Great for Tracking Calls & Voicemails

    Reviewed on Jul 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of using for locating current and missed calls. Along with also having a voicemail system to easily view even while performing other in store tasks. For us, we are also able to capture after hours missed calls easily for staff to follow up with guests in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are researching the use of adding SMS to our account and daily use. I understand having a subscription service, but it seems like each individual angle is an added on cost to be to use. I would also like to see a bit of a format re-design to see calls, missed calls, and voicemails all at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently it is serving as our main answering system But we are looking at angle of SMS for our guests to help with ordering notifications. We are also looking at the angle of having live video calls with our guests for virtual shoe fittings.

Great AI Call Tools, but needs better support and shared features in Call Queue

    Reviewed on Jul 30, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile capability, call recording, AI notes, AI transcript and how call queue allow many people to answer incoming calls to 1 number.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part has been support. Getting help to change settings and calibrate our system correctly has been a big pain. We’d like our call queue to include a shared SMS inbox, shared AI notes and transcription, shared call logs, shared call recordings, and shared voicemail. What we dislike is that some of these features don’t exist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us communicate with our customers who are all calling or texting in to 1 company number. It allows us to answer these call away from the office and keep track of converstiaons with recordings, notes and transcripts

Texting Customers Made Easy, Plus a Helpful Call Status HUD

    Reviewed on Jul 29, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy being able to text customers. Many times they do not answer their phones or reply to their emails. However, texting is how I am able to get ahold of them. I also like that I can easily see which one of my team members are on a call under the HUD option. Very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I save a contact on my desktop app, it takes about a day for it to be on my phone app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with getting ahold of customers but now we can through SMS.

Reliable, Feature-Rich Unified Communications with Great Call Quality

    Reviewed on Jul 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a reliable, feature-rich unified communications platform that brings voice, video, messaging, and team collaboration together in one place. Call quality is consistently good, the interface feels intuitive, and the integrations with CRM and productivity tools help streamline work and coordination across teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal can feel overwhelming for first-time users because of the sheer number of configuration options. Some advanced analytics and call management features are only available on higher-tier plans, and occasional syncing delays can occur with certain third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralises business communication by bringing calls, video meetings, messaging, and collaboration into a single platform. This reduces the need for multiple communication tools, improves team productivity, enhances customer interactions, and supports remote and hybrid work with reliable connectivity.

RingEX Became My Main Calling App for Group Work

    Reviewed on Jul 27, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use RingEX when I need to stay in touch with classmates during project work. I regularly use the team messaging feature to share quick updates instead of switching between different apps. When we need to discuss something in detail, I start a video meeting, and it has been enough for our small group discussions. I also use the mobile and desktop sync, so I can continue conversations even after leaving campus. The call history is another feature I check often because I sometimes need to remember who I spoke with or return a missed call. These are the features I end up using almost every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app occasionally takes a little longer to load after an update, and I have had a few moments where notifications arrived later than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, I used separate apps for calling, messaging, and meetings, so I often forgot where a conversation had happened. Now I use RingEX for most of my calls, messages, and short video discussions, and I can also check my call history if I miss something. As a result, it has become simpler to keep track of conversations without searching through multiple apps.

One platform that keeps our team's communication organised

    Reviewed on Jul 26, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What stands out to me is how naturally everything fits into a normal workday. I spend most of my day taking customer calls, messaging teammates, and jumping into quick meetings, so having all of that in one place makes a bigger difference than I expected. The interface is clean enough that I rarely have to think about where something is, call quality has been consistently reliable, and features like voicemail transcription and AI-generated call notes save me from going back through recordings just to remember the important details. It feels less like learning a new platform and more like replacing a handful of separate tools with one that actually works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I'd call a dealbreaker, but some of the admin and configuration menus could be organised better. When we were setting up call flows and adjusting user permissions, a few settings took longer to find than expected. I also wish some integrations required less manual configuration during the initial setup. Once everything is in place it runs smoothly, but the first-time setup has a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using RingEX, our communication was spread across different apps for calls, meetings, messaging, and follow-ups. Keeping everything together has made a noticeable difference. Customer conversations are easier to track, internal communication is quicker, and AI-generated call summaries mean I spend less time writing notes after every conversation. It has also reduced the chances of missing follow-ups because call history, messages, and voicemail transcripts are all easy to find in one place. Overall, it has helped us stay more organised without adding extra work.

One platform that finally replaced several communication tools

    Reviewed on Jul 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage has been reducing the number of applications we use throughout the day. Calls, team messaging, voicemail, and video meetings are all in one place, so switching between tools is no longer part of the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform includes a lot of functionality, so it can take a while to discover everything that's available. I would also like the reporting section to offer more customization for tracking team performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our communication setup used to be spread across different applications, making it difficult to keep conversations organized. Employees were often switching between messaging apps, separate phone systems, and meeting software.

Excellent Support, but Not Yet Sleek or User-Friendly

    Reviewed on Jul 23, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service and tech support is very good!
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not feel very sleek or user friendly. It took a few weeks for my team to transition and even then still took some time to learn all of the features. Still glitchy at times as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It does combine text and calls into one interface. So it does help with housing everything into one place.
