoples wives or kids. Sometimes sketchy.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy transition to use leadiq from sales navigator to outreach.io. Makes an easy transition for prospecting to executing tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the emails are not verified in the column but it is at your leadIQ home so I would like better consistency between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to do more cold calling and get info at an easier rate!

This is a great product to use for prospecting and gathering contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
They give you any and all contact info related to the prospect which is good because that is what the tool is supposed to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact info was either incredibly incorrect- either for the completely wrong person or worse the prospects family member- their wife or children. I called a prospect and the wife picked up and was not only extremely mad but also was very confused how I got her number. It looked extremely bad on our company and we ended up losing the meeting- not great and will not use again.

Use with caution- numbers are often incorrect and the emails are usually family members as well and gmails. a lot of personal information is given, which is not ideal for business purposes.

Emails are almost always right, very organized and easy to use interface

The phone numbers are very sketchy, they often have phone numbers of wives, kids, and anyone else on their cell phone bill. Have used these numbers and have made me seem very unprofessional and slimy to my prospects. Do not recommend using their phone numbers

What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ is easy to use and has a number of great integrations with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce and Outreach. The ability to add prospects into a lead or to Outreach creates an ideal workflow when prospecting for leads. The chrome extension is great and again easy to use. The email data seemed to be accurate and we had no issues with the quality of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reason why I wouldn't recommend using LeadIQ and why our sales organization did not sign up for them is because the quality of data is very questionable. It is unclear where they get their direct dial and cell phone data for contacts. When we had a trial with the tool we had a number of incidents like prospects being unhappy for calling their spouses phone number, children's phones or siblings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were evaluating LeadIQ with the hope to replace LeadIQ for better quality email and phone number information for leads and contacts. Although the workflow with LeadIQ, SFDC, LinkedIn Sales Navigator was great, unfortunately, the quality of data was inconsistent and we didn't go with it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I definitely think LeadIQ is headed in the right direction and it provides an ideal workflow for SDRs/ BDRs when prospecting on LinkedIn Sales Navigator or when following up with leads from Salesforce and the ability to add leads right into Outreach is great. However, the quality of direct dials and cell phone data was inaccurate and presented some issues for our business and we had a lot of upset prospects. If you don't mind the risk of calling someone's child or spouse and if you don't mind calling 5-6 different numbers just to reach one prospect and potentially upset some of his/ her family members in the process then I'd say LeadIQ is a great tool. I really hope they can improve their data accuracy because it would of been a great tool for our sales team.
