I really like th estreamlined process.

The pricing and features have been a great selling point.

The multiple people the order has to go through in order to get quote sent.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using RingCentral daily for about a year. The call quality is superb, and the platform is very easy to navigate and implement. Both the sales and technical support teams are friendly and patient. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable and offers great value.

Ring centrla do not offer sms services in Australia however it was not essential for our business

We are an outsourcing company which providing services from a different contry. RingCentral enables seamless communication from any device, anywhere, with cloud-based tools that support remote and hybrid work models

What do you like best about the product?
The system allows tranfer between different devised, quick chats with coworkers are easy, meeting scheduling and video meetings work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides to the product.

It makes communication easy making my job easier.
Reliable & Generally Great for Inbounds
What do you like best about the product?
The inbound calls that come in are relevant over 90% of the time, making it simple to connect. They also do a great job funneling calls location to location
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the easiest to dial on. We use it only to a limited extent.

This is our reliable phone interface we count on everyday.

RingCentral makes it easy to call and text my customers anywhere I am with there iOS app

I do not like that there is a limit of texts I can send per day

I like the options to customize. That's helpful in making it fit our needs. The support is excellent, too. So, if I get stuck, I can reach out and get the help I need.

I haven't found any yet. It's been the best product I've used to date.

Superior Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is the best of the best. When you call you get an answer, and they will work with you until you are satisfied as a customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
RingCentral has the products, service and professionalism that I like in doing business. There isn't anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity, efficiency, cost and minimizing the need for multiple platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is very good. When I need help they are very good at making sure the matter is resoved. The ease of use has been great and we use the system daily and it has quite a few features that are important to us. When we first started the implementation and integration was smooth due to their customer service representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while it will have some glitches, however the customer service is great and they are always there to walk us through any issues. They have a 24/7 customer service which we really like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems RingEx is solving are to have the key pad etc be all in one. It has benefited us to have them walk us through the issues and solve them.
Happy with the experience, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flow of being able to control the Queues and IVR menues
What do you dislike about the product?
So far flow can be a problem sometimes, knowing where to find things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had trouble with call flow, this helps us with that and I like being able to manage the queues and how people are contacted.
