What do you like best about the product?
I like this product a lot because firstly it is a all in one platform for call, texts, video meetings and even team messaging. its performance is really good. I also like it's Ai features which are AVA and ACE they automatically capsulate meeting notes
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually I think It is a bit pricey for small teams and also complex admin setup is kind of overwhelming. Everything else works nicely

Actually it is a solving a lot of problems for our team because as it is an all in one platform so we can conduct calls , texts, video meetings and team messaging at one place. It is also highly reliable as it offers 99.99% uptime availability

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use RingEX for internal and external communication. It has clean and intuitive User-Interface and reliable mobile application. When calling the audio is ever clear without any background interruptions. The instant caller ID pop-ups provides clear details of the caller which enhance transparent staff communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the phone calls are randomly dropped from poor network. The overall performance has been great in most communication events.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is the primary communication platform in the organization which enables me to reach engage staff conveniently. The AI features like transcription are very helpful in call summarization. It enhances key communication services like chat, text and video conferencing under one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RingEX is it puts calls, video, and chat all in one clean app, and the AI actually helps with notes and recaps instead of getting in the way. It’s easy to manage and feels like a real all‑in‑one, not a bunch of tools duct‑taped together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside for me is it can feel a little heavy and expensive if you’re just trying to have a simple phone system. There are so many features that non‑tech folks can get lost in the app, and updates sometimes change the look or behavior just enough to confuse people for a bit. And if your team still uses Zoom/Slack/etc., RingEX can end up feeling like “one more thing” instead of actually simplifying your life.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX is basically fixing the “too many apps” problem for me. Instead of juggling separate tools for calls, texts, and meetings, everything’s in one place, which just makes the day smoother and less messy.
It also makes it way easier to work with people in different locations, since everyone’s on the same system and we can share numbers and handle calls as a team. The AI stuff is actually useful too—having summaries and notes from calls saves time and helps with follow‑ups, so I’m not digging through emails and messages trying to remember what was said

What do you like best about the product?
It’s pretty easy to onboard new employees because the UI/UX is straightforward and intuitive. The AI Transcript Notes are also helpful for keeping the conversation flowing and making sure we don’t miss key points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their technical support team consistently takes up our time, especially when problems could have been resolved with straightforward answers instead of putting us through a loop of the same responses.
I also feel that some features should have been included in the subscription plan rather than placed in the Add-Ons. Performance-wise, even though we’ve been using RingCentral for a long time, there are still unresolved issues, and our company will likely have to find workarounds instead.

The AI transcription feature has been extremely helpful. Call Monitoring has also helped our teams improve the quality of their calls.
Recently, we've integrated RingCentral with HubSpot and have been helping our team to keep up with their KPIs.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to make changes quickly and efficiently. The logging and call visibility is easily accessible and detailed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overflow queues do not work correctly like every other phone system or VoIP system. Normally, when an overflow queue is rung, it rings only the members that are logged into that queue. With RingCentral, it rings everyone in the group no matter if they are taking calls from that queue or not. This flaw breaks the whole feature of having overflow queues and creates more network traffic than is needed.

It's solved the call quality issues and gives us more flexibility to where our employees can work. It also decentralizes our phone system so we no longer have one single point of failure.
