What do you like best about the product?
The implementation team did a great job of helping us switch from our old on premises PBX. We're really excited about the opportunities that RingCentral opens us up to. They have been quick to respond to any tickets we submit. Our employees learned the system quickly and use it consistently throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ONLY bad thing I can say is that RingCentral needs to expand their training department. The backlog for booking live training sessions is a month and a half out. Other than that, there hasn't been any major issues. The few things that we've come across we have submitted to the ideas for improvement section of their site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main reason we switched was to keep our phone system up through all of our sites, even during emergencies. Hurricane Helene took down our main site, so phones went down company wide because of our old PBX.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it was to set up, easy to use, professionalism at the finest, and help is always a click or call away! I love the notes during calls, that has came in handy so much! Thank you RingCentral for your dedicated support and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had one issue since I came to RingCentral!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an all one stop shop for phone, fax, and webinar! It is so easy to use and I am stoked about starting the texting feature!

What do you like best about the product?
All our phone system needs in one place, there's so much that can be added or removed if need be, the customer service is amazing and all issues are resolved immediately and efficiently each time. Being able to also have the phone app on the mobile and answer even if we are away from the office is amazing. Easy to use that not much onboarding is needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I find something I'll definitely let you know ;-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've so far only experienced problems with not knowing how to access a feature. Not the feature is not available but just me learning how to access it.

Need to Get Up To Date with AI

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Ring Central in the most basic way for over ten years. Each year something new comes out - I'm interest in the AI receptionist and need help. After today - I'll try it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet except I haven't taken the time to figure this all out.

I'll soon find out

What do you like best about the product?
We still use fax because our line of business, and having the fax feature is nice
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone can see the faxes. It is only to one user and that is it.

We have multiple offices, and it let us know who is on the phone or away from their desk

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they are innovative and offer products that are relevant to the times. We use phones, fax and AI every day. We've integrated it into our website and continue to take advantage of the technology solutios.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our rep doesn't always reply but I can always get ahold of customer service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will solve the problem of not being available to clients and prospects around the clock.

What do you like best about the product?
The 100% recording feature is good. recording features are also very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
all are good and i dont think that there is any issue .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were previously using Vonage and vonage was not providing texting . Now Ringcentral is working fine and also they are providing texting features

What do you like best about the product?
there customer service is offshore and ineffective
What do you dislike about the product?
the company was billing me $24.55 a day for spam voicemails and refused to disallow voicemail and refused to refund me. Zoom calls is a much better alternative

What do you like best about the product?
Calling and texting are great.RingCentral has 100 % uptime and great voice clarity.

I don't think that there any anything to dislike.

A Great Virtual Phone System

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that all of our office staff can download the app on their personal phone. allowing us to be mobile, while still able to provide customer support to customers. It was really easy to install as well, and port our other cellphone to your system.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like. I researched 4 other companies and none of them compared to Ring Central's feature and ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our office communication. We started with 3 employees and now have over 20 field and 5 office workers. We needed an office phone that ring to all office staff, had a voicemail for customers to leave messages. Also within the app we can message each other to ask questions, provide screenshots, etc.
