Miles T. is the best!

What do you like best about the product?
Miles is the best thing about RingEX. The services work as expected but anytime we need to make a change to our account or need help with the registration processes, Miles has all of the answers!
What do you dislike about the product?
We did have to spend hours on the phone with representatives that were little to no help before we were fortunate enough to be helped by Miles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our systems are under the same server. It is great.

Great phone system

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to naviagate the phone, the staff when I call in is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ring Central website is a little hard to work with but once you get the training, you will easily be able to work thru it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
nothing at the present moment.

Great Solution, and Even Better Transition Support

What do you like best about the product?
We needed to migrate our existing phone service, but were not sure if it would work out. Ended up being better than expected, and the solution is so robust. Great onboarding training that helped make it that much easier to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing at all that I can think of. Everything meets our expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution that would allow us to transfer our existing business phone number, which many clients have. The issue was not having extension numbers for employees in the past, making it difficult to have anyone contact individual employees. We wanted to remove the use of cell phone numbers, and have a standard with one business number. RingEX accomplished all of those concerns.

Great Phone System Solution!

What do you like best about the product?
No hardware needed, great customer support, and easy to navigate. The implementation process was a breeze. The team got us up and running quickly, and porting over all our existing numbers was very easy and quick with very little to no interruption to the workday. With 1 phone system for the whole team, whether they work remotely at home, out in the field, or here in the office, transferring calls is as easy as typing a few keystrokes, and it's off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are too many options to fulfill a need, and I lose track of where I can make adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connects all users in one integrated phone system and makes it easy to record and track calls through the Admin dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
My Help during SMS TCR registration . It was awsome . Mr Nick Clark , Helped me and answer my emails for more than 3 months and He answered each single email . During my more than 25 emails conversation .
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really . I never had any event to memorize during these 12 year

Faxing , Call recording etc

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how many options are available to each line, whether it's setting up a voicemail rule, or changing users, the admin portal has a lot of options and even if they are confusing, Customer support is always available. I personally prefer working with Myles, He's professional, efficient and friendly and solves the problem every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that the call wait times are sometimes longer than I'd like them to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The newer features being implemented maybe something my company checks out once they are available, but we haven't had any major issues to "Fix".
