Decent young product
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with Outreach and Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant bugs preventing my team from doing their job, including inability to upload and lack of communication from pop-up box to the list feature in the webapp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a strong prospecting tool. Although there are consistent bugs, support staff is quick to respond to our problems and the engineering team solves them asap.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the speed at which you can prospect and pull in leads to SFDC. Saves me atleast an hour per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails that are provided, bounce. Also, sometimes it is a little buggy and doesn't auto load for a new lead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier, I use it for outbound prospecting. Importing contacts (leads) from LinkedIn to SFDC.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Verify the email addresses provided using mailtester or something similar.

Can get multiple people’s contacts at once

Can not pick up the company name properly and when pushing to SFDC, some of the info is in the wrong area

I like the ability to import contacts quickly and efficiently, even in large batches

I wish more contacts' phone numbers were available, even if they were the main numbers for the companies

I'm able to find contact info for leads making outreach more streamlined
Perfect for direct dials
What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Linkedin, SalesForce, and Outreach is amazing. It saves a ton of time being able to drop whole lists or a single person into any of them. It also has the best direct dials I have seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first got Lead IQ, a little over a year ago, it had terrible email send rates. Since then it has greatly improved and they're getting better every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Information for the sales teams to do outbound prospecting.

LeadIQ is a very easy tool to navigate and use.

I wish I could search by name in the app.

We've been able to massively increase our prospecting volume with LeadIQ.
Automated but manual

able to pull in multiple leads' emails at one time.

must go through every search results page manually to scrub leads

The training was excellent and the software is very user friendly. I like the layout of the app and how easy it is to use!

I can't say I dislike anything - its hard to find something negative to say. Sometimes emails aren't correct, so that can be annoying.

I am making an accurate chase list for a BDR in our company. I've realized it is very easy to find leads and organize their information.
Good tool for contact info, and automated entry from Linkedin to CRM, and to Sales Automation tools
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to not have to manually important information into the CRM, piece by piece, for every new contact I add off of Linkedin. Additionally, it has a good chance of returning a correct email, and can sometimes bring in Cell phone numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buggy, there always seems to be some kind of bug happening--usually the bugs are more UI related than functionality related though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency/productivity gains (much more time saved).
Best scrubbing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
LeadIQ makes it very easy to import LinkedIn contacts directly into my SalesLoft cadence and it provides prospects' cell numbers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the information is inaccurate (cell phone #s and emails)
