What do you like best about the product?
I have found RingEX to be very user-friendly and easy to understand how to use. Also, whenever I have needed help or had a question, customer service has always been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything that I don't like! It's a great service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a reliable way for the families and customers we serve to be able to reach us, and RingEX is making that possible by providing a great service that makes sure they can connect with us when they need to.

Innovative, Easy to Use, and Highly Recommended

What do you like best about the product?
I find RingEX's ease of use and easy configuration to be the most beneficial, allowing us to get it to do what we need it to do. It really saves time since the phone system handles work for us and can perform specialized functions that were previously unavailable. I appreciate that it frees up people to focus on more important work. The AI auto attendant answers calls, routes callers successfully, and even answers questions that would normally require one of our team members. The initial setup was extremely easy, which is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's some room for improvement where RingEX leads users in onboarding so that they complete the tasks that we want them to complete, like setting up their voicemail prompts, and their schedules. The issue with call groups was understanding how to apply it specifically to the setup that we wanted to have which essentially was cascading phones which does work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX frees me from wired, inflexible systems, automating calls, and supporting workflows with AI auto attendants, allowing my team to focus on more critical work.

Ring EX: Simple Navigation with User-Friendly Admin & Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
I like on the Ring EX how simple it is to navigate. The admin features, settings, and over all reporting are very nice an user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any dislikes for Ring EX but some thing could be done to be simpler on the RingCX contact center side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s simplified our use and provides more detail on both inbound and outbound calls. The outbound call recordings have given us more insight as well. Performance has also been great—we’ve experienced zero downtime. Onboarding was also very easy and to the point

What do you like best about the product?
I like that RingCentral has had the best uptime of all the SaaS solutions we’ve used. That level of reliability is critical for our business because it gives us confidence that we can consistently count on the service. The AI features are also a major plus. Our users can review notes from calls with customers afterward, which helps everyone stay aligned and makes follow-ups much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least about RingEX is that there should be easier ways to build out and manage subsidiaries. We’d really love the option to split our multiple subsidiaries out within the Admin Portal, so that things like Call Queues, logos, groups, Caller ID, and addresses are simpler to set up, organize, and visualize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven’t had any dropped calls, and I like having a notetaker. Call routing also works well and sends calls where they need to go.

Solid Phone System with Great Support and Clear RSI Reporting

What do you like best about the product?
The phone system itself is solid. I’m saying that as someone at a company that has been through a handful of different phone systems. RingCentral’s customer support is also great, and that’s so important when you need help quickly. I also really like the RSI reporting and the visibility into who’s available (or not), which makes it easier to stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t really have anything negative to say. I like how well it integrates with other platforms, and the pricing feels right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provided us with an application (RSI) that offers even deeper reporting, which is very helpful. It allows us to identify issues and correct them so we can ensure we’re capturing all calls.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how RingEX integrates with our existing ecosystem. It works seamlessly with Microsoft Teams and Salesforce, which means our users can use the apps they are already familiar with and don't have to spend time learning a new application to make a call. Additionally, I appreciate the range of options available to us. The initial setup was pretty seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experience a delay when connecting to calls. This may be related to Windows settings but it is difficult to resolve the issue. This isn't unique to RingEX, as other providers have the same issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX enables us to make and receive calls, text clients, and provide rich support through familiar apps like Microsoft Teams and Salesforce without needing standalone software. It keeps us accessible for meaningful client interactions, integrates smoothly, and requires no new learning curve.

Easy Setup, Great Call Quality, and Fast Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can use it on my personal phone without needing to get a separate business phone. Setup is straightforward, and it’s easy to use day to day. The call quality is great as well. Pricing is fair for what's included. Support is quick and responsive usually get any issues fixed within an hour. I have not tried the AI or integrations so I cannot speak to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the voicemails are marked as unread even though I listened to them, other than that no real complaints

Helped us from only having 1 phone for our whole office to having multiple phones set up with a call system. Completely changed our flows

RingCentral Keeps Our Home Office Running Like a National Company

What do you like best about the product?
I work from my home office, but we can still operate like the national company we are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need a more advanced setup for my configuration, and I find it hard to handle on my own. Thankfully, RingCentral support is there to help, and they always come through. I might have to work with a couple of different techs along the way, but in the end everything gets sorted out and it turns out well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call Attendant takes the pressure off having to field every call myself or hire a receptionist. It routes calls to the right departments, and the voicemail system works flawlessly. I also get enough notifications to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The technical support team has been fantastic - easy to get a hold of, provide great support and are always willing to dive in and investigate our issues. The support we have received from the RingCentral team has really been what makes RingCentral stand out above and beyond from other phone providers we have used in the past.
Beyond the support, the RingCentral features have helped us streamline our call flow, allow us better access to patients with less voicemails to return overall. Can't recommend enough.

What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve experienced some connection issues with both incoming and outgoing calls, and we’ve had a hard time getting them resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us not have nearly as many voicemails to return to patients at our clinic, the IVR that we have set up has been incredibly user friendly and has worked perfectly - calls get automatically routed to the right place, the queues have been helpful and beneficial for patients. The voicemail transcription features have been SO helpful for our office, saving time on the back end when recording messages for the team to return. Call recordings have also helped our office from a quality improvement standpoint for staff and we have integrated these recordings into our staff review process.
