love lead iq
What do you like best about the product?
i used lead iq as a sales development representative earlier this year with a trial that my company got us...the company i work at datadog was doing a trial and it was amazing. i got so many numbers and meetings because of the information that leadiq provides. i was so sad that my company decided not to go with leadiq.
What do you dislike about the product?
something that i don't like about leadiq is that the numbers are sometimes inaccurate. one time i called someones wife and they got really mad. i would obviously take any number than no numbers but as one of the complaints, because this is a dislike section, i would say the quality of the numbers scared managers away from your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
selling datadog through reaching out to prospects

i loved it, and i wish datadog would buy your product!
Good, but could be great
What do you like best about the product?
I've tested a lot of LeadIQ alternatives along the years and LeadIQ is the overall leader. The UI/UX is simple and smooth, and their scraper is solid. Fields come complete, with little or no errors.
Data comes semi-clean (names are Case Capitalized, titles in name are removed etc).

What do you dislike about the product?
They sell valid emails as valid but they frequently aren't. Emails marked as valid, which you would expect to have an smtp check or some form of validation often hard bounce, and a credit is deducted nonetheless. Talking to support about this is painstakingly slow and they might offer credits back, but the process of gathering the bounces and reporting it to them isn't worth it. So expect up to 30% less accuracy then they market themselves as.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual Data Entry is almost none, Data Cleaning is much easier with LeadIQ, Prospecting much faster and scalable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep in mind that out of a list of 1000 leads, so-called 'valid emails' are around 600, but depending on your audience, your deliverability might actually be around 300.

Easy streamline from my LI contacts to Salesforce, Outreach, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't work -- doesn't update to show information on the new page of contacts.

Collecting outbound information on prospects.
LeadIQ Does it Right
What do you like best about the product?
They have mobile numbers. That's great when you have a smaller deal size or a buyer that's not as technical as an engineer. They usually are more likely to enjoy talking on the phone.... and now we got the numbers!
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't overlay on Linkedin. You need to have the chrome extension open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need contact data and we need it from the source. Don't buy lists, you're just giving away money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not buy lists. If you manage SDR's, empower them with the ability to build their own pipeline. Ownership will drive numbers.
Excellent product, use it weekly

It solves a simple problem elegantly. How do I find contact information of folks on LinkedIn/Angellist? It's just 1 click.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of the things I use it for, there's nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned, finding contact information for leads/prospects. Makes the whole process far easier.
The best way to get details on your Leads!
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, easy to use and so very organized. I like how the excel sheet (csv) comes with the full details. There's a feature that I find absolutely great, which is the unverified and verified email addresses. Very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, If the contacts do not have an email address that is found so you miss a lead. I do wish that when you are capturing data, you will be able to compile all the profiles that you have viewed rather than capture one by one. Maybe the next feature can be something like capturing 10 prospects straight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get contacts of people we want to approach for our business. We can get their email addresses ( corporate email addresses). It's simple and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the UI (user interface) and the Chrome plug-in that allows easy/efficient lead capture and validation. The 'verified' email is another nice feature that takes away some of the uncertainty related to email address quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got a bit confused with the new 'beta' UI, but after I read the help notes I became more familiar and proficient in generating lists and doing contact research.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capture, list cleansing and multi-touch outreach campaign enablement.

Give it a shot - well worth it!

I like the very clean user interface. There are very few buttons, and all perform exactly what they need to do. Great UI

Occasionally LeadIQ hangs up and does not respond in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves significant data entry time with integrations into CRM and Martech solutions. Love that they have email data for contacts and I don't have to source it myself. Awesome interaction with LinkedIn. Super simple interface. Good database. Everything you need, nothing you don't!
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrations can be a bit slow at times, data integrity can be better. Onboarding and support could be improved a bit. Don't feel like we were well educated with all of LeadIQ's capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scaling prospect sourcing and entering everything into CRM and martech platforms is fantastic. Easy to source leads from LinkedIn in multiple ways and separating them in LeadIQ by campaigns. Helps scale and saves a ton of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We evaluated other products and this met out requirements and is surpassing our expectations. Not to mention is enhances the ROI of our other CRM and martech solutions.
