If call usage gets extra then per minute charges can apply, and sometimes billing can get unpredictable, too tech-advanced call routing settings can take much time, and the pricing and advanced setup could be easier.

The problem is in busy times calls can be missed, and staff don't need to attend again and again routine calls, customers can book their appointment anytime, and employees can focus on their important work. It helps us to handle when our team is busy.

All-in-One Client Communications, but Call Routing Setup and Analytics Need Work
Reviewed on Sep 13, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX streamlines client communication during peak periods like tax season by consolidating phone calls, secure messaging, and client video consultations into one interface. The phone call quality is reliable, and the softphone feature allows team members to review sensitive client details at their desks or take urgent inquiries on mobile without sharing personal numbers. The automatic meeting transcriptions are especially helpful for documenting client tax planning discussions accurately without manually writing down every detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring firm-wide call routing rules, such as temporary extended-hour auto-attendants during filing deadlines, takes longer than expected due to a confusing administrative portal. Setting up SMS verification for sending text reminders to clients also required extra compliance steps during initial deployment. Additionally, standard analytics provide basic call counts, but tracking detailed metrics around client call volume requires higher-tier plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX resolves the issue of disorganized client outreach and unrecorded phone notes across a hybrid accounting firm. It allows staff to handle confidential financial consultations securely while working remotely. It also cuts costs by replacing separate e-fax and web conferencing platforms, ensuring all client documents and call records stay organized within a single system.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how RingEX combines calls, team messaging, and video meetings in one app, accessible on both desktop and mobile. The consistent call quality is great, and having a business number that follows me on my phone ensures I don't miss any calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a bit overwhelming for a small team, so there's a learning curve that makes it challenging to start using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX reduces missed calls and allows us to work from anywhere with better call answering rates. It combines calls, messaging, and video meetings in one app and provides consistent quality, making it easy to stay connected with our clients and prospects on both desktop and mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
RingEX consolidated calling, messaging, video meetings, and SMS into one desktop and mobile app. Built-in CRM integration auto-logs calls and trigger screen pops to save manual effort, while call-flipping between devices and AI meeting summaries make handling remote workflows seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Configuring multi-level IVRs, complex call queues, and user permissions in the backend admin portal can feel unintuitive. Meeting 10DLC registration requirements for business SMS also takes patience during initial onboarding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaces fragmented communication tools with a single cloud communications platform. Employees maintain a professional business line on any device, keeping client interactions organized while boosting response times.

Excellent Call Quality and Smooth Team Communication
Reviewed on Sep 06, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It provides excellent call quality, smooth team messaging, and easy video conferencing, which makes our business communication very efficient and reliable. It automatically handles customer calls 24/7 and routes them to the right person, which saves a lot of time for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the mobile application feels a bit heavy and drains the battery quickly during long video calls. Also, the user interface can be slightly confusing for new team members initially, and the pricing plans could be made more affordable for small businesses and growing startups. It works fine, but there is still room for improvement in voice modulation to make it sound more natural and less robotic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our communication gap by bringing calls, team messaging, and video meetings into one single platform. This helps our remote team stay connected seamlessly, reduces the need for multiple apps, and greatly improves our daily business productivity and customer response time. It handles basic customer inquiries automatically after office hours, solving the problem of missed business opportunities and late-night calls.

RingEX: Reliable, Crystal-Clear Calls with Seamless All-in-One Communication
Reviewed on Sep 05, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about RingEX is its exceptional reliability and the seamless integration of voice, video, and messaging into a single interface. The call quality is consistently crystal clear, even on mobile network. I also highly appreciate the smart AI-powered features, such as automated meeting summarise and real-time transcription, which save our team a lot of manual note-taking time a lot of manual note-taking time during daily client calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing I dislike is that the user interface can sometimes feel cluttered and overwhelming for new user due to the massive amount of settings and tabs. The desktop application occasionally consumes a lot of system memory (RAM), which causes minor lags during heavy multitasking. Additionally, the advanced reporting and analytics module require a higher pricing tier, which can be expensive for smaller teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX addresses the issue of fragmented business communication by consolidating phone calls, video meetings, and team chats into one stable platform. Before using it, our team struggled to switch between multiple apps, leading to communication delays and missed updates. It benefits us by streamlining all client and internal discussions, making remote work highly efficient and significantly lowering our overall software infrastructure costs

What do you dislike about the product?
The admin dashboard is difficult to navigate when building complex call queues or IVR menus. Managing notification alerts across calls and chats also requires extra setup time so you aren't constantly interrupted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaced our fragmented communication tools with a single, professional phone system that works anywhere. Our remote staff can make calls using our main business number, keeping records organized and client response times fast.

Missed a client call while sitting right next to my phone, that's what finally pushed me to fix this
Reviewed on Sep 03, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
This is embarrassing but I was literally sitting at my desk when an important client call came through, except it rang on my desk phone while my laptop app sat silent and my cell was in the other room, and by the time I noticed it had already gone to voicemail. Set up simultaneous ring across desk phone, the desktop app, and my mobile after that, so now literally every device rings at once, no more one specific device happening to be the one that catches it. Small thing but genuinely fixed an actual problem I was having weekly, not hypothetically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting simultaneous ring configured correctly the first time was fiddlier than I expected, I had the desktop app and mobile ringing fine but forgot to adjust the desk handset's ring delay, so it lagged a beat behind the others for a couple weeks before I noticed and fixed the setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missing a call while literally sitting near my phone was the wake-up call I needed, dumb as that sounds. Now nothing depends on which device happens to be nearby or awake at that moment, they all ring together and I answer wherever I actually am. Setup wasn't instantly perfect, that ring delay thing on the desk phone took me longer to notice than I'd like to admit, but once it was dialed in properly it's just worked.

Powerful All-in-One Communications with RingSense AI—But Pricing and Setup Take Time
Reviewed on Sep 02, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX combines phone, video, chat, and SMS into one dependable platform with a modern, organized interface that minimizes app switching across desktop and mobile devices. It's standout feature is RingSense AI, which delivers automated meeting summaries, real-time transcription, sentiment analysis, and action-item extraction directly into user workflows. Platform performance is exceptional, maintaining clear audio quality, low latency, and high uptime. What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing sits at a high tier compared to basic VoIP providers, which can increase overall costs for smaller businesses. Full administrative portal configuration and onboarding also require dedicated setup time, which can feel complex for non-technical teams initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
