had a bumpy start but overall has been a great move
What do you like best about the product?
ease of calling from any device, phone, computer, smart phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
its an expensive option compared to some other (inferior) options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we now have the ability to have our call center make and receive calls easily. our office staff is able to work remotely very easily with the phone number being portable.
Great platform with lots of valuable features
What do you like best about the product?
RingSense is one of the coolest features of RingEX. It is easy to use and gives great insights into your calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce integration could use some work to allow the full feature set of RingSense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for salesman to sell and not worry about taking notes as the AI assistant does that for you.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite easy to use and settings can be changed according to your needs. The video and audio call quality is quite good. Support is easy to reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is great but sometimes there are issues with the calls incoming and breaking sounds which can normally be resolved very easily but calling support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping us to manager calls and IVRs very easily. The system is quite easy to use.
Excellent Product and Top Notch support
What do you like best about the product?
RingEX has made communications for our firm extremely simple. Adding new user is a breeze and only takes a few minutes. User can install a desktop and mobile app so they are always available. Texting is also easy to use and the fax service is helpful to have.
The biggest plus as the IT admin for our firm is the wonderful tech support. I use the chat for support whenever I need help and the agents are all very knowledgeable. Most issues are solve in a matter of minutes.

There is nothing that I dislike about RingEX.

It handles all of our communication needs.
A New Joourney with RingCentral
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and simple menu makes it easy to find what you need. Tech support is extremely helpful and courteous. Coming from the Cisco world, it was an absolute pleasure to learn RingCentral. It is super easy and user-friendly ti utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside to RingEX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingCentral makes my job easy and helps me to be efficient. Being a Cisco CC and CUCM admin for many years, RingCentral is a breath of fresh air. RingCentral's upgrade process is automatic unlike other vendors in the market.
Best for Remote support
What do you like best about the product?
Best part of Ringcentral is reporting specially, live reports are best.

So this is secondf year of the tool ans as such i did not find anything which was not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with our customer
Great product! Even better customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service is top notch! Products and service is much more affordable than land lines with the convenience of apps on your desktop and cell phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup is somewhat complex however the customer service department will either help you set it up completely or walk you through it over the phone.

Cost effectiveness
Just getting started, but happy so far.

So far we are still in the initial setup stages, but the support of the team has been a huge help so far. We are very excited about our go live a few weeks out.

So, far nothing in particular stands out negatively.

RingEX will give us better control and visibility over our call center when compared to Zendesk Talk.

What I like best about RingEX is its all-in-one communication platform—combining voice, video, messaging, and fax—with a user-friendly interface and strong reliability for remote and hybrid teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about RingEX is that sometimes call routing and analytics can be inconsistent, and desktop app performance issues occasionally affect reliability for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RingEX solves **communication fragmentation** by unifying calls, messaging, and video in one platform, which benefits me by making **collaboration faster, more organized, and accessible from anywhere**.
RingCentral works great for our company
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you are leaning into the AI sector. it's also nice that there is an app for people that use their desk phones

Ring groups is a little tricky to figure out initially, but once you do, it's nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to set up users at remote locations with a phone number even though they don't have a desk phone.
