RingCentral’s Integrated Tools and Rock-Solid Reliability
What do you like best about the product?
I like how all the tools in RingCentral are integrated, and how reliable the service is overall. My calls don’t get dropped, I rarely run into network problems, and the server almost never has issues. Customer service is always great, and even the support chat team is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal and the help center have been getting more confusing over time as new features are added. Since not every plan includes every feature, and not every team uses all the features they do have, it can be difficult to navigate. In particular, it’s hard to track down specific functions you know exist but don’t use on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s an all-in-one system that combines a phone system, team chat, and faxing, which saves money and consolidates them all into one locaiton.
Feature-Rich App That Makes Call Handling Easy and Fast
What do you like best about the product?
The app has a lot of different features that make call handling easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin portal is a little hard to navigate at first, I have not had much chance to play with it but I wish it was more direct rather than a lot of drop down menus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed the availability of answering our front desk calls on the go, and with the cell phone app this is possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like their advanced package the most. It includes analytics that help me see how customers are interacting in their journeys and allows for searching analytics, which also aids in marketing and special promotions, making things easier overall. I also appreciate the initial setup process being very easy with scheduled implementation. Features like auto attendant, ring groups, and call queues simplify workforce management, and I value having voicemail to email, online fax, and meeting tools included. Using the RingEX mobile app and soft phone helps me take on business outside the office with the same caller ID and phone number as if I'm at my desk.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, they've been great to work with. Great sales support too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use RingEX for phone solutions that enhance customer service for support, billing, and sales agents. It helps with auto attendant, ring groups, and call queues, making it easy to manage changes for workforce management and improve CSAT and NBS scores.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that RingEX customer service is amazing. As I'm trying to navigate through setting up new employees on our phone system, it's easy. I like the fact that I can be on the computer and access the phone features.

I think the process of adding new employees to the system could be a little easier. Even though it is easier now, it could be a bit simpler.

RingEX makes it easier to transfer calls to staff, check messages I've left, and see who is calling and from what number.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that RingEX is easy to set up, allowing us to handle everything from phones, extensions, schedule, and after-hours settings effortlessly with the excellent customer service support. It's great to have a dedicated representative like Myra, who's knowledgeable and guides us well. I enjoy everything RingEX offers because it simplifies the management of phone systems, making it suitable for running not just our practice but any company needing phone systems. The option to download the app on a computer or cell phone and handle calls without needing an office phone is convenient, as it provides a dedicated phone number for communication. The support team is fantastic, knowledgeable, and helps walk through the process of fixing any issues while also helping me learn the system. It's amazing that the initial setup was easy with their help, and I'm very happy with the system, especially since it keeps getting better with updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have found things that have come up, recently we found out that afterhours messages were being emailed to the incorrect email, so it was a setup typo issue.

I like RingEX for its usability. I'm able to use it across many different pathways with my employees so they can accomplish tasks given to them and communicate with our clients efficiently every time. It's an all-in-one system that centralizes all communication platforms into one space with calls, text, and alerts, making it really seamless and works well. Also, the help and guidance from the team during the setup were excellent, allowing us to establish everything correctly the first time.

It would be nice to be able to access the admin portal without having to open another web page.

I love that everything with RingEX is just in one place. Calls, messages, voicemails, and fax all being within the same app means I don't have to jump between systems. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, making it easy to set up the phones and extensions. It works well handling calls while updating our EMR systems, keeping our communication organized and efficient for the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app can feel a bit laggy, especially when switching between calls and messages. The interface could be more intuitive for new users too. It sometimes takes a minute to find certain settings.
