What do you like best about the product?
I am extremely happy with RingEx, they are extremely reliable and the customer service is very prompt and helpful and kind. Extremely versatile with ease of imprelementation, integration and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are pretty much no downsides to using RingEx. I recommend to all business users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have multiple businesses to use and it's easy to use with one ringcentral app.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how RingCentral streamlines communication for our team. The user-friendly interface and seamless integration of voice, video, and messaging make remote work easy and efficient. It has really improved our collaboration!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the occasional lag during video calls frustrating, which can disrupt our meetings and overall flow

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can easily call/text any number in USA without any hasitation. Also, I like the automatic recording which is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the most the hideous approval process of the SMS feature. I simply don't understand why they need to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My employees don't have to use their personal phones and it allows me to run my business smoothly.

Excellent for my new AirBNB

What do you like best about the product?
RingEX is an excellent service that allows me to know which customers are contacting me from which of my AirBNBs!
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service was super helpful in all cases, so there is nothing to dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX allows me to know which guests are calling me for help with my AirBNB - without having to give out my personal phone number!

Frustrating Experience

What do you like best about the product?
Not much. We use it for cloud based phone system.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are being billed higher than expected because just cancelling the phone numbers doesn't remove licenses, even though Account Manager said that it would be the case. They claim we didn't cancel in time and it can't be undone.
We've also had horrible customer service where they deleted history and had promised that wouldn't be the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The reason I'm leaving this review is that they are causing problems, not solving them

What do you dislike about the product?
RingCentral’s service and billing are a nightmare. Constant errors, unclear charges, and their support team is useless at best. We’ve spent countless hours trying to fix basic billing issues, and it feels like they couldn’t care less. The whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Stay far away if you value your time and sanity.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a good phone numbers software.

Their customer service is AWFUL, and their billing process leaves a lot to desire as well.

it is definitely not solving anything as the problems are more than the benefits.

Very disconcerting experience working with support and billing

What do you like best about the product?
Nice to have all you phone lines and ability to modify them in one place. Also like the phone over IP experience and cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has truly been a terrible experience trying to get out of the contract as business needs have changed. The contract has an auto-renewal feature for an additional two years, so after two years, I was opted in by contract with no notification and stuck. Then, when the contract was over, I canceled half of my lines and was assured this was done. They continue to charge me for these lines and refuse to respond to my requests for review. I am now moving my service to anyone but them. Horrible customer service experience. Please read everything carefully before signing and do not expect your account manager to be able to help you much. You usually get referred to a number to call.

Also, the platform to manage your phones is not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to put in the infrastructure for in house phone system

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and lots of options. Support is awesome when I need them. Implementation was a breeze, I did not need any assistance. I use it all the time, especially with the Outlook and Hubspot integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to navigate to what you need, but their support is awesome at helping navigate that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a phone service, Fax service, Toll free number, Meetings which all make my company look and feel bigger than it is. That is important for a small business.
