Facilitates Effortless Communication, Management Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I use RingEX for chat and phone communication, and I appreciate how easy it is to transfer between staff and reach out via chats. It really solves the problem of easy communication for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things on the management side are not easily found.

Seamless Communication, Industry Leader
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX makes it so easy to connect everyone via video, call, and text. As the admin of our phones, I find managing and changing settings with RingEX to be easy. The platform is an industry leader in all aspects of communication, making calls, video chat, and text seamless and easy to use. Swapping from our previous system was easy, and the initial setup was very easy. I always talk about how RingEX has made our company top tier and encourage other companies to swap to RingEX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having a limit on how many can have text message enabled is a pain point for RingEX. Currently with the campaigns, we can only have 49 users per campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX for seamless communication through video, calls, and text, keeping everyone informed and on the same page.

I feel that setting up RingEX — especially call flows, messaging, extensions, and advanced features — can be confusing or time-consuming, particularly for small businesses or those not familiar with UCaaS platforms.

Problem: Many Teams struggle with multiple disconnected systems for phone calls, SMS, meetings, messaging, and fax — which leads to missed messages, lost context, and lower productivity.

It is rather user friendly and efficient.

I don't believe I have come across an issue that has made me dislike RingEX.

Streamlined Call Management with Impressive Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I think RingEX is such an awesome platform! Everything works super smoothly, and it's super easy to set up. I use it to take all my receptionist calls, and it helps us with call analytics. The shared lines for departments are a big help too. I'm particularly fond of the APIs for custom workflows, which help us control how calls are handled via specific business logic. Overall, nothing works great!

Great Price, Easy to Use, and a Super Helpful Chat Feature
What do you like best about the product?
The price is great and ease of use is perfect for us. Customer service is pretty good, but the chat feature is super helpful

It is hard to get a live customer service person when needed

It has simplified our phone fax and video all in one. It has a user friendly app.
Find another phone solution.
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. The billing and plans are inconsistent, the contracts fraudulent.

Ring Central refuses to let us speak to anyone based in the US.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It causes problems and costs a lot of money. We cannot use attachments when using RC through our integrated software provider. Very antiquated system.
Seamless PC-to-Phone App That Keeps Work Calls Separate
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless working options from PC app to Phone app. Allows me to keep my work calls, texts, etc seperated thru an app and not have Vendors using my direct mobile number.
What do you dislike about the product?
The license model should be more flexible for customers with high turnover. We have to purchase a license and then are stuck until the annual renewal date. Monthly or quarterly flex within lets say 10-15% of call lines to go up/down without being obligated for a full annual term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating teams and entities with merger and acquisition growth is a relatively seamless project.
Powerful Capabilities That Elevated Our System
What do you like best about the product?
I like all of the capabilities we gained when we switched to Ring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the dashboard to be a bit cumbersome. It is sometimes hard to find where I need to go to make a simple change to our system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to text and fax from our Ring system, which has been helpful. Our previous system could not do that.
