I like seeing and storing faxes in 1 place
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real dislikes about RingEx.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEx keeps all faxes in one location. Allows us to delete and save as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our phone system goes with us wherever we go.
I love all the amazing features, including voice, SMS, campaigns, messaging, video meetings, and conference calling. Our staff uses RingEX daily, and it allows us to work in the office, on the road, or at home. The mobile app means we have even more flexibility when it comes to functioning outside the office.

What do you dislike about the product?
The phone call UI hides one of my most used buttons in a 'more' menu. Get that TRANSFER button on the top level again please!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to effectively communicate with and support our team of agents, which is spread across the country.

The RC Phone app for Windows being discontinued

Being able to work remotely and maintaining a professional presence while I need to be mobile
Great Option For Your Business Communication Needs
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can come to one place and send/recieve voicemails, faxes, conference calls, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for additional lines is more than I had hoped.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX gives me the ease of receiving faxes, voicemails online no matter where I am.

The closed caption UI Improvements, and the desk phone pairing!

Can't really make an opinion until I put all the new features to the test. Want to get the hands on experience :)

RingEX has played a vital role in my Organization's business communication
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup with RingEX has been one of my favorite features. We are able to get new Users up and running quickly and seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor complaint: availability of documentation of advanced features.

The vast majority of our business communication is built on RingEX. RingEX has allowed us to set up our phones systems just the way we need them for smooth communication.
RingCentral is a robust, Ultimate, Communication platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Being a user of RingCentral since 2014, I can say that RingCentral is only getting better and better. Anywhere from having a cloud based PBX system, it also have workspace platform to keep your workday organized, an internal messaging system to communicate with your fellow co-workers, and much much more

I guess the service/admin control could be more user friendly, but it not too difficult to figure it out.

I don't have to have a bunch of hardware to have a PBX system

What do you like best about the product?
Ring Central came in at a time we needed them most. We tried a competitior who promissed us 24/7 support and the ability to SMS. they dropped the ball on both of these. Ring Central quickly onboarded us and got us our texts back with 24/7 support that never leaves me in the dark.

UI isn't clean and self explanatory alot of things have to be looked up in multiple places to edit and undertsand

It is allowing us to text while giving easy to read analystics for stakeholders. There is also CRM integration for data management
