Reliable Business Phone System with Easy Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I like RingEX for its ease of use, which caters to both technical and non-technical audiences. The initial setup was straightforward; we managed to set up basic call flows and all users in just a few days of testing. RingEX has become our primary business system with about 60 users overall, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommendation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we ever had was in detailed reporting but this was available when using a different RingCentral product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to RingEX to fix stability issues with our previous system. It's easy for both technical and non-technical users, and setting it up took just a few days.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the seamless setup and portability of the product. With the world always on the go, we love the fact that we always can be connected to our telecommunication systems when we have to!
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love the call recordings to be centrally located without a 3rd party.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are no issues at this time that are applicable.

Quick Support, But Account Manager Email Responses Take Far Too Long

What do you like best about the product?
The quick turnaround from Support is appreciated. However, the product’s capabilities and features can be found elsewhere for a fraction of the price.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our account manager takes too long to respond to emails—we consistently wait at least four days for a reply. This is not a good look, especially as we are considering leaving RingCentral.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing. If anything, having this account adds to our problems. We were locked into a contract for 170 licenses when we only needed 30. We operate on year-to-year agreements, yet our account manager continues to push 24- and 36-month renewals. Since we raise funding each quarter, we are not in a position to commit to terms that long.

What do you like best about the product?
As an MSP and RingCentral reseller, we use RingEX as the core cloud communications platform we deliver and support for our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing can be confusing for customers and there is some administrative complexity for certain setups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral solves the problem of outdated and unreliable business communications by replacing legacy phone systems and disconnected tools with a cloud‑based communication platform.

Solid Phone System Packed with Features

What do you like best about the product?
Solid phone system with many features.
Switching to a cloud phone system helped us manage multiple sites communication easily.
RingCentral had the most advanced options, the API was more robust than other systems we reviewed.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to have a separate system for Contact Center (we used RingCX)
The two systems communicate together but it is still a little disjointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication across multiple sites and call control through API technology.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how all the tools in RingCentral are integrated, and how reliable the service is overall. My calls don’t get dropped, I rarely run into network problems, and the server almost never has issues. Customer service is always great, and even the support chat team is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal and the help center have been getting more confusing over time as new features are added. Since not every plan includes every feature, and not every team uses all the features they do have, it can be difficult to navigate. In particular, it’s hard to track down specific functions you know exist but don’t use on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s an all-in-one system that combines a phone system, team chat, and faxing, which saves money and consolidates them all into one locaiton.

What do you like best about the product?
The app has a lot of different features that make call handling easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal is a little hard to navigate at first, I have not had much chance to play with it but I wish it was more direct rather than a lot of drop down menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed the availability of answering our front desk calls on the go, and with the cell phone app this is possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like their advanced package the most. It includes analytics that help me see how customers are interacting in their journeys and allows for searching analytics, which also aids in marketing and special promotions, making things easier overall. I also appreciate the initial setup process being very easy with scheduled implementation. Features like auto attendant, ring groups, and call queues simplify workforce management, and I value having voicemail to email, online fax, and meeting tools included. Using the RingEX mobile app and soft phone helps me take on business outside the office with the same caller ID and phone number as if I'm at my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, they've been great to work with. Great sales support too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX for phone solutions that enhance customer service for support, billing, and sales agents. It helps with auto attendant, ring groups, and call queues, making it easy to manage changes for workforce management and improve CSAT and NBS scores.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that RingEX customer service is amazing. As I'm trying to navigate through setting up new employees on our phone system, it's easy. I like the fact that I can be on the computer and access the phone features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the process of adding new employees to the system could be a little easier. Even though it is easier now, it could be a bit simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX makes it easier to transfer calls to staff, check messages I've left, and see who is calling and from what number.
