RingEX: a communication tool that actually works wonders

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about RingEX is how easy it is to connect our team. Whether someone's in the office, working from home, we're all just a click away and also how easy and flexible it can be to teach a new employee on how to intregrate ringEx in their workflow
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit expensive for smaller businesses like ours to scale up. also the customer support can be a little cumbersome when we are in the middle of an important communication issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before ringex we used to use different tools for the features which ringex already provides which can get pretty bad when we always need to switch between tools and it can also get difficult for the people in office and those working from home to connect. ringEX is a big time saver and provides all the features those different tools provide in a single all in one phone system

A handy tool for Simplifying Communication

What do you like best about the product?
The thing i love most is how it saves me tons of time when looking through old call recordings. Like, instead of listening to entire calls, I can just search for specific keywords or phrases and it takes me right to those moments. The transcription quality is pretty accurate too, way better than what we used before. And the ability to tag important parts of calls is super handy for training new people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search can get pretty slow when you're going through months of call data at once, wish they could make that faster somehow. Also, when you're trying to export multiple recordings in bulk, the process feels kinda clunky and takes more steps than it should. And while the transcription is generally good, it sometimes struggles with industry-specific terms or when people talk really fast or have strong accents. Would be nice if they let us add custom vocabulary for our industry jargon to improve accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So before Ring Ex, managing our call recordings was basically a nightmare. We're a mid-sized sales team and we handle like 100+ calls daily. Finding specific conversations or trying to review calls for training was taking forever, literally hours of listening to recordings trying to find the right parts. Another huge benefit is how it's helped our remote team stay connected and learn from each other. Since we've got people working from different locations, its been super valuable for everyone to access and learn from top-performing calls. New hires can literally search for specific scenarios they're struggling with and see exactly how experienced reps handle them. We've even created like a 'best practices library' where we tag and save really good examples of different situations, cold calls, demos, handling refund requests, you name it. This has definitely sped up our onboarding process and helped new people get up to speed way faster than before. Pretty sure we've cut down our ramp-up time for new hires by at least a month.

A Reliable Tool for Effective Communication

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how easy it is to use RingEX for all my communication needs. The video calls are super clear, and I can have up to 200 people in a meeting, which is great for our team. The chat feature feels like a digital workspace where I can find old messages and files without any hassle. Plus, the AI note-taking is a really good feature! It captures everything during meetings so I don’t have to stress about missing important details. It really helps keep everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that bugs me is the learning curve when setting up different groups and features. It took a bit of time to figure out how to customize everything the way I wanted it. Also, sometimes the messaging feature doesn’t deliver messages right away, which can be frustrating when I'm waiting for a response. And while the customer support is usually helpful, there have been times when I felt like I was stuck on hold for too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX has really helped streamline our communication process in a big way. Before we began using it, we were managing several different tools for video calls, normal calls and messaging. This was quite chaotic and frequently resulted in missed messages or dropped calls.. Now, everything is integrated into one platform, which makes collaboration so much easier. One major problem it solves is the challenge of remote work. With many of us working from different locations, having a reliable communication tool is crucial. RingEX allows us to connect regardless of where we are. The ability to hold video meetings with up to 200 participants means we can include everyone without worrying about technical limitations. The AI features are another huge benefit. The automatic note-taking during meetings saves us time and ensures that everyone stays on the same page. We can focus on discussing ideas rather than stressing over who will take notes or what was said last time. This has really boosted our productivity because we can quickly reference past meetings without digging through emails or chat histories.

What do you like best about the product?
After being with a legacy phone service provider, the swtich to Ring Central was one of the easiest we've gone through.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was so easy, it felt almost too simple, like something was missing. However, all is working well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring Central has provided excellent service at a much lower cost than what we had in the past. The team at Ring Central also understood our needs and did not try to oversell things we did not need.

