The customer service is excellent!
What do you like best about the product?
We have recieved the best customer service and have been so helpful and professional. I have had many questions with the On Boarding process and needed help and every single time they have been there helping me along the way. So patient and kind as well. I highly recommend this company. We have had all great experiences especially with onboarding and the help we have received.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything we don't like about RingEX now that we are complete with our onboarding and have all of our questions answered.

they have helped me with so many issues that were very resolvable
Great little messenger program
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to operate but has plenty of features to keep your needs met. It helps me in my day to day with work
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little sluggish at times and since it updates a lot it breaks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting me talk to my team through voice chat and video chat is invaluable to my day to day
Love having a Desktop phone via my computer
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can chose to answer my calls either from my desktop (computer) or my cell phone. No need for a bulky desk phone that takes up space

Sometimes the portal is not always user friendly but the Customer Service and walk me through my issues

Right now all our employees are working remotely from home yet this software makes us feel connected like we are sitting across from each other

24/7 support is a life saver when we have technical issues.

Desktop and browser versions can sometimes try to open simultaneously and confuse us.

Need for softphones and analytics was filled.
Excellent phone system. BUT difficulty with tech support.
What do you like best about the product?
The robust library of onboarding videos have been so helpful to our staff to establish the phone lines. After the initial transfer we have had great support for any phone related issues that come up and have found the softphones to work wonderfully for our remote staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The TCR SMS registration we were prepared to be difficult. The customer service team was helpful with ensuring our information was correct for the application but were unable to assist with an API error that prevented submission. This delayed the application submission for weeks. It took staff members following up constantly with fixes that didn't work from the dev team. It would be helpful in this instance for the dev team to schedule a call with the client so they can run through troubleshooting all in one go instead of hounding the customer service line for information that those representatives do not have.
This process was so frustrating that finally the staff created a new submission and hope to finally have text support after two months of trouble shooting this registration.

RingX is providing phone lines that can be centrally accessed both in office and for our remote staff.
Easy to Use, No Compaints
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX is easy to use, set up, integrate, implement, and understand. I get calls straight to my phone and have no problems receiving calls and texts. I use it often, and there are a lot of customization possibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service is hard to get to at times. Also the SMS registration is a little confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to receive calls to my business on my phone while being able to have a different phone number other than my personal cell.
The best online phone system, we've used it since 2009!

The ease of use & integrations, implementing our custom rules, customer service is awsome! The many features allows us to streamline it for our business, we've used it since 2009!

Ease of use and straight forward.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy this service so much more than Vonage. They had me texting service up and running in about a week.(which the past company still couldnt do after months. Also the desktop app is easier to use over all. The number one and most inportant thing to me is the coustomer service, they are on point and get the job/requests handled very efficiently. I would reconmend this service to any new or experienced users.
