Tons of dropped calls -

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to add multiple numbers for my different sales territories.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were far too many dropped calls. Way too clunky while on the road. Really not a very mobile product. This didnt help our young company look very professional to outside clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video meetings while on the road in sales. This didnt work very seamlessly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would not recommend it if you have a high touch on the road workforce. Far too many dropped calls which seemed unprofessional to clients.

There are so many options are far are users, phone numbers and personalization
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very difficult to find someone to talk to for help, and even harder to find someone who speaks English well. Call center agents not trained well

What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central is a great tool for the sales associates to use at the office as well as on their cell phone. They just open the app and can make calls and send texts right from there. Without using their own number.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes for this product at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My sales associates can be engaged with customers on the go, which provides an awesome customer service experience.

Great is you have multiple personnel using phone lines

It's As Good As It Gets

What do you like best about the product?
The meetings are easy to set up. You are able to send the invite to the patricipants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the meeting drops. It's a good system for the cost, but Ring Central is known to drop calls and meetings. Sucks when you are in a middle of a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cheeper than GoTo Meeting. You can have more people in the meeting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is user friendly. Just be careful regarding drop calls and meetings. Be prepared with a back up

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can interact virtually through webcam with multiple locations at once in one place over the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a little glitchy as far as functionality or the video not working properly but about 98% of the time everything works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to hold meetings across the nation all in one place so to continue having team discussions on a regular basis no matter your location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It works well and gets the job done. So far so good over close to a year that I have used it.

Navigation and reporting are just so-so

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with our CRM (Copper), detailed call tracking, ability to export data to .xls. User documentation is complete and easily searchable. Diverse ways to use the product: desktop, browser and mobile applications
What do you dislike about the product?
Reports are clunky to pull and I resort to exporting the data to .xls for easier manipulation. Customer support is ok, we have a Customer Success Manager who could be a bit more responsive. Navigation in the dashboard is often counter intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call center performance management and detailed tracking in our CRM.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The Whisper feature is helpful for performance management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows integration into my other systems which saves me a lot of time. It also allows for a central place to allow me to show our tool to costumers

it can sometimes be a little hard for clients to figure out how to sign in if they arent familiar

it crashes sometimes. No free international calling

Clients can fax us the documents without us having an actual physical fax machine

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to combine the meeting software with the phone software RingCentral
What do you dislike about the product?
There were often difficulties with gathering reporting data and attempting to connect to a meeting with a non-technical member could be challenging at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral Meetings was used for screen sharing purposes when working with members on technical issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the extra time to develop a solid procedure for getting end users to connect to created meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can easily call members within my own organization, setting up the microphone and screen share are relatively simple as well. Muting/ other user functions are simple to use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that setting up your own meetings are more complicated, I once set up a conference call and ran into a glitch where I couldn't join my own meeting because I wasn't the "host" when I was. Had to call my mentor and just have our meeting over the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, I am still learning to set up my own meetings with those that are outside of my organization. Benefits are that meetings can be conducted at any time from any where!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, I believe that RingCentral is a good product once you know your way around or have gone through a training module. It is easy to join conferences that are already in place, can be a little laggy at times but a meeting has never been dropped when I have used the product.
