RingEX, great product with excellent depth
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setup, we were up and running with a short deadline. There is a depth of features that fulfill needs as you grown the program. Reporting is very good with the advanced package. Support has been excellent, especial with complex solutions.
The option to use AI voice or use your own is a really nice feature. You can create a library of recordings to pull from.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its a lot to navigate, as it is feature rich. Online help could be improved. The consulting firm that does the implementation (optional) is nowhere near as knowledgeable by a far amount than RingEX. Granted some of what we did was complex, as we are using it for 24x7 call rounding based on time.

Replaces a live person and after hours answering service

The calling and the text features are nice. They have 100 % uptime .great application.

I think there is no any things for dislike.

We were using Vonage business but the sound was no good. RingCental has given us a better solution to solve our problems . Thanks Ringcentral.
Can't be happier!
What do you like best about the product?
Well rounded features, including app. Integrates well with major platforms and allows desktop phones. It also includes easy to use video conference feature which resembles to Zoom a lot. I also really like their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I'm happy with my experience and don't have anything to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX helped me solve multiple issues such as: multi-account integration with our deskphones, they've also guided me to get approved for my SMS with TCR registration.
Cleanness of the messaging system.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Cleanness of the messaging system. Most useful tools like Chat one-on-one or in groups, Share files ,Track conversations ,Manage tasks. Everything is in one app, so your team can quickly switch from chat to a call or video.

Occasional App Bugs or Glitches which gets in the way of work productive

Love that when I have left for the day that I can still help customers with having the app on my phone.

What do you like best about the product?
Bridging and setting up RingEX could not have been easier. There was someone with us every step of the way. The Support team has great communication and follow-up. Every question we have has been answered by a professional without having to mess with AI before talking to a expert. Our team loves the ease of using a smart phone system and the integration it is offering us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is lots to learn, but we are happy!

Required call recordings, integration with storage, call note taking, online fax capabilities.

It is nice to be able to answer a call from anywhere if you have the app. So convenient for working from home or in the field.

It is a little confusing to navigate at first.

What do you like best about the product?
RingEX is the best UCaaS solution I have ever used. Its uptime is best in class at 99.999%, and it's incredibly user-friendly. The user experience is consistent across the desktop app, web app, and mobile platform. It integrates seamlessly with MS Teams as your phone client, saving on E3 and E5 licensing costs. My screenshot demonstrates an accurate AI call summary.

I do not have any dislikes with RingEX, it just works.

AI being added to RingEX users for call transcription and summaries along with AI writing help in messages is great, new features and improvements are added all the time.

RingCentral is pretty great for our team - it lets us do calls, video meetings and messaging all in one place no matter where everyone's working from. The app connects with tons of other stuff we use and gives us good data about how we're using it. It's
the cheapest option out there and honestly worth the money since it works really well and can grow with us.

It’s not local and most of their customer service agents are based outside of the North American market