What do you like best about the product?
ive been using RingEX for about 6 months now and honestly, it's made such a huge difference. The best part is that the AI actually understands and takes notes during meetings, saves me from typing everything while trying to focus on what people are saying! Also love how it cuts out all the noise from our factory floor during calls. Really helpful that I can start a call on my laptop and switch to my phone when I need to walk around the factory. the video quality is great too!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes takes a while to get hold of customer support when you need them. also, occasionally messages come through a bit late, but its not a deal breaker though. And the basic plan is a bit limiting, we had to upgrade to get more people in our video calls, which wasn't mentioned clearly upfront. And while the ai notetaking is great, sometimes it misses important points when multiple people are talking at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX has basically fixed a bunch of headaches we used to have running our food manufacturing business. Before, we were juggling like 3 to 4 different apps for calls, messages, and video meetings, it was a mess! Now everything's in one place, which saves so much time and confusion. The biggest game changer has been the meeting feature. Like, I'm in meetings with suppliers, marketing team, and production staff all day long. Earlier, I'd be trying to talk to suppliers while someone's typing notes, missing half the conversation. Now the AI takes care of the notes while I can actually focus on negotiating better deals. Plus, when I'm showing suppliers around our factory over video, they can actually hear me over the machinery noise, sounds small, but it's huge for us! We've also sorted out our internal communication issues. Before, messages would get lost between shifts, or important updates wouldn't reach everyone. Now our production team can quickly jump on video calls with marketing when there's a query about packaging or specifications. No more running around the factory looking for people or playing phone tag. I'd say we're saving at least 1-2 hours daily just from not having to manually write meeting notes or repeat information across different platforms. Plus, since everything's recorded and transcribed, we can go back and check details we might have missed. Another massive help is during our quality control checks. Our QC team can instantly video call me to show any issues they spot, and I can make decisions on the spot. Earlier, they'd have to take photos, email them, wait for responses, now it's just instant.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using RingEX for about 6 months now at our affiliate marketing startup and honestly, i cant imagine going back to our old setup. We switched from basic RingCentral and the difference is huge. The AI stuff actually works! Like, during meetings I can actually focus on talking to clients instead of frantically taking notes,, the AI catches everything important and even picks up on tasks we need to do. Super helpful when you're jumping between 6 to 7 meetings a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took some of our older team members a while to figure out all the features, especially the AI stuff. Customer service can be pretty slow sometimes, we had an issue with messages not showing up once and it took them 2 days to get back to us which was pretty annoying. Sometimes get weird glitches with notifications not coming through on my phone, but usually fixes itself. Also heads up, if you want all the cool AI features and big team meetings, you'll need to pay for the higher tier plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
before it, we were drowning in meeting notes and task tracking. Now the AI handles all that automatically, saves me like 2-3 hours daily! No more trying to remember who's doing what after calls. we also ditched like 4 different apps (like zoom and slack) since RingEX does everything in one place. Super easy to find old conversations or client requirements now. Best part is that our remote team actually feels connected. Video quality is amazing, background noise removal works great, and meetings are way more productive since no one's distracted taking those meeting notes. It took a bit to get used to, but totally worth it for the time we're saving.

A streamlined communication solution perfect for educational institutions

What do you like best about the product?
What blew me away about RingEX was how seamlessly it fit into our university's workflow. Coming from my dual perspective as a software engineer and part time IT admin at KL University, I've dealt with my fair share of communication tools, but this one just clicked. The interface is intuitive enough that even our less tech-savvy faculty members picked it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a few more customization options for admin controls. Sometimes I find myself wanting to tweak specific settings that aren't available yet. It's not a deal-breaker by any means, but it would be nice to have more granular control over certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX honestly fixed our biggest headache at the university. Before this, we were constantly having trouble with managing calls between international students and faculty, nothing seemed to work right. I've seen lots of platforms, both as an IT engineer and software dev, but this one actually delivered what it promised. The thing that impressed me most was how quick everyone adapted to it. Even the professors who usually struggle with new tech got comfortable with it pretty quick. We dont need to waste time switching between different apps anymore, everything just works in one place. The best thing is probably how it helps with our international programs, students from different countries can connect with teachers just as easy as local ones. Its made a real difference in how we run things here.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of using the internet for phones. I can digital fax and digital text right from my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is fantastic. There are no problems with the functions the product performs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The digital fax helps with sending large faxes. PDF files are uploaded directly from the computer. The digital fax easily faxes documents containing 100 pages. It even allows you to schedule faxes to send on a later date and time.
