What do you like best about the product?
When I call the reps are always happy to help and they find the answer no matter what!

The back end looks nice, and could improve its navigation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this application
1. Easy to handle calls flow.
2. We can customize all the settings.
3. Support is fabulous.
4. Easy to impliment in environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
This works only for US. This should be have feature to use in India also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support is great. Last time we need to change the call flow to pick up the calls in different time schedule and in different counteries agents. They help me on this issue and fix it.

Its stable and allows me flexibility on many devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many downsides as we use it through our enterprise system successufully and rely on it as a tool and safety measures.

They have an extensive library of solutions to problems that arise.

What do you like best about the product?
RingEX is user-friendly and inexpensive. If I ever run into complications the customer service time is always prompt, friendly, and professional to get the results I'm looking for. Highly Recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
We always have staff in the office during business hours and I wish there was a way to prevent our recording to say "Please wait while we connect you with the next available agent."
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost savings and efficiency to return phone calls. The voicemail goes to a text so we don't have to necessarily "listen" to the voicemail and can just read the text.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Implementation and customer support. Fast and friendly service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to not love here. We couldnt ask for a better product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Desk phones are archaic - we prefer to use our smart phones. Wish list included a call answer and then directory to the appropriate team: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Service, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many organizations using the same platforms. I find Ring Central just as capable, if not more capable, of providing my team and our external stakeholders with an exceptional tool for communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any tech or user issues with the platform. I would say that the more the platform can integrate with other products, the better it will be for me and my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ring Central is great for internal and external calls and use of AI to record

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of use. Easy setup and easy to navigate. Excellent customer support. Tons of features and customizable programs. The integration is perfection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into anything I dislike with the RingEx system.

Brought our team together with easy conference and video calling.
